Abstract

Satria area along the corridor of Veteran Street will be used as research object to find the characteristic, the potential, and the existing problem on each elements of Urban Design. The elements of discussion which are land management, building management, circulation and open parking space, pedestrian ways, support activity, signage system, preservation and conservation. The methodology that will be used area data collection, data arragment, data analysis, then will be ended with conclusion and research purpose.Key Word : charateristic, element of urban design, corridor.

Abstract

Penglipuran Traditional Village is one of the tourist village in Bali is located in Kubu Village, District Bangli, Bangli regency. As one of the attractions of rural, Penglipuran has a tourist attraction in the form of a spatial pattern and unique traditional architecture, traditions and social and cultural life of society is typical, and the presence of lush bamboo forest. But lately there is concern on the continued development of tourism in the village's existence home building traditional population is already threatened with the development of modernization and increasing the level of the economy of local communities, and a shift in cultural values of traditional society towards a modern society, as well as the existence of bamboo plants in around the yard of vulnerable populations will be putting land into residential land. It takes a joint effort of government and the community to keep keberadaannnya in the future so that the realization of sustainable development of tourism. This study aims to determine the effect of modernization against the traditional residential houses in the village Penglipuran, and what are the factors that influence. The few things that were influenced modereniasi is in terms of function, material and shape of the building, and ornaments.Keywords: modernization, Village Traditional House Penglipuran

Abstract

The city is the center of different localities with village based on size , population density or legal status. Denpasar as a capital of bali province having growth rate is very fast , both in terms of economic , social and development. This boosted the community desire to seek work in denpasar semakiin many. As a place of central province government , corridor road area supreme cok tresna having the character of a very unique and interesting to be researched , particularly on drafting of elements. Research method used in the research is data collection method , data analysis methods , and methods penyimpulan. The condition of center area corridor province government experienced pergesaran bali than originally only as the administrative center of the province of bali , now mingled with trade and services. Abstract

Narmada Park is one of the cultural heritage sites that breathe Hinduism which is a historic relic of the entry of Hinduism on the island of Lombok. Narmada Park is also one of the tourist attraction with its main potential is the park, profane building which is a relic of Raja Anak Agung Gde Ngurah Karangasem and pond. The existence of Narmada Park is currently not widely known by the tourists who come to the island of Lombok, this causes the Park Narmada become one of the tourist attractions in Lombok with the number of visitors the smallest arrivals.The background of the small number of visitors who come to Narmada Park due to lack of visitor facilities, can be seen from the access of visitors who are not directed because many visitors who enter the area of Narmada Park through the entrance for the Hindus who will worship. Narmada Park tour route that has not been well arranged to cause visitors feel not directional when doing tours within the area of Narmada Park. The manager building that is not functioning properly causes maintenance of every area of the park is not maintained so that the beauty of the garden becomes reduced. This paper is a case study using the research method that is, the stage of formulating the initial idea, the initial idea maturation stage, the data collection phase through the literature study, field observation and interviews, the study area zoning stage, the data analysis phase, the data synthesis stage, and the design phase .The development of Narmada Park tourism facilities is expected to keep the heritage of the cultural heritage that has been, making Narmada become one of Lombok tourism destinations with facilities that can meet the needs of visitors, able to make visitors feel the feel of the kingdom as the former heyday, so that later can help improve the economy of local people .Keywords: facilities, cultural heritage, history, visitors, economy.

Abstract

Bali is an island that is well known in the national and international. Bali's natural culture and customs that have traditionally become Balinese spirit so that they can be known as today. Many preferred destinations can be visited by tourists. ranging from nature tourism, marine tourism, cultural tourism, culinary, religious, agro tourism etc. Foreign tourist arrivals in 2015 reached 363.8 visits up 6.65 percent compared to 2014. The progress of an area like Bali is inseparable from the impact of these developments. Several problems began to emerge, such as an increase in population, neighborhoods and settlements. Settlements are an important thing that needs attention. In Bali, the city of Denpasr in particular is a city that becomes the destination of migrants to change their destiny.The city of Denpasar is the capital of Bali province, similar to the problems experienced by other big cities, one of which is in the field of housing and settlement. The high price of land and some other supporting facilities also increase. So what happens in the community is the difficulty of having a decent home. Thus the need for simple apartment rental (rusunawa)Rusunawa is one type of dwelling that is very feasible in applied in Bali, Denpasar City in particular. The most basic reason for this is that apartment buildings can accommodate quite a lot of occupants, fewer land uses, the construction can be done vertically and maximally, can support a better urban environmental arrangement and can be owned by rental system without having to be in charge of building maintenance.Keywords: rusunawa, denpasar city

Abstract

Bali Island as one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia, is well known in the archipelago as well as abroad. The beauty of nature and the charm of Balinese culture blend with its friendly society. The uniqueness of Balinese culture makes Bali as a tourist destination that always attracts tourists.Badung as a marine tourism destination, where most of it is managed by small entrepreneurs who only engaged in scouting and diving equipment rental. In addition, facilities and infrastructure of marine tourism services provided inadequate such as inadequate dive facilities. Various tourism participation and assistance programs have been developed in Badung regency, by Lembanga International, central government, local government, scientific institutions, non-governmental organizations, private and private sectors to support the development of tourism sector in this area.The research method used is data collection method which includes primary data with interview and observation technique, secondary data that is by literature study and literature supporting book. Data analysis methods that include data grouping, analysis and synthesis and the last is the method of conclusion.So to further develop the existing potential of Tanjung Benoa area, there needs to be a place of service with facilities to further improve services to marine tourism activities for tourists. Besides, with the Tanjung Benoa Marine Park, South Kuta, Badung is expected to be a contribution to further improve the quality of Tanjung Benoa tourism area and can serve as the utilization of human resources, improve the economic structure of the surrounding community and foreign exchange.Keywords: Parks, Tours, Nautical
