Abstract

ASmart City increasingly rife discussed in order to be a solution in solving problems arising from the dynamics of an increasingly advanced and modern city. The purpose of applying the concept of smart city to increase the sense of security and comfort for its citizens, making the city more effective and efficient. Madura is an island located north of Java island. The island is dubbed Salt island “Pulau Garam” is quite well known in the field of bull race and batik handicrafts, especially in Bangkalan regency. Bangkalan regency is a developing city to realize the concept of smart city. One way that can be done is to take advantage of the market needs of batik lovers by providing easy access to the location. Utilizing google maps location search technology with Cartesian method on smartphone electronic devices, consumers will be easier in terms of information search and location of batik craftsmen scattered throughout the district of Bangkalan.

Abstract

The internet is one of the most popular media today by teenagers. Not a few people are very dependent on the internet so that users are addicted, the symptoms of addiction are given the name Internet Addiction. Internet Addiction is defined as a syndrome characterized by spending an enormous amount of time using the internet and not being able to control its use while online. People who show this syndrome will feel anxious, depressed, or empty when not online on the internet. The low awareness of the public about this addiction disorder is a factor in the increasing number of people, especially teenagers, who underestimate this addiction disorder and are often regarded as something natural because in this era it is indeed a time of wide open technology. Therefore there is a need for technology that helps diagnose internet addiction using the Bayes Theorem Method. In the Bayes theorem method, each symptom weight in this disorder is determined by the probability of the results of a survey or questionnaire that has been done previously as much as 50 data. tendency of individuals who are indicated to be addicted to the internet. Bayes' theorem uses a statistical approach to calculate trade offs between different decisions, using the probabilities and values that accompany a decision. The system test shows that the Bayes theorem method has an accuracy rate of 60% to diagnose the level of internet addiction experienced by teenagers..

Abstract

The operation of heavy machinery vehicles and extensive project site areas are constrained in a general contractor services business, they need risk management to overcome obstacles that interfere project.. Transporting heavy machinery vehicles from one project location to another project site using low bed movers have a risk. Ideal condition for company heavy machinery vehicle with minimum transport. Despite their completion to represent low budget to manage project, it mitigation time, embarkation and debarkation is a challenge too. The aim of this research is to observe level of effectiveness in applying ISO 31000:2018 risk management standard in heavy machinery operations. We apply expert judgment in risk assessment techniques using questioner. This was distributed to respondents who had experience operating heavy machinery vehicles for at least 3 years. Heavy machinery vehicle operators must have enough experience and maintenance of heavy machinery just conduct routinely based on a manual book. From the results of risk identification,  there are 20 risks. Based on the results of the risk assessed from probability and impact variables, damaged risk to the undercarriage parts (R12)  as a top priority treatment risk. Risk management will be identified as mitigation strategies based on 5 aspects. They are avoided risk, risk control, separating risk, moving risk and accepting risk. Results of identification from treatment strategies will be assessed based on mitigation duration and mitigation costs, to find out the most optimal strategy for dealing with these risks. It can concluding assessment of risk management strategies well, if mitigation strategies separate risks. is the most optimal mitigation strategy.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test opinion data tweet of three candidates for governor Jakarta, 2017. Data only in Indonesian tweet, data tweet 100 tweets with keywords AHY, 100 tweets with keywords Ahok, and 100 tweets with keywords Anies. Data taken by random either from a normal user or online media at Twitter. Indonesian tweet opinion with three candidates for governor Jakarta in 2017 divided into three sentiment: positive, neutral and negative. Preprocessing data is, Lower Case Tokens, Normalization, Tokenization, Cleansing and Filtering. Classification method in this study using Naïve Bayes classifier (NBC), because this method is the most widely performed for sentiment analysis and proven always produce highest accuracy. Results of classification, Precision AHY data scored the highest with 95% and 95% Recall, while Ahok data lowest Precision scores with 81.6% and 82% recall.

Abstract

Batik is a part of Indonesian culture. Since long ago, Batik cloth is still a fabric representing Indonesian culture. Batik cloth is also a national cloth that provides special features for Indonesia. In this research conducting analysis of service quality, consumer confidence, commitment to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Madura batik products. The method used is PLS (Part Least Square).  Models formed with PLS can be optimal in predictness accuracy has a large complexity and samples ranging from 30 to 100 samples. This research is done in one of the districts in Madura Island, Bangkalan regency. In the district Bangkalan many SME batik that sells Madura batik products. Samples of consumers taken as much as 100. his research consists of two models namely model 1 about service quality, consumer confidence, commitment to customer satisfaction. Model 2 on service quality, consumer confidence, and commitment towards customer satisfaction to customer  loyalty. From the results of The value of coefficient of determination of model 1 is 0.888 or 88.8%. In Model 2 the value of coefficient of determination of the Model 2 is 0.906 or at 90.6%.  From the hypothesis test results that from Models 1 and 2 that have a significant influence is the commitment variable, while other variables have no effect. From the measurement goodness of fit acquired that the Model 1 and 2 is said to be a good overall model prediction

Abstract

The accreditation program of undergraduate study is an evaluation process which is done periodically by a body that has the authority i.e. the BANPT. The implementation of the process of preparing the accreditation program of study form of some organizations which play a role in manage and supply the data needs of the accreditation form. The data used by the program to study the process of preparation of the accreditation form is historical data collected periodically from time to time in order to give an overview of the activities/information. The process of collecting the scattered data from each of these organizations require great resources and time briefly. The system used a course at University in conducting the Madura Trunojoyo gathering historical data accreditation by searching, collecting and recording the data in its own separate list and yet maximally computerized and centralized yet most of the management and the management of its data. So it developed a system that can muster such data i.e. Information System Database-based Accrediting University Trunojoyo Madura .

