Abstract

BUMDes is a new line of business that is being promoted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Establishment of BUMDes is intended to realize the Autonomous Village program. This study aims to determine the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu Ngabar from 2015 to 2018. The assessment indicators are using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Assets Turn Over, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Assets. The population in this study is all financial statements belonging to BUMDes Arum Dalu in 2015-2018. The sample used is the Arum Dalu BUMDes financial statements in 2015-2018. The data used are secondary data and data collection techniques by obtaining documents through other people. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of financial ratios. This study shows the results that the current ratio assessment is categorized Very Poor, with an average value of 2.492%. Debt to equity ratio is categorized Very Good, with an average value of 2.54%. Return on Equity is categorized as Fair, with an average value of 10.8%. Total assets turnover is categorized as Very Poor, with an average value of 0.19 times. Net profit margin in 2015-2018 is categorized Very Good with an average value of 51.5% and Return on assets is also categorized Very Good, with an average value of 10.5%. Based from the evaluation indicators of the Republic of Indonesia State Minister for Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Number. 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 as a whole, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu is in the Fair category. Thus, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu really needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

Abstract

Many zakat institutions are competing to get a lot of funds but still do not pay attention to what they should pay attention to in accordance with the Shari’a and applicable rules. The existence of this research is to see the extent of transparency, optimization and efficiency level of zakat funds at the amil Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Ponorogo institutions which have been available since 2005. The date used are primary and secondary date obtained from LAZISMU Ponorogo with interview techniques. The results of the discussion of this thesis is that the transparency variable is said to be transparency buy there are some shortcomings. The optimization variable can be said to be optimal although there is also something that needs to be added as an amplifier and the efisiency variable is very efficient with a value in 2017 of 17,19% and in 2018  of 18,15% an increase in the level of efisiency is due to the addition of employees.

Abstract

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.

Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) influence of price perception of Indosat Internet card purchase decision, (2) Effect of network quality on the purchase decision of Indosat's Internet card, (3) influence the perception of price and network quality simultaneously to the decision of the purchase of Indosat Internet card at UNY campus Wates. This research is a quantitative study with the survey method using questionnaires. The population used in this study is the entire UNY student Wates campus. Samples were taken as many as 95 respondents using the Purposive sampling method. The instrument validity test uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analytical techniques used are prerequisite test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results of this study show that: (1) Perception of Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T-calculate value of 2.537, significance value of 0.013, and regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.245, (2) The network quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T-count value of 2.870, the significance value of 0.005 , (3) The perception of simultaneous price and network quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a statistical result of F-Calculate of 9.369, the significance of 0.000, (4) The influence of perception of price and network quality of the purchase decision (adjusted R2) is 0.169 (16.9%).

Abstract

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) is one of the financial institutions that protects the middle to lower classes from the interest system implemented by loan sharks who set high interest rates on their customers. One of the activities carried out by BMT institutions is coaching and financing or lending to members or customers to increase business capital that is run. Lack of financial access to microbusinesses is a problem that often occurs in microbusinesses. This study aims to analyze the effect of BMT financing and business coaching by the BMT on business development and improving the welfare of its members. This research was conducted at BMT Surya Kencana Ponorogo. The variables of this study include BMT financing, business development, business development, and welfare improvement. The sample in this study was 95 respondents.The analysis model in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Statistical test results show that in the first hypothesis, BMT financing has a significant effect on business development, so that more and more funding is taken by customers or members, so that the business that is run will also develop. The results of the second hypothesis show that business development has a significant effect on business development, so that the higher the guidance provided, the business that is run will experience development. The results of the research on the third hypothesis show that BMT financing has a significant effect on improving welfare, so that more and more customer or member welfare financing has increased. The results of the fourth hypothesis show that business development has a significant effect on improving welfare, so that developing businesses will increase income and customers or members will experience increased welfare. Thus the financing and guidance that has been carried out by BMT has been in accordance with the principles of sharia and the main purpose of establishing a BMT financial institution

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, self awareness and communication on the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency. The location of research in Pramuka Street Number 21, Nologaten, Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study was 102 employees. The sample in this study used 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, then tested with validity and reliability test, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that; (1) Motivation partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.317, t value of 2.903 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.006 0.05, (2) Self Awareness partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of the regression coefficient of 0.409, t value of 3.478 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.001 0.05, (3) Communication partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of a regression coefficient of 0.310, t value of 2.178 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.035 0.05, (4) Motivation, self awareness and communication simultaneously affect employee work discipline in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the calculated F value of 14.807 F table 2.81 and sig value. of 0,000 0.05, (5) Self awareness is the most dominant variable affecting the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the result of self awareness variable t value of 3.478 is greater than the value of t variable count motivation and communication variables. Furthermore, from the value of sig. the variable self awareness of 0.001 is smaller than the value of sig. motivation variable and communication variable.

Abstract

This study uses the theme of evaluating business feasibility. Where the object of the research is Mr. Katno's Beef Cattle Ranch located in the village of Tajug, Siman Ponorogo sub-district. This farm has been established since 1995 and still survives until now, so that evaluation needs to be done in this effort. In this study to determine whether the business is feasible or not by using an assessment of market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, environmental aspects and financial aspects (NPV and IRR). Researchers use primary data in processing the data where the data comes from interviews with informants as owners, and secondary data from data that already exists on the internet, websites and government publications. The data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, and environmental aspects have been concluded that can meet eligibility. Likewise, financial aspects, where the NPV was obtained at 466,261,640, IRR of 63.33% COC. Based on the results of the analysis of the research, the Beef Cattle Farming business owned by Mr. Katno is feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, WOM (word of mouth) on consumer satisfaction on Herbal Soman Products at Yasmaga fm Ponorogo outlets. PT. Soman Indonesia is one of the original pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia, Soman (Sozo Formula Manggata 1) is Herbal Drops Herbal made from ingredients 39 Natural ingredients consisting of fruits, vegetables and also selected spices. The population in this study were consumers of Soman Herbal Products at Yasmaga Radio FM Ponorogo. This study used the Probability Sampling Technique by means of Random Sampling. Samples taken amounted to 80 respondents with the characteristics of consumers who have made a minimum purchase of 2x. The results showed that price, product quality, WOM (word of mouth) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. While the coefficient of determination shows the value of 53.1%, which means the price, product quality and WOM (word of mouth) contribution to consumer satisfaction is 53.1% and the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Human Recources is one of the factors that determine the success of failure of HR companies company’s overall goals. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other factors, because humans have feelings, HR must be managed and fostered carefully and thoroughly in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company. This study refers to the understanding of leadership style, discipline and compensation for the work motivation of employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA is in ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population used in this study were employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA. Employees in this company approve 61 employees. Testing data instrument used were validation and reliability tests. Testing analysis and coefficient of determination, while testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The result of this study are (1) leadership style has an influence on employee work motivation with regression regression of 0.241 at the significance of 0.008. (2) Dicipline affects significant work motivation with a regression value of 0.119 with a significancevalue of 0.36. (3) Compencation is also significant on employee work motivation with a total regression of 0.519 with a significance value of 0,000. (4) leadership style, discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on work motivation with a significance level value, 0117.
