Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe students' digital literacy skills in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and (2) describe the correlation between digital literacy skills and learning achievement in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is using correlation research. The subjects in this study were students of class X at SMKN 4 Singkawang City. The data collection instruments in this study were digital literacy questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were quantitative descriptive and Product Moment correlation equations. The results showed that: (1) the students' digital literacy skills at SMKN 4 Singkawang were in the high category of 90 students with an average percentage of 69% and an average score is 79 and (2) there was a correlation between digital literacy skills and student achievement in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with a correlation coefficient of 0.664 in the strong category.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal suhu dan kalor berdasarkan aspek kemandirian belajar (rendah, sedang, dan tinggi) merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survei tanpa kelompok pembanding. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kemandirian belajar dan tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi kepada 126 peserta didik kelas XI MIA di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal suhu dan kalor tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata 34,08. Profil kemampuan berpikir tinggi peserta didik pada level menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5), mencipta (C6) berturut-turut  33,6%, 34,0%, 34,4% dari skor ideal. Uji One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik antara kelompok kemandirian belajar rendah, sedang, dan tinggi karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,98 > 3,07). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kemandirian belajar yang dimiliki peserta didik berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Kata Kunci:Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi; Suhu dan Kalor; Kemandirian Belajar Analysis of Student’s Higher Order Thinking Ability in Solving Temperature and Heat ProblemsABSTRACTTo describe the higher-order thinking ability profile of students in solving temperature and heat problems based on aspects of learning independence (low, medium, and high) was the aim of this study. This research was survey research without a comparison group. The data was collected through a learning independence questionnaire and a higher-order thinking ability test on 126 students of class XI MIA at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The results of this study indicated that the higher-order thinking ability of students in solving temperature and heat problems was low with an average of 34.08. The higher-order thinking ability profile of students at the level of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6) were respectively 33.6%, 34.0%, 34.4% from the ideal score. The One-Way ANOVA test showed that there was a difference in the higher-order thinking ability profile of students in the low learning independence group, the medium learning independence group, and the high learning independence groups because the value of Fvalue > Fdistribution (9.98 > 3.07). It was concluded that the learning independence of students had a positive effect on higher order thinking ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Data kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA siswa di tahap pra siklus memiliki rata-rata 31,5 dengan nilai tertinggi 75 dan nilai terendah 20. Setelah diberi tindakan siklus I mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata menjadi 36,5, nilai tertinggi 80, dan nilai terendah 35. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan lagi dengan rata-rata menjadi 41,25, nilai tertinggi 84, dan nilai terendah 45. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Entikong.Kata Kunci: Think Pair Share; Hasil Belajar; IPA Implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model of the Think Pair Share Type to Improve Science Learning Outcomes for Junior High School StudentsABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the increase in students' science learning outcomes through the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model. This type of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Students who became the subject of this study amounted to 31 people. Data collection techniques used observation and test. The data were then analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that students' science learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage had an average of 31.5 with the highest score of 75 and the lowest score of 20. After being given the action in cycle I, it increased with an average of 36.5, the highest score of 80, and the the lowest score of 35. In cycle II, it increased again with an average of 41.25, the highest score of 84, and the lowest score of 45. This showed that the TPS type cooperative learning model can improve science learning outcomes for class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Entikong.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan fisika pada pembelajaran materi optika berbasis keterampilan proses sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, Desian penelitian yang digunakan adalah one grup pretest-posttest. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika yang berjumlah 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar ranah kognitif mahasiswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalized gain dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada mahasiswa pendidikan fisika setelah diterapkan pembelajaran materi optika berbasis keterampilan proses sains. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai n-gain sebesar 0,95 dengan kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Proses sains; Materi Optika; Hasil Belajar The Learning of Optics Based on Science Process Skills to the Improvement of the Learning Outcomes of Physics Education StudentsABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the improvement of the learning outcomes of physics education students in learning optics based on science process skills. The research method used was quantitative. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest. The population and sample used were 11 students in the fourth semester of the Physics Education Study Program. The data collection technique used was a test technique to measure student cognitive learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used in this study was a normalized gain test and t-test. The results showed a significant improvement in the learning outcomes of physics education students after applying optics learning based on science process skills. This could be seen in the high category's n-gain value of 0.95.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana kesulitan belajar fisika yang dialami oleh siswa melalui kemampuan multirepresentasi pada soal pemecahan masalah fisika. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif model grounded theory dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan) observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 25 siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya Tahun ajaran 2022/2023 sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan multirepresentasi siswa kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah memiliki kecenderungan representasi matematis (M) dengan nilai persentase masing-masing 75%, 85,7%, dan 78,57%. Kesulitan belajar fisika yang dialami adalah merencanakan solusi (memahami bahasa soal dan solusi penyelesaian) dan melaksanakan rencana solusi (proyeksi gaya, menentukan komponen gaya yang bekerja pada benda, menentukan persamaan, pengaplikasian, perhitungan).Kata Kunci:Kesulitan Belajar Fisika; Multirepresentasi; Pemecahan Masalah; Transisi COVID-19Analysis of Difficulty Learning Physics for High School Students through Multirepresentation Ability in Face-to-Face Learning During the COVID-19 TransitionABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to identify how difficulty learning physics who experienced by students through multirepresentation abilities in solving physics problems. This research was conducted through a qualitative method of grounded theory model with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined) observations, tests, interviews, and documentation. Class X students a total of 25 students at SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya as research subjects for the academic year 2022/2023. The results of the data analysis showed that the high, medium, and low categories of students' multirepresentation abilities tended to represent mathematically (M) with percentage values of 75%, 85.7%, and 78.57% respectively. Difficulty learning physics experienced were planning solutions (understanding the language of questions and solving solutions) and carrying out solution plans (force projections, determining the components of forces acting on objects, determining equations, applications, and calculations).