<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the success of the Tourism Office in Supporting Local Original Revenue (PAD) in Sukabumi Regency from PAD Bumi Perkumpang Cinumpang using the first dimension Dess and Miller: (1) Targets (2) Policies (3) ) Plans. This study used a qualitative method with 6 informants and data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis procedures using the model proposed by Bogdan. The results showed that the strategy of the Department of Tourism in Supporting Regional Original Revenue (PAD) has been going well, marked by the target of local original income in the Cinumpang Campsite has increased. Targets and policies, plans, that in each dimension have been said to be good in their strategies. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of support from the public about the importance of maintaining and a tourist attraction. In conclusion, the strategy of the Department of Tourism in Supporting Local Revenue (PAD) has been going well. Keywords: Strategy, Regional Original Revenue.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the strategy used by the KPU of Sukabumi City in the Presidential and Vice President Elections in Sukabumi City in 2019 can reduce the percentage of abstentions and achieve the targets set using the theory of G. Dess and Miller. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, to determine the researcher's informant using snowball sampling. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. In testing the validity of the data researchers used triangulation techniques. The results showed the percentage of abstentions in the election of President and Vice President in the City of Sukabumi had exceeded the target set by the KPU of Sukabumi City. One of the drivers of achieving this target is the Form A5 made by the KPU of Sukabumi City and the socialization targets provided by democratic volunteers. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi. This study uses Bernardin and Russel's grand theory and is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using purposive sampling techniques. In preparing primary data, researchers obtain data from the field, which is sourced from interviews and observations with respondents. Based on research results, the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in Sukabumi City is still very far from success because the goal of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi in dealing with students who play truant is not yet perfect or approaching the expected goals as what is desired by policy makers, and the resources in the Sukabumi City Satpol PP Office are still not enough, while the number of problems that exist in public order in the City of Sukabumi is so numerous and extensive. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational communication strategy used by the Office of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services at the One Door of Bengkulu City in an effort to improve public services, as well as to identify the obstacles that arise when implementing organizational communication strategies. The theory used in this study is the theory put forward by Karl Weick in 1969 in which organizations were not formed from structures and positions but from communication activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Informants from the study consisted of 10 employees of the Office of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services of One Door Bengkulu City Government who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The results showed that the strategy used was building internal communication among members of the organization, building emotional closeness and increasing awareness of members of the organization, evaluating the performance that has been done, always being tolerant of the fellow members of the organization. Barriers that arise during communication are differences in the character of each person, frequent mutations and employee movements, lack of competent ability of some employees. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the cross culture as a meeting point between centers in the cultural vortex. The research method in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Culture is an entity that has never been timeless, how could it not even without the culture of the world not materialize. Talking about culture, of course we cannot escape the discussion about friction between cultures. The results of this research, this friction event that makes the emergence of potential conflicts if culture is only understood with tribal and rigid spirit. A process of cross cultural communication is needed to present a dialogue space for each cultural agent. Certainly to produce successful cross-cultural communication requires an awareness of culture in terms of verbs or cultural understanding as a process. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to focus on how the new media is used as a promotional tool for hotels in the city of Bengkulu. This research method uses qualitative methods and Innovation Diffusion theory models. The results of this study are that the study of 4 elements of the theory of innovation diffusion (innovation, time period, communication and social channels) has a relationship with the use of new media at this time. Conclusion, Like the selection of innovations that have an impact in the current era, the time period chosen to decide why should promote through new media, communication channels that have their own influences such as a wide range of promotions, to social that makes changes to the emergence of the use of new media as a promotion from the hotel in the city of Bengkulu. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to discuss media convergence as the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This study uses a historical perspective which is the first media age with the broadcast pattern and the second media age with interactivity patterns. Results of research Broadcast media that use radio frequency transmission can now be accessed through an Internet connection as streaming media. In conclusion, the public can access radio and television through an internet connection and reduce the need for these devices, using an internet connection when it is available for the network to access broadcasts. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the communication and motives for the use of Toah Masjid, Depok Yogyakarta District. This study uses qualitative research using description analysis methods. The theory used is a two-stage communication model and a phenomenological theory put forward by Alfred Schutz. The results of this study indicate that the application of guidelines for the use of loudspeakers in the mosque can be identified through two-stage communication that is established between the Regional Office with the instructor and from the instructor to the mosque Takmir. Two-stage communication using Interpersonal Communication and Social Communication. The important role of policy counselors as gatekeepers and opinion leaders in public policy socialization. Conclusion, the motive of using mosque loudspeakers to the outside other than the call to prayer in several mosques in the Sub-district of Depok, such as reading prayers, dhikr, prayers, prayers and announcements because they have not received policy socialization, no one has questioned their use, to attract the attention of others.
