Abstract

The new normal phase has already begun. The tourism sector is slowly starting to operate. Setigi (Selo Tirto Giri) is a new tourist destination in the Gresik Regency region that gets priority from the local government to operate. As a new tourist destination, Setigi should have the right development guide. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach for 1 (one) month, where we focused on aspects of qualitative data that refer to the criteria and indicators of tourism destination development. We collect data by field observations, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, supported by quantitative non-reactive data. The analysis was carried out by the IFAS/EFAS analysis phase, followed by the SWOT/TOWS Matrix analysis technique. This research reveals that, in general, the management of Setigi is in harmony with the principles of the development of tourist destinations and tourist attractions. The manager has also strived to implement the Sapta Pesona criteria into the management of Setigi. However, there are some notes to improve Setigi's performance towards better tourism destinations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the degree of implementation of Strategic Management and the level of MSME (Miicro. Small, and Medium Enterprise) business performance in the Batik, Craft and Furniture sector in Probolinggo District, East Java and to examine the relationship between Strategic Management Application and Business Performance. The population of this research is the MSMEs of the Batik, Craft and Furniture sectors in Probolinggo District with a purposive sampling method, and those who meet the requirements of 30 samples. The method used is a survey through a questionnaire to find out primary data of degrees in the Implementation of Strategic Management and secondary data on business performance. To test the relationship between variables, a statistical test was carried out using the linear regression method with the SPSS tool. The results showed that the degree of implementation of Strategic Management and Business Performance of respondents was included in the medium category. Statistical test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of the Implementation of Strategic Management on Business Performance. The results of this study should be input for stakeholders in an effort to improve the competence of MSMEs in dealing with business competition.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is a survey method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random. The number of respondents was determined as 125 employees through the table krejcie-morgan of 220 State Civil Servants, obtained 140 units of analysis (State Civil Apparatus at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office), only in its implementation there were 15 respondents who gave incomplete responses so that overall only 125 respondents used. The quantitative approach is used to test and prove hypotheses through the use of WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a significant impact on employee commitment and performance, commitment also shows real results on employee performance. The resulting mediation role test shows that organizational commitment is not stated as a mediator because without the support of organizational commitment, in its implementation individual characteristics are also able to provide tangible results in improving performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi kinerja petugas pengamanan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh petugas pengamanan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Cianjur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 44 petugas menggunakan studi populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan media bantu google form. Pengujian validitas menggunakan fasilitas program computer SPSS for windows versi 23. Untuk uji reabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan satu kali pengukuran dengan menggunakan rumus koefisien alpha Cronbach. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kinerja pada petugas pengamanan berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 29 responden dengan persentase (65,90%). Hasil analisis setiap indikator variabel motivasi kinerja menunjukan bahwa seluruh responden memiliki motivasi kinerja dalam kategori tinggi. Dilihat dari pada setiap indikatornya yaitu Achievement, Power dan Affiliation

Abstract

Abstract Brand equity or in Bahasa Indonesia referred to ekuitas merek is something that refers to the value of a product from a company that can be recognised when compared to similar goods or services on the market. Having a brand equity on a certain product becomes very important for the company because it is considered effective in creating loyal customers. This research aims to determine the influence of brand equity on the decision to purchase toasted bread ‘Bakarin’ in Kediri. Brand equity is associated with brand names, quality effects, strong brand associations, and other assets such as patents and trademarks. This type of research includes causal asossiative research. The population in this research is the buyer of Toasted bread ‘Bakarin’ in Kediri area. While the sample used is 30 subscribers. The data collection technique used in this study is questionnaires. Its analytical data technique uses multi linear regression. From the analysis of the data, it shows that: (1) Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (2) Brand loyalty has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (3) Brand awareness, brand association, quality perception, and brand loyalty jointly have significant effect on purchasing decision. Abstrak Brand equity atau dalam Bahasa Indonesia disebut sebagai sebagai ekuitas merek adalah sesuatu yang mengacu pada nilai suatu produk dari perusahaan tertentu yang dapat dikenali bila dibandingkan dengan barang atau jasa yang serupa di pasaran. Memiliki brand equity pada suiatu produk menjadi sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena hal tersebut dianggap mampu menciptakan pelanggan yang setia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian roti bakar merek Bakarin di Kediri. Brand equity berhubungan dengan nama merek yang dikenal, kesan kualitas, asosiasi merek yang kuat dan aset-aset lainnya seperti paten dan merek dagang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asossiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli roti bakar merek Bakarin di wilayah Kediri. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 pelanggan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik data analisisnya menggunakan multi linear regression. Dari analisis data tersebut, diperoleh hasil: (1) Kesadaran merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; (2) Loyalitas merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; (3) Kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, loyaitas merek, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

In general, business incubators are created to provide space and facilities, especially for new entrepreneurs pioneering or running a business. Its existence was first initiated by universities so that it is expected to be able to build a sustainable and beneficial business ecosystem for end-users as business stakeholders. During this time the practice of incubators business is carried out in the form of programs or projects for a certain period from the beginning of the registration selection until participants reach the level of business creation, namely by students. While this research was conducted to explore how the implementation of business incubator programs that occur in high schools, even though the type of business incubator is a micro-level business incubator or can be called a business incubator simulation practice. The study was conducted at one of the Private High Schools in Indonesia. By using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach through data collection and interviews with teachers and students, especially for those who are involved in extra activities outside school hours "Entrepreneurship Passion". The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of micro-business incubator practices in schools still shows suboptimal results, which are only able to increase student entrepreneurial interest and have not been able to print a sustainable entrepreneur, so it requires the development of certain curricula that are capable of printing millennial entrepreneurs. The research findings indicate a weakness in the method of implementing the "Entrepreneurship Passion" activity as a means to foster student entrepreneurship seeds at school.
