Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

This Research examine the influence of financial leverage measure by Debt Ratio there are Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL), Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the systematic risk (beta) of stock, and also examine the difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in normal period and in the global financial crisis in the year of 2008. This research use the data of firms in the manufacture sector which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) for the year of 2006 untill 2009. Using the purposive sampling method founded 87 firms for the sample. Research analysis use the panel data regression with General Least Square (GLS) method and 95% degree of confidence. The result of this research found that DFL, DTA and DER have a positive influence to the systematic risk (beta) of stock and also found that there is no difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in the normal period and on the global financial crisis in the year of 2008.

Abstract

The Birth of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking has provided a huge opportunity for the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia, both Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia People's Credit Banks. However, what is unfortunate in this case is that not all people understand and are aware of the ins and outs of Islamic banking practices, so that Islamic banks still have to be vigorous again in conducting socialization and promotion to all people in order to be able to compete with conventional banks in particular who do business development by opening a Sharia Business Unit (SBU). In terms of raising bank funds, banks generally rely on third party funds from customers to support fund distribution activities. Related to this, of course, bank services to customers, especially in fund management activities, must prioritize customer satisfaction so that they are always motivated to deposit their funds in the bank, so that third party fund mobilization is able to compensate for optimal fund distribution which will ultimately improve its liquidity performance through the Finance to Deposits Ratio (FDR). This FDR is used to see how far financing to customers can offset the obligation to immediately meet its short-term debt to customers who want to withdraw their money that has been used by the bank to see the ability and vulnerability of a bank

Abstract

The development of technology and the increasing use of Internet network in the society today has an impact on consumer behavior. Businesses that used to be conventional or offline are now turning to online business, which makes it easier for consumers to be able to conduct business transactions without any limitations of space and time. This study aims to determine the increase in operating income with offline switch to online with the analysis of revenue and relevant costs. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of the research is the Hproject Store. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with offline store observations and online stores, interviews with owners and employees and documentation of the accounting records. Based on the results of research indicated that switching offline business to online can increase operating profit based on revenue analysis and cost relevant for tactical decision making. The contribution of this research is able to indicate that one of technique in increasing profit is by utilizing technology and network in doing business. In addition, this study can provide consideration of financial analysis techniques before tactical decision making on business techniques.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive approach by using questionnaires from 64 respondents, analyzed using quantitative / inferential analysis, where the analysis to test the hypothesis or know the effect of variable X1 and variable Y either simultaneously or partially to variable Y. Ordinal data processing is converted into scale interval using MSI. The results showed that the test results, although small direct influence between variables X1 with variable Y of 28% while the direct influence of variable X2 to variable Y is very big influence is 44.9% and simultaneously variable X1 and variable X2 affect Y variable of 31 , 3%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on the level of profitability at KSU Cahaya Permata (Business Multipurpose Cooperative), namely by taking secondary data and using linear data analysis to determine the extent of a creation that is simpler than the Bank in the management system or the procedure for financial management, in increasing profitability for the benefit of the company itself, the uniqueness of this research is based on the researcher to conduct research research at KSU Cahaya Permata. The results of this study are that working capital has a significant effect on profitability, because the increasing working capital increases the level of profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and to test whether there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. The research method used is the research method of verification analysis, by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple coefficient analysis, and determination analysis. Based on statistical tests conducted, t test showed that there is a significant effect of product quality variables on consumer purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis is obtained that if the product quality increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions, and vice versa. The degree of relationship between product quality and consumer purchase decisions is strongly interpreted. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of product quality (X) to consumer purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

ERP system and SCM are considered to be the business performance enhancer regardless the business type. This paper summarizes studies on ERP systems and SCM in cooperative business. The cooperative is a unique model of business, where the owners are also customers, suppliers, as well as operators. There is a little study concerns on ERP, SCM, even operations perspective of cooperative business. If any, the study focuses on technical aspects of technology, a little part of ERP, like the use of application of accouting, the use of marketplace, etc. This paper also proposes a framework of ERP and SCM model for cooperative. The discussion refers to the performance standards of the cooperative set by the Government and combined with ERP systems and business process in general. This model is expected to be a considerable framework to enhance cooperative performance as well as a tool of control of cooperative business. Due to the vary of cooperative type of business, it is suggested that further study observes the actual business process in a cooperative so that ERP system and SCM model can be developed properly.

Abstract

Development of information technology is developing very faster now influencing the community in supporting various business activities both large and small to be known globally. The most obvious impact is not only being known but also increasing the volume of sales and profits. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. By using digital marketing in this case is social media, sculpture carvings from Cipacing Bandung market the results of home industry in the form of handicrafts from a piece of unused wood carved into a unique sculpture. Initially this activity was only as a free time, but at this time it became the main activity as an increase in economic turnover in the household. Formerly the sales activities of these industrial products were conventional and traditional, they make products only on order. But after getting to know about the existence of some social cipacing residents, they have started to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing faster compared to when selling with the old way. Digital marketing is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient promotional tool and able to increase sales volume significantly.

Abstract

This research was carried out on employees of the Regional Office of the Rural Bank of Majalengka. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of professional commitment and Self-efficacy on role conflict in employees of the Regional Public Housing Agency of the Central Majalengka both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The populations in this study were all employees of the Majalengka BPR Regional Regulation Office as many as 47 respondents.The results of the study show that professional commitment, self-efficacy on employees of the BPR Perumda Majalengka Center are in a very high category. While role conflict is in a very good category. Partially profession commitment does not significantly influence role conflict and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on role conflict. Simultaneously professional commitment and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on role conflict.

Abstract

Research on Corporate Competitive Strategies in Increasing Number of Guest Visits In The Hospitality Business (Case Study At Four Star XYZ Hotel in Tangerang City,) highlights how the company achieves competitiveness and improves its performance. In running its business Hotel XYZ faced problems, namely decreasing the number of guest visits and weak competitiveness of the company. This research used qualitative method by using descriptive approach. For data collection method used is by giving questionnaires to hotel customers and interviews to informants who then analyze the data based on the IFE and EFE matrix. Based on the research results found that the current level of company indicates that XYZ Hotel is still in the average level, so XYZ hotel should make a good strategy for the future the company can achieve the vision and mission of the company. Based on the analysis of IFE and EFE Hotel XYZ is in quadrant five so that strategy can be done by Hotel XYZ to improve the competitiveness of company by doing competition through differentiation.
