Abstract

Management as a science that was only recognized in the mid-19th century, management is known as the key to the success and success of managers of companies or educational institutions, both public educational institutions and Islamic educational institutions. There are even people who consider management of Islamic education as a "characteristic" of modern Islamic educational institutions, because with the management of Islamic education, educational institutions are expected to develop and succeed. Educational management is the activity of integrating educational resources so that they are focused in an effort to achieve predetermined educational goals. Meanwhile, this change also occurred in the aspect of managing school institutions. For example: management of school management, curriculum, learning process, educators and education staff, facilities and infrastructure and management of community participation and school committees. One of the responsibilities of a leader in an organization is to bring about change. Change is an absolute necessity for the development of educational institutions. Change management is the efforts made to manage the consequences caused by changes in the organization. Organizations can occur due to causes that come from within or from outside the organization. Change management is the process, tools and techniques for managing people from the change process to achieve the required results and effect change effectively within individuals, teams and the system wide.

Abstract

This research is rooted in low vocabulary mastery in elementary school students. In understanding English lessons students often have difficulties due to their low mastery of vocabulary. Limited face-to-face time in class and foreign English is one of the reasons for the lack of successful learning activities. This study aims to observe the success of the application of image media in improving vocabulary mastery of grade IV students of SDN Girimulyo I. The subjects of this study were 17 students and English teachers and were carried out using the PTK method. The research lasted for two cycles and the successful application of image media in improving students' vocabulary mastery was carried out well. In obtaining research data, researchers use research instruments in the form of observation and interview guidelines. Furthermore, the data obtained is then processed and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of the use of image media in vocabulary learning in the school was satisfactory.

Abstract

The shift in the paradigm of society to send their children to public elementary schools is caused by the implementation of religious education which is considered lacking by the community. Meanwhile, the community really needs a larger portion of religious education for their children. Along with this need, MIN/SDI is present in the community by offering more and more balanced hours of religious education. This then gives more interest to the community to send their children to MIN/SDI. So that their need for a balanced education between general science and religion can be fulfilled with religious education institutions added religious moderation as a perspective in the millennial century.

Abstract

In the Quantum Quotient technique which can increase students' IQ, EQ and SQ. Among them are various stages related to IQ, EQ and SQ, including helping memory, right brain function because children are trained to imagine, make songs, and combine words so that a material becomes unique, interesting and fun. Meanwhile, the problems taken are how to apply the Quantum Quotient strategy in PAI subjects, how student learning achievement in PAI subjects, is there an influence of the Quantum Quontient strategy in improving student PAI achievement at SDN Magetan 1. This research is a type of quantitative research with a deductive approach, or the methods used are observation, interview, dequmentation, and questionnaire. While the analysis used is static data analysis. From the observation results of the application of the Quantum Quontient strategy, the predicate is good with a number of 82.55 as for the learning achievement of grade 4 students of SDN Magetan 1 with the number 7.9, this shows that the learning outcomes are included in the good category while to prove the influence of the Quantum strategy Quontient in improving the learning achievement of Islamic religious education students, this is proven by the results of the analysis of statistical data "product moment" of 0.74, then between variable X and variable Y there is a high correlation, so Ho is rejected. It is shown in the high category.

