The success of the leaders of the spread of Islam in the past, has made Indonesia as the largest Muslim population in the world without leaving a historical trail of warfare and violence, so that in its development, Indonesia's strategic role in tackling various social and humanitarian problems, has displayed a face of wisdom and sought to show to the world of their maturity in exposing the plurality and diversity of the population, which is within the territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, no less interesting, even though Indonesia is dominated by Muslims as a majority, Indonesia is not a country that claims a religion, but the Indonesian people recognize their identity as the Pancasilalis people. In this research is an effort to see globally the application of da'wah in Cross-Asia both regarding Models, Implementation, Theory, to various academic phenomena of Islamic Leaders across Asia in exposing Da'wah as a discipline of Science or as a belief in totality in Islam, so that really can find various patterns and social relevance about how the implementation of Da'wah in various regions, both as an academic discipline, as well as subjective beliefs. So that in the end, it can encourage practitioners and propaganda activists to synchronize the implementation of their da'wah with the science methodology, so that the Da'wah process without reaping significant obstacles in the midst of a social society that is Plural and full of diversity.,

Da'wah is a form of religious communication whose main purpose is amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar with the object of preaching, mad'u, both in the form of individuals and groups. Da'i as the perpetrators of da'wah are required to master the da'wah material that will be conveyed to the mad'inya, including the issue of aqeedah, sharia, and morals. As for the sources of propaganda material, the Qur'an and Hadith which are the highest sources of teachings and sources of Islamic law. The existence of Arabic in preaching is so important because both sources of preaching material use Arabic, so that Arabic is the key to opening Islamic knowledge. To study and deepen it also requires mastery of various branches of science such as the Science of Interpretation, Nahwu Science, Bayan Science, Usul Fiqh, and others, which are not far from Arabic. In addition, the original literary books which are the result of thoughts, offerings to the Qur'an and hadith by the scholars of the past written in Arabic, all of which are part of the source of propaganda material that should be known by the preachers . All of this aims to deliver propaganda material from the Qur'an and Hadith in accordance with Islamic law and away from the understanding received by the mad'u in receiving messages delivered by a preacher.

In highlighting the portrait of Da'wah practiced by the Messenger of Allah in several periods, it can be said that the missionary mission that was being carried out at that time was not an easy activity, in the course of Islamic history recorded, that the da'wah carried out by Muhammad, encountered many obstacles and obstacles, due to internal conditions humanity and the aqeedah of Arab society in general are in a state that is far from the teachings that Muhammad is broadcasting. Therefore, the da'wah process that will be applied really requires a mature strategy, especially the condition of the people who are accustomed to doing past activities and practices such as consuming alcohol, gambling, fighting power, adultery, adultery to murder.

This article describe axiologi issue in communication philosophy. The problems that will be answered in this study are: (1)What does the background which rise the debat on netralitiy of science?(2)What argumentation for those who have defferent perspective? (3) How this debat is overcome?. This research find that term of value free in science originate from Helyocentris Theory that finded by Nicolause Coverniccus. This opinion have contradiction with Christian doctrine.This debat proceeds until Enstein and Positivisme philosophy era. Some of the scientist regard that science should be netral because it is an objective activity, conversly some of expert declare that science must be unnetrality. Science should be developed considering morality. The synthesis of these debat are that netrality of science being on justification level only, however science is not netral when it is on methodology and research object choices.

This study aims to find out how Ijarah in Islamic finance. This research is a type of library research (libraty research) which focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using descriptive-analysis method. The results of this study are: In Banking, two types of Ijarah. The first ijarah is done in cash between the bank as a renter and the one who rents out services. The second ijarah is made in installments between banks as tenants to customers. The bank also takes advantage of this ijarah transaction. Islamic banks that operate ijarah products do leasing, both in the form of operating leases or financial leases. But in general, more Islamic banks use ijarah vomiting tamlik bit (IMBT) because it is simpler in terms of bookkeeping. Ijarah contract development is also known as ijarah muntia bi at-tamlik (IMBT).

Research discusses the methodology of the tradition of hadith in the book of al-Muntaqa which is the syarah al-Muwatta 'which the book was written by Al-Baji, nicknamed by jurists and Mutakallimin, writers, poets as "skilled debaters, writers in many sciences, has a lot of knowledge ". This research is a biographical literature study of an al-Baji writer of al-muwatta 'based on a review of the literature of the book that al-Muntaqa explains the traditions of the prophet by describing all aspects which include the traditions in accordance with the tendencies and the expertise of the surrender so called the Tahili method. for example the marriage chapter, which is contained in the book of al-Muntaqa, it can be concluded that this Shari'ah gives a strong exposure to bi al-ma'sur and does not only explain one side of the view.
