Abstract

The demand for electrical energy in Indonesia continues to increase in line with the increase of population. The government through PT. PLN continues to increase the production of electrical energy using fossil energy sources. As a result of diminishing fossil energy sources, the government expects public participation to maintain the sustainability of the electrical energy supply by performing efficient use of electricity. One of the efforts that can be made and the goal of this research is to practice the innovation of electricity-saving receipts. The electricity-saving receipt innovation is an innovation that combines the concepts of behavioral economics, efficiency, self-control, and sustainable development. This innovation seeks to make the public know and be able to compare the electricity consumption of their household with those of nearby households. This research was performed using experimental method and the first conducted in Indonesia. The research design used is Pre-Experimental Design with the one-group pre-test and post-test design model. This research was conducted in Cihideung Udik Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency. Bogor Regency from March to July 2021. The choice of research location was done purposively. This study used primary and secondary data from PT. PLN. The result of this research is related to the knowledge of electricity subsidies with an increase of 45%. Likewise with the 3M movement (Turn Off, Unplug, and Set) shows an increase of 80%. Regarding the average use of electrical energy per KWH, it was decreased by 32 KWH for 900 VA power users and 34 KWH for 450 VA power users. The innovation of electricity-saving receipts is the realization of the 7th SDGs goal.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has reduced the welfare of the people of Jakarta. This can be seen from the increase in the number of poor people in Jakarta from 365.55 thousand people (2019) to 498.29 thousand people (2021) and the increase in the Gini ratio from 0.391 (2019) to 0.411 (2021). Government policies during the pandemic generally focus on distributing social assistance and assisting micro, small and medium enterprises, even though there are other policies such as subsidized food program. Research on subsidized food program is important to understand the implementation of policies to reduce poverty and improve people's welfare. This study aims to provide an explanation of the reactivation and transformation of the subsidized food program in Jakarta. The method used to answer the research is through literature studies and policy implementation in the field. The results showed that the reactivation of the subsidized food program was carried out as part of the social safety net policy to meet the food needs of certain communities, such as students from poor families, elderly and persons with disabilities who cannot fulfill their basic needs. The target beneficiaries are around 1 million people in 2021 and 2022. The registration mechanism is undergoing a transformation from an offline system to a combination of offline and online system. The distribution mechanism uses daily quotas and applies health protocols. There will be an increase in the value of the 2021-2022 subsidy from Rp. 246,800/person or 66% of the total food price to Rp. 268,500/person or 68% of the total food price

Abstract

Relocation of the capital city from Jakarta to Nusantara does not necessarily reduce the population pressure and does not solve Jakarta's environmental problems. One of the newest concepts that mainstreaming urban resilience in order to adapt to the climate change impact is nature-based solutions. For this reason, it is necessary to look for the potential for this concept to be applied in Jakarta, which aims to contribute to a sustainable future city design for Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive study was conducted through a literature review by comparing case studies in various cities in the world to obtain information on the latest developments in the concept of nature-based solutions. Various nature-based solutions that have been successfully implemented by cities in the world can be adapted for implementation in Jakarta by taking into account their feasibility and suitability to the characteristics of Jakarta. The regeneration of Jakarta as a resilient and sustainable city can be done by prioritizing nature-based solutions, such as renaturalization and rewilding. Renaturalization is not only focused on park development, but on rainwater management and restoration of watershed quality with a multifunctional utilization design. In addition, well-managed rewilding can become an option to increase biodiversity. Various nature-based solutions that have been successfully implemented by cities in the world can be adapted for implementation in Jakarta by taking into account their feasibility and suitability to the characteristics of Jakarta. The focus of green city development which is only on the development of green open spaces has resulted in the failure to provide solutions to environmental issues and urban sustainability. Deeper citizen engagement is required for the implementation of inclusive nature-based solutions. With the increasing environmental challenges faced by Jakarta, it is necessary to transform the city into a more resilient and sustainable city with a holistic approach by adopting the concept of a circular city for the management of limited resources.

Abstract

Information security incidents have increased in number and become more diverse and destructive and disrupt service availability. An incident management system is needed to detect and handle information security incidents quickly, minimize losses, reduce exploited vulnerabilities and restore infrastructure, including services. An incident management system needs to be managed with a Security Operations Center (SOC). The use of tacit knowledge has been shown to help accelerate problem-solving in SOC better than experience by adopting strategies that have been used previously. The application of knowledge management in SOC has become a basic need. An organization's ability to manage existing knowledge is a necessary strength to be able to survive in the face of incessant cyber-attacks. This study aims to examine the process of capturing tacit in SOC so that it can be used to analyze and deal with cyber threats and to lay the foundation for implicit knowledge management in organizations to increase the efficiency of work methods and processes responding to incidents efficiently and systematically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine a learning phenomenon that emerged during the hectic distance learning method (online), namely the multitasking phenomenon carried out by trainees. This research is interesting because currently multitasking is an obstacle as well as a challenge faced by every online training participant. The question to be answered is whether the training are effective, when participants are doing multitasking. This research was conducted on participants of the Scientific Writing Training (KTI) at the Central Statistics Agency's Education and Training Center in 2021 and 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of this study show that the participation of the trainees as indicated by their virtual attendance and their focus/concentration is disrupted by the large number of workloads (multitasking). However, the participants' multitasking conditions did not affect the effectiveness of the training as indicated by the increase in the post-test scores from the pre-test scores and the completion of the paper manuscript assignment. Nevertheless, the training organizers and the leaders of the trainees still need to consider this fact to take actions to reduce multitasking tension so as to increase the level of attendance and focus/concentration of the trainees.
