Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Pesanteren New Kediri Sugar Factory, either simultaneously or partially. The study population is 303 permanent employees. Technique Sample proportional random sampling, with respondents 75 people. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis method of verivikatif and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 7,567 + 0.185 X1 + 0.447 X2. Using the SPSS 23 The results of the F test hypothesis show a F count of 27.610 ˃ Ftable (3.12) with a significance level of 0.000. Since the probability is significantly much smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that simultaneously H3 which states that there is influence of training and work motivation together to the performance of employees received. Based on partial test results for training variables obtained Thitung = 2.462 ˃ Ttabel (1,666) significance of 0.016. <0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that partially H1 which states that there is influence of training on employee performance is accepted and work motivation variable is obtained Thitung = 5,545 ˃ Tabel (1,666) with significance value equal to 0.000. Since the probability is significantly much smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that the partial H2 which states that there is influence of work motivation on employee performance is accepted. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.418. It can be concluded that the contribution of training and work motivation to employee performance simultaneously is 41.8%. the performance of employees of Pesanteren New Kediri Sugar Factory is influenced by training and work motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables studied in this study.

Abstract

PT Widaya Inti Plasma is a company engaged in manufacturing sandals and shoes, and found problems that indicate low performance of production employee. The purpose of this study to determine 1). the effect of motivation on employee performance production section PT Widaya Inti Plasma Sidoarjo. 2). The effect of competence on employee performance production section PT Widaya Inti Plasma Sidoarjo. 3). The effect of motivation and competence on employee performance production section PT Widaya Inti Plasma Sidoarjo. This study using two type of data, namely secondary and primary. And this study is quantitative with number of sample 171 employee, with random sampling. This resultof this study shows (1) Motivation partially has a positive significant effect on employee performance, which t hitung 2,936 > t tabel 1,653 with 0,004 value of significance. (2) Competence has a positive significant effect on employee performance,which t hitung 6,842 > t tabel1,653 with 0,004 value of significance. Motivation and competence has a simultaneously has an effect on employees performance production section PT Widaya Inti Plasma with f hitung 31,431 > f tabel 3,05.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of mix marketing and store atmosphere both partially and simultaneously to the consumer phurchase decision. It is a quantitative reseach by using quesionaire as an instrument. The reseach subject is consumer who did purchasing DK restaurant, samples which is chosen by incidental sampling. The datawas analiyzed by using multiple regression. The result shows that (1) Mix marketing variable affech positively to the consumer purchase decision whit t-test 10,882>t tabel 0,150 and signifikan level 0,000. (2)Store atmosphere variable affect positively to the consumen purchase decision with test t tabel 4,468> t tabel ,150 and signifikan level 0,000 (3) mix marketing variable and store atmosphere variable simultaneously affects to the consumer perhacse decision with the-test 102,632 > F tabel. Abstract

PT. Bama Berita Sarana Televisi (BBS TV Surabaya) in entertainment industry, found a problem of low employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of conflict and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a total sample of 63 respondents who are employees of PT Bama Berita Sarana Televisi (BBSTV Surabaya) by using saturated sampling techniques. Based of the result of calculation SPSS version 23 conflict have partially and negative significant on employee performance with t hitung -3,699 >Ttabel 1,670 with the significance value 0,000 which mean < 0,05. Partially there is an influence between conflict with employee performance. Work stress have partially and negative significant on employee performance with thitung = - 2,242 > 1,670 with value 0,029<0,05. Conflict and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance with results F 8,532>Ftabel 3,15 with significance value 0,001 which mean significance value < 0,05.

Abstract

Improving quality of Human Resources in the company is one way to survive with global developments and competitive competition between companies. Training and Compensation are important things for companies, especially PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari which improve performance effectively and efficiently and improve employee’s welfare.PT.Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari is a company engaged in food that produces mineral water with the brand name is “MAAQO”. This study aims analyze the effect of trainning and compensation on employee’s performance. This study is quantitative. The population is 75 employee’s. The sample technique used is saturated samples.The results of this study that (1) trainning variabels partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Which t hitung is 3,532 and the significant is 0,001. (2) compensation partialy has a positive and significant effect on performance. Which t hitung 2,381 and the significant is 0,020. (3) Trainning adn Compensation variabels simultaneously have a positive effect on employee’s performance. Which F hitung is 13,852 and significant is 0,000.

