Abstract

Customer reviews on the internet play an essential role in generating opinions in electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM); This review serves as an online communication tool that significantly influences the perception of the following potential user. The purpose of this study is to understand the opinions that often appear in actual customer reviews that give an Excellent and Very Good rating. This study collected 1.515 online review data from the Tripadvisor website using automated web data mining techniques. Next, we used the JMP Pro 14 software to parse and visualize the research data at the analysis stage. The data shows that the most critical customer satisfaction lies in non-physical services, namely "staff" services, where most of the reviews express the meaning of being very satisfied with the services provided by the staff. Meanwhile, in the aspect of physical attributes, there is an important note, namely the "room" aspect, where this term is used to refer to complaints of bedrooms and bathrooms that are old and dirty enough to require renewal. Physical attributes, such as pool, breakfast, beach, and restaurant, are satisfactory because they can meet customer expectations

Community participation is essential in tourism development. The government plays a role in encouraging increased community participation. However, in practice, government involvement in management has the potential to have positive or negative impacts on community participation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence of the Tuafanu village community in the development of Oetune Beach tourism before and after being managed by the government. Through a qualitative descriptive method, this study examines the level of community participation in the development of the Oetune Beach tourist attraction. It is currently being managed by the government using the Arnstein participation ladder. The results of the study show that the participation of the Tuafanu village community at the start of Oetune Beach tourism development was at the level of degree of power. In other words, community power dropped to a pseudo-participation level after the government managed Oetune Beach. Therefore, the government's role focuses a lot on physical development needs to be followed by efforts to increase community participation so that it is maintained and continues increasing so that sustainable tourism completes

The development of tourism destinations is a series of multi-sectoral and multi-actor developments. Therefore cross-sectoral collaborative governance is needed to achieve common goals, as well as have an impact on the community's economy and regional development. This research focuses on answering questions (1) why is cross-sectoral cooperation between the government and non-government actors in the development of Likupang tourism not yet optimal? and (2) what is the collaborative governance model for Likupang tourism development? The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that took loci in Likupang, North Minahasa Regency. Collected primary data was through in-depth interviews with eight key informants. The development of Likupang tourism involves government and non-government actors. Likupang's collaborative governance model for tourism development focuses on the collaboration process as the partnership core. How the collaboration occurs, who the participants are, the division of duties and authorities, and the monitoring, evaluating, and reporting procedures must be clear and understandable to all parties. Institutional legality can clarify the task division so that each party will contribute to the partnership’s target achievement
