Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how to plan a public service information system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method is an associative type of research which aims to analyze the quality of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. The results of the study show that public services are efforts carried out by individuals to agencies that play a role in meeting the needs of the community. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on employee performance in the field of public services which is not optimal. Especially in the attitude of public service employees who are in the District Office, since the pandemic, the performance seen from the indicators of public service attitudes has not been optimal. In this context, all activities are limited and required to apply the health protocols recommended by the government. Employees do work from home online with the demands of new normal era public service protocol procedures. Subdistrict employees also work according to shifts which are divided into several days taking into account health protocols. The conclusion of the research is that the implementation of e-government is able to make a positive contribution to the public service process. Keywords: Information Systems, Publik Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the phenomenology of the use of plain black caps by the Bengkulu people. This research method uses qualitative research with an interpretive tradition. The results showed that the choice of motif for wearing a plain black cap explains the influence of culture/trend and comfort as a motive for wearing a cap by the wearer, and is also a form of communication as a symbol of existence. The conclusion of the study is that the motif of wearing plain black caps has become a cultural trend of the general public. The conclusion of this study is that the motive for use provides an explanation that culture, history, beauty and comfort can defeat the presence of new creations in the same product, such as the existence of plain black caps in Bengkulu. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the online shop business communication of former employees through Instagram social media. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method equipped with online media references. The results showed; 1. Products, products offered by online shops can be updated directly through the latest photos, live streaming, stories, and videos; 2. Price, publication through Instagram social media, allows all consumers to know firsthand the prices and discounts offered by online shops; 3. Place, Instagram allows every individual to open an online store without having to have a place of sale. 4. Promotion, promotions carried out by online shops are very easy, such as live streaming because they do not have to cost money, besides making videos and sharing them with all followers can be done directly. The conclusion of the study is that Instagram as a promotional media has been able to provide space to be able to promote all products. The conclusion of the study is that the communication of former employees in the online shop business has begun to develop so that it stimulates the community in the area to be able to compete not only in creating conventional stores but online stores. Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebagai pusat pendidikan tinggi generasi penerus bangsa, agen alih tehnologi dan inovasi, dalam perkembangan dan kiprahnya di tingkat masyarakat dituntut mengahasilkan produk-produk berkualitas, baik dalam hal lulusan, sistem pendidikan yang dikembangkan maupun tingkat kontribusinya pada pembangunan dalam arti luas. Dalam kiprah tersebut, perguruan tinggi memerlukan dukungan perangkat kerja tertentu yang dikenal dengan Public Relation (PR) atau Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) untuk mengenalkan diri dan menunjukkan kemempuannya sebagai suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang memiliki tradisi dalam bidang ilmu, pengetahuan dan seni (ipteks) tertentu, yaitu menyangkut isu-isu relevan dimunculkan, program unggulan dan dukungan yang dimilikinya. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis type of research is qualitative using field research methods. Data collection techniques in this study are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques use inductive and descriptive forms of narrative. The results showed that communication problems in inter-ethnic couples between the Pekal and Javanese tribes could be motivated by a lack of understanding of the partner's language, as well as cultural differences. The solution in dealing with the communication problem of inter-ethnic couples between the Pekal and Javanese tribes is to use a language that can be understood by both parties, namely Indonesian. The results of the presentation to couples about the myth of the prohibition of inter-ethnic marriage between the Pekal and Javanese tribes received a positive response so that it did not cause problems for the marriage, but some were anxious or worried. The reason for the new culture can arise from the existence of marriages with different ethnic groups between the Pekal and Javanese tribes, namely because of the new environment, new habits, and the mixing of the two cultures brought by each partner. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how effective the communication of Indonesian volunteers from the Indonesian zakat house was in building altruism. Qualitative research methods with data collection techniques are participatory observation and interviews. This research is associated with the study of DeVito Theory as an analytical knife in a humanistic approach, there are five general qualities of interpersonal communication, namely 1) openness, 2) empathy, 3) supportiveness, 4) positive attitude. , 5) equality (equality). The results showed that the Nusantara Volunteers of the Indonesian Zakat House Bengkulu Branch built a sense of altruism in society in order to humanize other humans and pay more attention to the people around them. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of what is done so that people are interested and moved in building themselves to be more concerned so that a sense of altruism arises in them. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the community's satisfaction with the management of village funds in Tik Teleu Village, Lebong Regency. The research method using descriptive quantitative research methods. In this study there are three ways of data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be seen, that first, community satisfaction in managing village funds in general is still not satisfied. The community considers that the village government is less transparent in the management of village and community funds as well as the performance of the village government is still not optimal and is considered slow. Second, the level of community participation in the management of village funds is also less involved. The conclusion shows that in the management of village funds, community leaders are only involved at the level of community participation consisting of providing suggestions/proposals during the initial deliberation on village fund planning. However, after the village funds were disbursed, community leaders did not know that some even thought that the planning was not in accordance with what had been discussed. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the Good Governance Principles in Village Fund Governance in Padang Capo Ulu Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency. The research method uses a qualitative description approach. Research data sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and photo documentation. The principles of Good Governance in this study are seen from the indicators of participation, transparency and accountability. The results of the study indicate that the 3 principles of good governance in the management of the Village Fund have been running in accordance with the mandate of the legislation. The conclusion of this research is that the transparency of village funds and management has been going well, with deliberation to discuss the management of village funds. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of campaign restrictions for novice voters to obtain electoral information in the 2020 local elections in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. There are 21 research informants taken from representatives of BEM administrators throughout Bengkulu city, in selecting informants using purposive sampling technique, data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show a) In limited meetings, one of which is the lack of political education in the community; b) Regarding the rights and disclosure of information, namely: millennial voters are involved in the socialization process, through social media; c) Regarding voter participation, there are assumptions of millennial voters who are still apathetic towards the candidate pair and have an impact on the political confidence of millennial voters. The conclusion of this research is that campaign restrictions will cause limitations in obtaining information about election organizers, election participants, voters and even information about the vision, mission and work program plans offered by pairs of candidates for Pilkada candidates. Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the quality of public services at the UPT Puskesmas Warai. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method, namely the method of observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that public services at the Warai Lahat Health Center UPT were in accordance with five dimensions, namely Tangible, Reality, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. that are adequate and meet the standards for the needs of the people who visit the UPT Puskesmas Warai Lahat and can be categorized as having fulfilled the five dimensions of Public Service. The conclusion of the study is that the quality of public services at the UPT Puskesmas Warai, Lahat Regency, for service quality is good according to the SOP, the Puskesmas environment is clean, neat and comfortable, the availability of hand washing places, seats and trash boxes.