Abstract

Problems in utilizing Quadcopter, either as a hobby or as special needs are still many obstacles or weaknesses such as; plane easy to fall; plane easy hit; the battery is not durable; vulnerable to weather conditions and others. In this regard, Quadcopter's research and development has grown to include weaknesses of existing Quadcopter planes and to improve aircraft facilities and capabilities. In developing the knowledge and information about the Quadcopter aircraft, the data or parameters related to aircraft lift capability factors; fly long; flying high; type of motor used; the type of propeller used; including the sensors and control systems used. Thus, this study was to find the relationship between changes in the BLDC motor voltage source to the rotor angle velocity (ω); Change of rotor speed to wind velocity through rotor (v); change of rotor speed to rotor lift (Ft); change of wind speed to rotor lift; push the following rotor (Ct). In this study, empirical testing was conducted in the laboratory to determine the relationship among others: changes in the BLDC motor voltage source to the rotor angle velocity (ω); Change of rotor speed to wind velocity through rotor (v); change of rotor speed to rotor lift (Ft); change of wind speed to rotor lift; push the following rotor (Ct). Test and measurement results data show that; the relationship between lift power generated with rotational speed is not proportional Nonlinearity occurs when the rotor is released from the self and starts pulling the strain gauge when the rotation speed reaches around 65 rps. Once the rotation speed of the rotor is able to reach up to 1.5 Newton lift then the thrust rising trend increasing sharply to the increasing the speed of rotation of the rotor. A special rotor that has BLDC motor specifications such as; 1200 KV, 5 Volt and 30 Ampere; blade with a radius of r 0.12 m; at a temperature of about 27 oC; in the condition there are no other wind currents then obtained thrust (Ct) of 1.732.  Keywords: Rotation Speed, Thrust Coefficient, Quadcopter.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an open company developed in mobile telecommunication in Indonesia. The company was established to meet the needs of customers throughout all of the region in Indonesia. To determine how many sites should be built with limitations of budget would be the constraints, then it takes the objective function derived from calculations using linear programming methods. In this case, the calculation and analysis which aims to develop the plan of 4G LTE technology which has four types, those are LTE900, LTE1800, LTE2100, and LTE2300 in JABODETABEK region for this study by using pycharm software with PULP package and compared using POM-QM software. The results obtained by using both software shows the same number as follow, LTE types that must be built sequentially from the most to the least are LTE2100 12,580 sites, LTE2300 2.044 sites, LTE1800 390 sites, and LTE900 0 sites. Based on these results, if the company implemented these results in building the site for each type of LTE, then the maximum total revenue that can be obtained by the company is Rp 2.452.380.953.518,722.

Abstract

Metal reinforcement that has an impact on improving mechanical properties can occur in various ways, including by strain hardening mechanisms, solid solutions, second phase, prespitations, disperse, grain refinement and texture. In recent years, another method has been developed to obtain good mechanical properties without adding alloy elements, namely by the method of comprehensive plastic deformation (Severe Plastic Deformation). The purpose of this research is to conduct a study of rolling using medium carbon steel with a treatment temperature above recrystallization, rolling rate, sintering time, cooling media as an effort to develop and design new innovations about steel structures being rolled. The study of developing rolling techniques that can be applied in industry and can be applied as learning material / media in higher education requires structured research stages. The best impact value from this temper process is a temperature of 550 ° C for 1 hour where the impact value is 1.58 J / mm² with air conditioning media. In the rolling process above the recrystallization temperature 800 ° C deformation 20% the impact value is 1.7 J / mm² where the toughness indicates a ductile fracture while the deformation is 10% the impact value

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic crisis of 2020, different from previous crisis / disasters, given the uncertainty, no one can predict or look ahead, when the end of this crisis is over. Global impact that touches almost all sectors and is directly related personally and family. Fast-moving events, we talk day by day, with a situation that is changing and unprecedented. This requires us to make policies, responses and rapid mitigation of impacts on shared covid-19. Management policies must reach the infrastructure, work and engagement sectors required to be fast and appropriate. In dealing with such situations, it is necessary to apply crisis management, so that the main things that must be prioritized can be found. The government is expected to provide fiscal incentives, especially to national companies, in the form of tax breaks, small loans, or other assistance. So that the company can survive to avoid layoffs and be able to rise again after going through this crisis.