Abstract

PT Widaya Inti Plasma is a manufacturing company that enganged in the manufacture of shoes and sandals There is problem founded about turnover intention. This study aims to know and explain the effect of job stress and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously on production employees.This study is a quantitative study with 171 sample of PT Widaya Inti Plasma production employees, by using random sampling technique.The result of this study shows that (1) Job Stress partially has a significant effect on production employees turnover intention, which t hitung is 6.09> t tabel 1.65 and the significant value is 0,000. (2) Organizational Commitment partially has not significant effect on production employees turnover intention, which t hitung is 0.61> t tabel 1,65 and the significant value is 0,542. (3) Job Stress and Organizational Commitment simultaneously has an effect on production employees turnover intention, which F hitung is 21.33 > F tabel 3,05 and the significant value is 0,000.

Abstract

Course and training institute Andini is one of many business that engaged in the field of beauty either for women or man. Not only giving a beauty care course and traing, but also wedding make up, which is interested by many people. Course and training institute Andini Jombang has an advantage than other Course and training institute. This study aim to know and explain the effect of price and location either partially or simultaneously to cosumer satisfaction. The sampling technique that is used in this study is non probability sampling, especially incidental sampling, with the accumulation of sample is 62 customer. The result of this study shows that: (1) price partially has a positive significant effect to consumer satisfaction, which thitung is 5,456 > ttabel (1,669), and the significant value is 0,000. (2) Location partially has a positive significant effect to consumer satisfaction, which thitung is 7,056 > ttabel (1,669), and the significant value is 0,009. (3) Price and location simultaneously have a positive significant effect to consumer satisfaction, which fhitung is 69,834 > ftabel (3,15), and the significant value is 0,000

Abstract

PT Bama Berita Sarana Televsi (BBS TV Surabaya) is one of many companies that engaged in the field of entertainment and also one of many television companies which take place in Surabaya. There is problem founded about the low of employees work performance. This study aims to know and explain the effect of motivation and work environment either partially or simultaneously on job performance. This study is a quantitative study with 63 sample of PT Bama Berita Sarana Televisi (BBSTV Surabaya) employees, by using saturating sampling technique. The result of this study shows that (1) motivation partially has a negative significant effect on employees work performance, which t hitung is -4, 345 > t tabel 1,670 and the significant value is 0,000. (2) Work Environment partially has a positive significant effect on employees work performance, which t hitung is -2,687 > t tabel 1,670 and the significant value is 0,009. (2) Motivation and work environment simultaneously has an effect on employees work performance, which F hitung is 10,871 > F tabel 3,15 and the significant value is 0,000.

Abstract

PT. Bokormas Mojokerto is a manufacturing company that produces kretek cigarettes and filters for the domestic cigarette market in Indonesia. PT. Mojokerto Bokormas is a class II cigarette company with a medium scale. Cigarettes produced by PT. Bokormas namely SKM (Machine Clove Cigarettes), SKT (Hand Kretek Cigarettes), and Klobot. Bokormas is interpreted as a large golden bowl in ancient Javanese-Indonesian language. In this study aims to find out: 1) the influence of the work environment on the performance of the production part employees at PT Bokor Mas Mojokerto, 2) the influence of motivation on the performance of production employees at PT Bokor Mas Mojokerto, 3) the influence of the work environment and motivation together on the performance of employees in the production section at PT Bokor Mas Mojokerto. This study uses 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data, the research method involves 2 variables: independent variable (employee performance), and dependent variable (work environment and motivation). This type of research uses a type of causal research which is a form of causal relationship with a quantitative approach. Sampling was determined by simple random sampling technique taken as many as 75 employees. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS version 23 shows that: 1) the work environment variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count of 2.321> t table 1.66 with a significant value of 0.023. 2) motivation variable partially there is a significant effect on employee performance with a tcount of 4.060> ttable1.66 with a significant value of 0.000. 3) the work environment and motivation variables simultaneously have an effect on employee performance, with a Fcount of 14.684 <Ftable3.12 and a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of trust and image of the institution, both partially and simultaneously on the interest of donors to pay ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah). This research is categorized as quantitative research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were irregular donors who distributed ZIS worship at the Jombang Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ-UQ) Jombang. Samples taken as many as 74 respondents were determined by incidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using SPSS version 16 as the test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the trust variable has a positive effect on the interest of donors with t-count of 4.479> t-table 1.665 and the significance level of 0.000. (2) the institutional image variable has a positive effect on the interest of donors with a t-count value of 3,122> t-table 1,665 and a significance level of 0,000. (3) the trust and institutional image variables, simultaneously have a positive effect on the interest of donors with an F value of 43.293> F value of 0.312 table and a significance level of 0.000.
