Abstract

Energy, as an inexhaustible phenomenon, undergoes transformations through various forms to meet human needs. Some forms of energy are challenging to harness for reuse, necessitating a combination of energy generators to enhance electricity production from renewable sources such as heat and water. The utilization of Ocean Wave Energy Converter (OWC) emerges as one solution, harnessing the phenomena of waves and air pressure to drive generators. The generated electrical output does not have to be large, as long as it can produce heat through coils. This heat is then used to warm thermoelectric materials, generating electricity that can be stored in the Powerhouse Storage. A holistic approach is employed to harness renewable energy efficiently and sustainably to meet electrical needs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on repurchase intention mediated by brand image on Maybelline pressed powder products in Bandung City. The instruments used in this research have been declared to have passed the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple regression test, multiple regression test and Sobel test. This instrument is used as a data collection tool from respondents, namely consumers who use make up who have used and purchased products from the object being assessed. This research involved 165 respondents with ages ranging from 17 years and over. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing online questionnaires and the total time used to collect relevant data was cross-sectional or one shot study. The analytical tool used to test the data instrument uses SPSS version 25 software tools and the sobel test. The findings of this research show that electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest , and brand image can mediate the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchasing interest. The results of this research are also useful for managers of objects that are considered related, regarding designing strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

Two formulations of problems in this study, namely: (1) What are the results of civil liability analysis in settling compensation for ship accidents in Indonesia. (2) How does the judge's judgment through the District Court Decision compare with the Shipping Court Decision on the case. The type of research raised is Normative Juridical Research (literature law research). The source of data in this study is secondary data. Secondary data are data obtained from literature studies. Secondary data in the field of law viewed from the point of binding strength can be divided into 3 (three), namely primary legal material, secondary legal material, and tertiary legal material This research uses a case approach (case appoarch) and a legal approach (statua appoarch). The analysis method used is a qualitative normative method, namely research by describing conditions and facts about the object of research. The results of this study, namely, the Perspective of Civil Responsibility in the Settlement of Compensation for Ship Accidents in Indonesia (Case Study of District Court Decisions and Shipping Court Decisions) can be concluded that the Shipping Court Decision is only limited, that is, it does not mention the compensation of Shipping Companies to the owner of the goods, because the competence and jurisdiction possessed by the Shipping Court is very limited.

Abstract

Research Objectives: a) To find out and analyze the Legal Arrangements for Customer Personal Data Protection in banking mobile banking services are still happening to the detriment of customers. b) To find out and analyze the Bank's Responsibility for the Confidentiality of Customer Personal Data in accordance with Law no. 27 of 2022. The method applied in this legal research is the study of normative juridical research methods, which refers to substance research from laws and regulations, books, journals and papers as well as other jurisprudence. However, this research is also based on empirical research where the data is taken from field studies. As a result, the theory of legal protection and legal certainty has a close relationship in legal regulation to the protection of customer personal data in mobile banking services. Legal protection theory emphasizes the importance of protecting human rights, including the right to personal data protection. The right to personal data protection is a human right guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD 1945) Article 28G Paragraph (1).

Abstract

This study discusses the use of Google Drive in the context of preparing Bumdes reports in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of Google Drive implementation on efficiency, collaboration, and transparency in Bumdes' report management process. Through data analysis and case studies, the research reveals that using Google Drive provides ease of access, facilitates real-time team collaboration, and improves document security and version management. In addition, administrative efficiency is also seen to increase, with reduced reliance on physicala dministration. The use of Google Drive also provides a higher level of transparency in the presentation of Bumdes reports to related parties and the public. The results of this study provide a positive outlook on the implementation of Google Drive as a comprehensive and effective management tool in the context of Bumdes, with potential implications for improved performance and adaptation to changes at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of digital application integrity in improving business performance and as an effort to optimize overall management. Through literature reviews and case studies, we identify key factors that affect the integrity of digital applications, such as data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance. We also evaluate the impact of digital application integrity on operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The results showed that the integrity of digital applications not only prevents security risks and data inaccuracies, but also contributes positively to overall business management. Businesses that focus on maintaining the integrity of their digital applications tend to experience improved performance, efficiency, and competitiveness. Therefore, companies need to prioritize the implementation of policies and practices related to the integrity of digital applications as an integral part of their management strategy.

Abstract

Through this research, it is expected to know the characteristics of the level of traffic density around railway crossings and contribute to improving the safety and efficiency of railway crossings in Indonesia.How is the inventory of vehicle traffic density at railway crossings in Madiun City? Based on the color condition of the highway map in the Google Maps application. The method carried out is to collect historical data on traffic conditions on the google map application at a specified JPL point with a certain period of time, namely during the morning, afternoon and evening rush hours, traffic density condition data is shown with certain color indications. As comparison data, samples of live-traffic data are taken on Google Maps which will be analyzed and identified the level of density of railway crossings. Data analysis was carried out to identify railway crossing points that are prone to congestion in the city of Madiun. Through analysis of railway crossing density data, crossing points that have high, medium and low density levels will be identified. Color condition data shows that the plot crossing on JPL 138 has a frequency percentage of 50.37% and 47.71% of the distance is green, with the level of vehicle traffic density is not dense to rather dense. JPL 138 crossing on the side of Jalan Yos Sudarso – Pahlawan has a higher level of traffic density.

Abstract

Bina Insani University is one of the leading private universities in Indonesia. The development of Bina Insani University's business project on the Cikarang campus requires a large investment, both in terms of financial and human resources. Therefore, careful strategic planning is needed to ensure the success of the business development. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic planning and human capital plan in the business development project of Bina Insani University on the Cikarang campus. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study used literature studies and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the strategic planning and human capital plan in Bina Insani University's business development project at the Cikarang campus had been carried out carefully. Strategic planning is done by establishing the long-term, input stage, the matching stage, the decision stage, the business level, and the lean business canvas model. The human capital plan is done with the stages of goals and objectives, corporate culture and values, organizational structure, human capital planning, and Human Resources Cost Projections.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital intensity, inventory intensity, profitability, and political connection on tax aggressiveness with independent commissioners as variable moderation. The population of this research is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 and the samples tested in this study were 78 data taken based on the purposive sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data from annual reports and financial reports. This study used multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis.
