Abstract

This study aims to analyze the empirical evidence of Go-Jek Indonesia's marketing strategy after the exit of the market from the Indonesian online transportation market. The development of the online motorcycle taxi market is very dynamic, in 2018 Uber left Indonesia and was acquired by Grab. After this event, Go-jek needs a revaluation of its marketing strategy to capture the opportunity to move consumers from Uber and strengthen its position as the ruler of the online motorcycle taxi market in Indonesia. The main finding of this research is that Go-jek is expected to conduct revaluation on the segmentation and positioning of the Go-jek brand in the market. The expansion of segmentation is needed to capture first-class consumer opportunities and increase brand awareness. Go-jek can use the promo code marketing strategy in its application to increase the opportunity to purchase services again. The development of features that accept credit cards as payments can also be an effective marketing strategy to capture Uber consumers. Research recommends Go-jek to develop credit card features, Go-jek Premium with high-capacity vehicles, promotion at events with top-class economic segmentation and expansion of marketing strategies in the aggregate.

Abstract

The Minimarket 212 Mart Condet has become an interesting object for researchers because this new minimarket has emerged against the background of the actions of defending Muslims for blasphemy (Q.S. Al-Maidah: 51). This study aims to analyze the effect of Products and Prices on Purchasing Decisions on Minimarket 212 Mart Condet consumers. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The data processing method used by researchers is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the SPSS computer program version 22.0. The results showed that the product has a positive and significant influence, which means that if the product is increasingly positive or good or good, the stronger the purchasing decision. The results of the research Price has a negative and not significant influence on purchasing decisions, which means that if negative means different directions the higher the price or the higher the purchase decision decreases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi melalui 8 pillar TPM dalam meningkatkan praktik dan penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) di perusahaan manufaktur. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) adalah sebuah sistem atau budaya yang mengambil kemampuan dan skills dari masing-masing individu pada sebuah organisasi untuk melakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan pada peralatan produksi, hal ini merupakan strategi penting pada organisasi manufaktur dalam meningkatkan produktivitas mereka.Analisis studi literatur dilakukan pada pendapar ahli dan jurnal terdahulu, penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi seluruh pillar Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Konsep Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) merupakan perpaduan antara pengembangan budaya organisasi dan praktik pengukuran, dimana seorang karyawan atau operator produksi harus memiliki budaya organisasi yang baik sehingga mampu mengembangkan praktik Sorting Out, Arranging efficiently,Checking through cleaning,Neatness dan Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices on buying interest of Kawasaki motorcycles, and the effect of product quality on buying interest of Kawasaki motorbikes at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta students. The population in this study were students at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, so that the number of samples is 96 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classic assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between prices on buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the statistical test of the t test for the price obtained t value of 3.597 with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 (0.001 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.629 and there is a positive influence between quality product towards buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the t test statistical test for the price obtained t value of 2.054 with a significant value of 0.043 smaller than 0.05 (0.043 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.339.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether SEHATI credit cooperatives have implemented good and correct cooperative management in an effort to improve SHU (remaining operating results). This study took primary data in a questionnaire that was distributed to members. At SEHATI Cooperative, the focus is on the East Jakarta cakung branch office cooperative with 265 active members. The data were then analyzed using the Validity and Reliability Test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test, the t Test, to test the research hypothesis. Based on the T test, the influence of cooperative management together has a positive effect on residual business results. Y).

Abstract

Customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK does not decrease or increase every year, this is due to strategies that continue to strive to always be able to satisfy their customers. This research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK in the area around Tebet.Determination of the results of this sample using the Lemeshow formula, from the formula obtained as many as 74 respondents and taken by area (cluser) sampling (sampling by region). Data analysis techniques in the study using multiple regression analysis with the program used was SPSS version 17.00.The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses can be accepted, 1) there is a positive and significant effect between price on customer satisfaction acceptable. 2) There is a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction can be accepted. Price is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of PT. GO-JEK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) seen from the human development index (HDI) affects the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2008-2012. Data analysis in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results showed an interesting result, namely that the population had a significant negative effect on unemployment. The regression results state that the increase in the number of residents will increase unemployment. These results indicate that population growth in the province of Central Java helped drive the province's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tingkat modal kerja, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas, serta mengetahui proporsi modal kerja yang efisien pada perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2013. Aplikasi model trade-off dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan goal programming model yang terdiri dari rasio target dan batasan tiap variabel. Rasio target mencakup current ratio, working capital turnover ratio, fixed assets turnover ratio, dan profit margin. Variabel-variabel yang dimaksud meliputi cash, marketable securities, account receivable, inventory, current liabilities, fixed assets, sales, dan profit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 perusahaan ritel yang sudah menggunakan modal kerja secara efisien dibanding rata-rata industri, dengan menghasilkan opportunity loss bernilai negatif. Terdapat 7 perusahaan ritel masih kurang efisien dalam menggunakan modal kerjanya dengan menghasilkan opportunity loss positif. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi terhadap masing-masing perusahaan terkait proporsi modal kerja yang sesuai dengan target industri

Abstract

The main problem to be examined in this study is that there is still a lack of work motivation of honorary employees, as well as a lack of levels of compensation for temporary employees. So this study aims to determine whether work motivation and compensation affect the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling technique that is not all members of the population can be selected as samples. This technique is carried out because there is a large population of more than 100 respondents, so the number of samples is taken using Slovin formula and getting a population of 60. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analalysis. The results of testing work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta.
