Abstract

The most important component in learning is the Teacher. Teachers are not only to learn, but also educate, nurture, guide, and shape students' personalities to prepare and develop human resources. The teacher's mistake in understanding the profession, resulted in a very burdensome and boring learning atmosphere. Learning saturation can attack any kind of lesson that exists in school. One of them is the Subject of Islamic Religious Education. The problem of learning saturation related to Islamic Religious Education lessons occurred at Diponegoro Senior High School in Tumpang. The type of research used is Qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. Its data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Its data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Often educators use a confessional approach or teacher-centered learning, resulting in many students being less effective and active in understanding thematic learning. As an educator, he should make a learning innovation that involves students in the learning process, namely by applying a scientific approach that is not only centered on the teacher but students are also involved in learning, so as to maximize learning objectives. The purpose of the study was to determine the application of scientific approach strategies to thematic learning. The method used in the preparation of the journal is library research by collecting various references in the form of books, journals. The results of this study explain the influence of the scientific approach applied to thematic learning such as asking, observing, reasoning, trying, and communicating. So that with this learning students become more active, think critically and learn systematically. By using a student-centered scientific approach, it will maximize the objectives of a learning process.

Abstract

This study discusses the decentralization of education, which at first was fully controlled by the central government. With the decentralization of education, local governments have the authority to regulate and control education in their regions in an effort to improve the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Data was collected from various journal articles and books that are in accordance with the research topic through content analysis. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of this study show that the decentralization of education is actually fully implemented by the local government so that the impact can be felt by the school community in an effort to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

In an Islamic perspective, managerial terms are very popular. However, when approaching the Arabic term here we can mean the individual organization "yudabbiru", directing, managing, executing, governing. Islamic education management is a unique process that focuses on how Islamic education can achieve efficient and effective teaching. The use of the name Al-Tadbir in the Qur'an to describe management. Some of the management principles mentioned in the Qur'an are as follows: faith, sincerity, kindness, exemplary, unity of direction, deliberation, accountability, efficient and effective, open, participative, responsible, competent, and cooperation. and a flexible approach to Al-Qur'an education each described as planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and referred to as a management system.

Abstract

The Al-Quran is a guide for human life from various fields and settings of life that every human being passes through, including teaching about doing good to both parents. One of the verses related to doing good to both parents is Al-Quran Surah al-Ahqof verses 17-20. It explains the prohibition and notification of the condition of a person who is miserable as a result of disobedience to both parents, especially disobedience to a mother because a mother's rank is higher than that of a father, and how a child must obey and respect the position of parents under any circumstances and in position they must look after and take care of parents. Both parents always pray for their child to become a pious child and ask Allah SWT for help to avoid punishment. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a bibliography/reference study of the interpretation of the Koran relating to the verses of doing good to parents. The purpose of this writing or research is to open insight for parents and children on how to play an active role in building noble character.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to comprehensively discuss educational problems related to the latest curriculum policy, namely the independent curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes educational institutions to strengthen on three very basic aspects, namely independent sharing, independent learning and independent change. Three aspects are the benchmarks in making quality education for each educational institution in Indonesia. The author sees and provides an explanation of the three aspects contained in the independent curriculum. Is that really the answer to the national education system? The independence of each student is shackled from the previous curriculum, because 11 times the educational curriculum has changed in line with the changing policy makers. With the independent learning curriculum policy, it will be able to improve the character of students in educational institutions in Indonesia. The author uses a qualitative research approach and the type of research is literature study. The data collection is collected from various journals, articles and books that are appropriate to the research topic. Sorting the data obtained is described according to the discussion, which includes reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are abilities that are indispensable in facing life's challenges, especially in 21st century education. These skills can be trained and formed through education with learning activities so that they need to be included in the learning process using teaching material media. This research is focused on examining the contents of textbooks that apply aspects of critical thinking to Islamic Religious Education textbooks, the Independent Curriculum, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive research design, namely the description of the data is presented through the words contained in the Islamic Religious Education textbooks for class XI. The results of the study show that the textbooks for Class XI Islamic Religious Education published by the Ministry of Education and Culture as a whole contain aspects of critical thinking that are needed in today's 21st century education.
