Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the principles of Good Corporate Governance accountability and responsibility carried out by the Ministry of Cooperatives on supervising the performance of the Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative. The case of the Indosurya Savings and Loan Cooperative is the largest cooperative fraud case in Indonesia. It is necessary to analyze the performance of cooperative supervisory institutions and tighten cooperative regulations so that people are protected and similar cases do not recur. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis uses the principles of Good Corporate Governance, among othersaccountability and responsibility. As a result, the Ministry of Cooperatives neglected to oversee the performance of the Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative.

Abstract

Background: Modern justice is a mandate contained in the Blueprint for Judicial Reform 2010-2035, the implementation of which has started since the launch of e-court application in 2018. The Supreme Court has made various improvements to IT facilities and infrastructure and prepared reliable human resources that can support and accelerate the realization of modern justice. The contribution of this research is expected to provide information as a basis, consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to decision makers in improving employee performance at the Banten high court Objective: This study tries to see how much influence competence, work culture, and organizational commitment have on the performance of Banten High Court employees.Methodology: the method used in this study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to measure employee perceptions with an interval scale of 1-10 to employees of Judges, civil servants and PPNPN. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and data processing using SmartPLS3.2.9. Limitation: The limitations in this study were only carried out on employees of Judges, Civil Servants and PPNPN and service users at the Banten High Court. The results of the study show that competence, work culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Banten High Court.

Abstract

This journal wants to discuss parental discussions on children's education costs during a pandemic and post-pandemic in 2023. This research uses a qualitative method and in-depth interviews with all sources. This study found three perspectives, the first is the perspective of education administrators, the second is the person in charge of education, the third is parents. The state of the pandemic at that time could be classified as a state of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA). No one could predict the end of the pandemic at that time, family financial problems occurred because there were layoffs, termination of employment, termination of employment, and those who tried to sell them did not do some of these things which caused problems with financing education. After the pandemic, the majority of families have improved their economic situation, but there are some parents who are still having problems in the financial sector. The purpose of this research is to take a close look at how school crisis management works, how parents survive during a crisis, and how they can get out of financial problems, we found some of these things in this research. The purpose of this research is to become knowledge material for education providers so they can be better prepared to face uncertain conditions during a pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Bonaparte Coffe HOUSE (UMKM) development strategy. This study will then be able to have a positive impact on Bonaparte Cofee HOUSE Business Actors in the form of business evaluation and facilitate the determination of future development strategies.This research was conducted descriptively in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi Province by collecting two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The research was analyzed using the help of the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices to answer the strategic factors which are the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats for UMKM. to formulate and set priorities for the MSME development strategy, a SWOT analysis is then carried out. The results of the study indicate that there are several strategies that can be used to develop UMKM Bonaparte Coffe HOUSE which include: Improving product quality and expanding market expansion, Provision of parking lots equipped with security technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price and testimonials of shipping service customers on customer satisfaction of J&T Express Surabaya Branch with a total of 70 partners. This study uses three independent variables, namely service quality, price and testimonials with one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. The population in this study were customers or users of J&T Express Wringinanom Branch. The sample taken was 500 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Accidental Sampling approach, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. The data analysis method used is in the form of validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test and it was found that the overall Service Quality Variable has no positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in using J & T services with a value of 0.414 greater than 0.05. The overall price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using J & T services with a value of 0.033 less than 0.05. The Testimonial Variable (X3) has a t-count value of 3.099, because the t value is 3.099> t table 1.97. And the significance value is 0.023. The significance value shows a value smaller than a = 0.05 (0.023 <0.05), which means that the Testimonial variable (X3) partially affects customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction (X1), Price (X2) and Testimonials (X3) simultaneously affect Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

An effective marketing strategy is essential for banking companies to achieve a competitive advantage and improve their performance in a competitive market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketing strategies on the performance of banking companies and evaluate the extent to which these marketing strategies have successfully achieved the company's business objectives. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from banking companies through surveys and statistical analysis. The data collected include variables related to marketing strategy and firm performance, such as competitive analysis, marketing mix, customer behavior, and technology influence. The results showed that competitive analysis has a positive influence on the performance of marketing strategies of banking companies. In addition, the use of an effective marketing mix also contributes significantly to the performance of marketing strategies. In the same context, customer behavior also has an important influence on the performance of marketing strategies of banking companies. Furthermore, the research findings show that technology has a significant role as a moderating factor in the relationship between marketing strategy and performance of banking companies. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that effective marketing strategies are essential in achieving good performance for banking firms.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to look at the factors that influence the success of micro, small and medium enterprises based on innovative economy in the city of Semarang. This can be seen from the key factor in fulfilling MSMEs based on a creative financial system in the form of the progress of MSMEs in the city of Semarang today. The population in this study were 50 SMEs in the city of Semarang. The data series strategy in this study, the use of the note series strategy through questionnaires, and documentation shows that the advertising variables on the fulfillment of SMEs and the creative economy system have insignificant results. The results of this study indicate that all logo variables on the achievement of SMEs and innovative financial systems have great results.

Abstract

Indonesia is a member United States of america of the ASEAN enterprise (Association of South East Asia Nations). The implementation of the MEA (ASEAN Economic Community) on the end of 2015 is a mission for Indonesia. Abstract

Indonesia is prone to earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, hydro-meteorological disasters, floods, flash floods, landslides, droughts, forests, and land fires, impacting people's lives and livelihoods. This scientific paper is intended for all interested parties in making quick and appropriate choices, especially post-disaster recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. This study uses a case study approach to describe the research results and find out how the Strategy for Implementing the Independent Relocation Policy in areas affected by the Mount Sinabung Eruption in North Sumatra Province is appropriate to become a future recovery policy. The locus chosen as the case study was in Karo District, North Sumatra, where the research was conducted for residents affected by the Sinabung volcano eruption, but later the results can be used for all types of disasters. Mandiri Relocation is an independent relocation scheme in Indonesia that can quickly solve relocation problems faced by disaster-affected communities. It is a breakthrough and answer that has never been implemented as a relocation policy in Indonesia or even the world. If sufficient land is available, the local Government can relocate the community. However, if the local Government needs help providing relocation land, new problems will arise during the displaced community, such as uncertain life, health declines, education, and socio-economic conditions. If a solution is not found, it will be hazardous for their future.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Brand Image and Digital Marketing on the decision to visit tourists to improve the economy of the people in Sayum, Sabah. Sayum Sabah village is one of the Sibolangit sub-district villages with beautiful natural scenery and abundant agricultural produce. However, Sayum Sabah village is the poorest village in the Sibolangit area, requiring special attention from various parties to maximize its natural potential in order to improve the welfare of the village population. The sample in this study was 98 tourist visitors. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the analytical methods used. The results of the study show that brand image has a significant effect on visiting decisions. Digital Marketing influences the decision to visit tourists to improve the people's economy in Sayum, Sabah. Branding is one way that can be used to form an image or uniqueness of a destination to maintain the sustainability of a tourist village through a marketing system. They are branding a function as a differentiator or comparison between brands or products. These results illustrate that Digital Marketing is a determinant of increasing Visit Decisions.