Abstract

Belajar matematika dianggap sangat penting bagi setiap negara di dunia. Siswa diminta untuk belajar matematika yang dianggap sebagai pendidikan dasar, karena keterampilan perhitungan matematika sangat penting dalam setiap langkah kehidupan. Keberhasilan siswa dalam matematika tergantung pada sikap terhadap matematika. Sikap terhadap matematika memainkan peran penting dalam pengajaran dan proses pembelajaran matematika. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap positif terhadap matematika mengarahkan siswa untuk keberhasilan dalam.matematika. Sikap merupakan salah satu faktor yang memHubungani proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui sikap siswa, Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar matematika siswa, Untuk mengetahui adakah dan berapa besar Hubungan sikap siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Statistik uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik dengan rumus kolerasi product moment. Setelah kolerasi product moment selanjutnya menggunakan uji signifikasi atau disebut dengan uji t dengan rumus sebagai berikut. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi product moment di atas, mendapatkan hasil nilai 0,72 maka tingkat hubungan antara variabel X (Sikap Siswa) dengan variabel Y (Prestasi Belajar) termasuk baik. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui adakah Hubungan Sikap siswa terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa dengan menggunakan rumus uji-t dengan hasil t 0,05;98= 1,658 1 (t table) DK= {t | t > 1,658) ; dan tobs = 10,33 € DK. Dari hasil analisis di atas diketahui t hitung sebesar 10,33 dan t tabel 1,658. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu sebesar 10,33 >1,658. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Sikap Siswa dengan Prestasi belajar Matematika. Diperoleh KD = ( 0,72)². 100 % = 0,52 X 100 % = 52 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan hubungan Sikap Siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Matematika sebesar 52%, sedangkan sisanya diHubungani oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukan bahwa metode bahtsul masail masih sangat relevan digunakan di era modern karena dalam praktiknya tidak tertinggal dan memiliki kesamaan dengan metode problem based learning. Praktik bahtsul masail di pesantren sudah baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam forum tersebut pada dasarnya memiliki banyak kesamaan dengan metode pemecahan masalah, meskipun terdapat sedikit perbedaan dalam konsep pemecahan masalah. Dalam pemecahan masalah, siswa harus memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan konsep mereka sendiri yang diperoleh dari pengalaman belajar sebelumnya. Sedangkan dalam bahtsul masail santri memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan konsep-konsep yang dijelaskan oleh fuqoha' (ahli fikih) dan ushuliyin (ahli ushul fikih) dalam bentuk metode qiyas, ilhaq dll.

Abstract

Sufism is often distinguished and separated from theology and philosophy in studies of Islamic thought, as if the three had no connection. Whereas in the beginning, tasawwuf was almost inseparable from the science of kalam and Islamic philosophy because the three were united. The relationship between tasawwuf and the science of kalam lies in the discussion of truth. In Sufism, the essence of truth is the disclosure (kasyaf) of the True Truth (Allah) through the eyes of the heart. Sufism finds the truth by passing through several roads or stations. While the truth in the Science of Kalam is in the form of knowing the truth of religious teachings through reasoning, which is then referred to the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the science of kalam, we find discussion of faith and its definition, disbelief and its manifestations, as well as hypocrisy and its limits. Meanwhile, in the science of Sufism, there is discussion of practical paths or methods to feel confidence and peace. While the relationship between the science of Sufism and Islamic philosophy lies in the matter of seeking the essence. Sufism is the search for a spiritual path, unity with absolute truth and mystical knowledge according to paths and sunnah. There are 3 epistemologies in Islamic philosophy, namely bayani epistemology, burhani epistemology and irfani epistemology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Information Technology and Communication in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education which consists of aspects of computer technology, multimedia technology, communication technology and technology computer networks, teacher abilities and skills in using technology Information and Communication inside and outside the classroom in the learning process and the extent to which teachers use Information and Communication Technology as a medium and learning resources for Islamic Religious Education. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive research approach by utilizing a questionnaire and then processing it with statistical validity and reliability tests with a significance level of 5%. Next process The analysis uses a technique approach to the frequency of concentration and size measurement deployment. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has implemented Information and Communication Technology in the learning process of Religious Education Islam at SMK N 2 Jiwan is classified as good with an average score of all three aspects is 70.37%.

Abstract

Humans must improve morale and intelligence when more complex technologies are developed. An intellectual and morally honest generation most are the result of education. The foundation of Islamic religious education is tp establish itself as a sources of real power that can lead to the desired action, namely character development in the era of the digital revolution. This research uses qualitative methodology and forms of literature research. Books, research journals, and seminar procceedings are studies as primary sources by researchers. According to this literature survey, Islamic religious education bases its character development program on religion. Islamic religious education prioritizes morality (character) in students through teaching, habituation, coercion and punishment.

Abstract

An increasingly modern civilization must be balanced with adequate developments in science and technology, so that human civilization can adapt to the needs of the civilization it faces. Because otherwise humans will be increasingly left behind by their own time. Then it really needs the development of education in accordance with the times. This is because education is like a part of civilization itself. However, the development of civilization and the development of education without adequate moral education will be useless and will even add to the depravity of human civilization itself. So it is very important in the current era of moral education. Because only with morals will this human civilization be stable and even better than the previous one. Moral education can be started from the family, the environment, even in education, priority should be given to material and moral practices that are commendable so that students can absorb and practice them directly, so that they will get used to doing good things without coercion.