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Inquiry pada materi pengukuran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Talibura. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2 Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 71,42% kriteria cukup, pada siklus I mencapai 78,57% kriteria cukup dengan rata-rata nilai 68,57, dan pada siklus II mencapai 96,42% kriteria baik sekali dengan rata-rata nilai 84,82. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIA 2 telah melebihi indikator pencapaian persentase ketuntasan klasikal yang memenuhi nilai KKM sebesar 80%. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiry dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIA 2 pada materi pengukuran.Kata Kunci: Inquiry; Hasil Belajar; PengukuranImplementation of the Inquiry Learning Model on Measurement to Improve Students' Learning OutcomesABSTRACTThis study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of class X students by applying the inquiry learning model to measurement. The research method used was classroom action research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Talibura. The subjects of this study were 28 class X MIA 2 students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results showed that in the pre-cycle completeness of student learning outcomes reached 71.42% sufficient criteria, in cycle I, it reached 78.57% sufficient criteria with an average value of 68.57, and in cycle II, it reached 96.42% very good criteria with an average value of 84,82. This showed that the learning outcomes of class X MIA 2 students had exceeded the indicator of achieving the percentage of classical completeness that meets the KKM value of 80%. Thus, the implementation of the Inquiry learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class X MIA 2 students on measurement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan modul elektronik Sigil, (2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan modul elektronik Sigil. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, angket, wawancara dan kajian dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan modul elektronik Sigil berbasis Saintifik pada materi Teori Kinetik Gas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ranah kognitif dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Persentase ketuntasan siswa pada hasil belajar ranah kognitif meningkat dari 61,29% pada tahap pra siklus, menjadi 74,19 pada siklus I, dan mencapai 90,32% pada siklus II. Persentase ketercapaian motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Pada pra siklus persentase kelima indikator motivasi belajar siswa berada di bawah 76%. Pada siklus I terdapat tiga indikator motivasi belajar yang mampu mencapai target penelitian, dan pada siklus II semua indikator mampu mencapai target penelitian yaitu memenuhi motivasi belajar kategori tinggi dengan persentase 76%.Kata Kunci: Modul Elektronik; Perangkat Lunak Sigil; Teori Kinetik Gas; Pendekatan Saintifik Application of Scientific-Based Sigil Electronic Modules on Gas Kinetic Theory to Improve Cognitive Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation of StudentsABSTRACTThis research aims to: (1) describe the increase in cognitive learning outcomes of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year through the application of the Sigil electronic module, and (2) describe the increase in learning motivation of students in class XI MIPA 3 at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year through the implementation of the Sigil electronic module. The research design used was classroom action research (PTK) using the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques included test techniques, questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the scientific-based Sigil electronic module on gas kinetic theory can increase the cognitive learning outcomes and learning motivation of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the academic year 2021/2022. The percentage of students' completeness on cognitive learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage was 61.29%, then increased in the first and the second cycle as much as 74.19%, and 90.32% respectively. The percentage of students' learning motivation achievement had also increased. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of all indicators of student motivation was below 76%. In cycle I, there was only 3 indicators of learning motivation that were able to achieve the research target, while in cycle II, all indicators were able to achieve the research target, namely fulfilling the high category of learning motivation with a percentage of ≥ 76%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa kelas XII pada materi rangkaian arus searah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan aplikasi LiveWire. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 4 tahap, yaitu observasi awal, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Nita. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I, rata-rata hasil tes keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa adalah 50 masih belum mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) yaitu 75 dan rata-rata kreativitas siswa adalah 71% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka penelitian perlu dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II, rata-rata hasil tes keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa adalah 82,4 telah meningkat melebihi nilai KKM dan rata-rata kreativitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 75,3% dengan kategori baik. Ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Discovery Learning berbantuan aplikasi LiveWire dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 pada materi rangkaian arus searah.Kata Kunci:Discovery Learning; Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis; Kreativitas; Livewire; Rangkaian Arus Searah Implementation of the Discovery Learning Model Assisted by the LiveWire Application to Improve Students’ Critical Thinking Skills and Creativity on Direct Current CircuitsABSTRACTThis study aims to improve the critical thinking skills and creativity of class XII students on direct current circuits by applying the Discovery Learning model assisted by the LiveWire application. This study used a class action research method with 4 stages, namely initial observation, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Nita. The subjects of this study were 29 students of class XII MIPA 1 for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection techniques used tests and observations. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative. The results showed in cycle I, the average test result for students' critical thinking skills was 50, they still did not reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) score of 75 and the average student creativity was 71% in the good category. Based on these results, the research needs to be continued in cycle II. In cycle II, the average test result for students' critical thinking skills was 82.4 which had increased beyond the KKM score and the average student creativity had also increased to 75.3% in the good category. This showed that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by the LiveWire application can improve the critical thinking skills and creativity of class XII MIPA 1 students on direct current circuits.
