The types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it had t-count > t-table (9,165 > 1,98373) on Sig. Prob. 0.000 < α 0.05. Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the value of t-count > t-table (7.176 > 1,98373) in Sig. Prob. 0.000 < α 0.05. The organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t-count > t-table (4,807 > 1,98373) in Sig. Prob. 0.000 < α 0.05. Abstract

Restructuring credit is one of the government's measures to anticipate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the banking industry. This study aimed to determine whether the implementation of credit restructuring meets the predicted expectations. This research was a comparative type. This study employed three variables; Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The data was utilised quantitative, and the source was secondary information in the form of financial statements. The data was collected using documentation and literature review methods. This study's population consisted of all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, comprising 15 banks. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling with a total sample of 10 Islamic commercial banks. The findings revealed that the NPF and CAR values differed before and after credit restructuring. Meanwhile, FDR discovered the inverse outcome, with no difference in FDR before and after credit restructuring. The research result demonstrated that the credit restructuring that has been taking place throughout the COVID-19 pandemic had matched the predicted expectations, with the NFP of Islamic commercial banks decreasing and CAR increasing. On the other hand, credit restructuring has not been able to give a positive boost and can only stabilise the FDR of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore various sources of information related to understanding Islamic sharia-based financial accounting. The author believes that quite a several studies have been carried out that discuss the issue of Islamic financial accounting. However, very few have discussed it to deepen and sharpen their understanding of Islamic accounting, considering that most of the Indonesian population is Muslim and currently carrying out Islamic law both conventionally and personally. To enrich this study, we conducted data searches on publications in the form of books and journal scientific articles, which we studied carefully, involving coding of data evaluation data and drawing conclusions that meet the elements of high validity. After a series of studies and discussions, we can conclude that understanding Islamic-based accounting is essential for Muslims. This is related to many economical options that offer each other benefits and conveniences today. However, Muslims do not only look at the benefits but also the economic system must follow life's guidelines, namely the Qur'an and hadith. Thus, these findings strengthen reading comprehension and complement further studies.

Abstract

Objectives: This research will assess a full-scope alignment between the activities of Relationship Manager, the design of performance score cards and their correlations to the value produced to the bank, and the rewards (compensation) received by RM. It is essential for the bank to have complete scope alignment to guarantee that activities will contribute to the achievement of bank-wide revenue targets and that RM will receive rewards in proportion to their contributions.“Alignment of Workforce Strategies with Business Values Framework”This starts from a phenomenon that occurs in branch network organisation in the banking industry, namely the decision to reward RM (Relationship Manager) which is calculated based on activity-based (RM activities in offering products) or value-based, namely revenue generated from the sale of banking products offered by RM. RM plays a key position in the branch network organization and serves as a point of contact between banks and their clients. This RM engages in activities such as the provision of banking products including deposits, insurance, investments, and account opening. If customers successfully acquire all of these products, the bank will get value in the form of revenue. To qualify as a value-based reward, RM compensation (rewards) must be computed as the total of the percentage of revenue. Method/Analysis: This research will focus on sales organizations with a branch network organisation in the banking industry. In order to provide systematic information about a phenomenon and to describe the current state of an identified variable, the analysis will first start with descriptive analysis, continue with correlational analysis to determine the extent of a relationship between two or more variables using statistical approach.Findings: The outcomes of the analysis indicate that RM activities have been governed into a scorecard, with Wealth Management having the largest weightage (50%) and having a significant correlation with business value (revenue). Consequently, we should be able to find a positive correlation between the overall score-card outcomes and the amount of revenue earned. The revenue that RM brings in is also strongly correlated with the rewards (compensation) that RM receives.
