Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership styleauthoritarian, work motivation, and discipline partially and simultaneously to loyaltyemployees at PT. Jayaland Hills Rays. This study uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collectiondistributed to 185 respondents. Samples are taken based on o`ne of the techniquesnon-probability sampling , the type of which is purposive sampling. Technical analysis of the data using the test instrument statement on the questionnaire (test validity,and reliability), classical assumption test (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity) and multiple linear regression (multiple correlation test, multiple determination test,partial test and simultaneous test). The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence of leadership styleauthoritarian, work motivation, and discipline partially and simultaneously to loyaltyemployees at PT. Jayaland Hills Ray.

The method in this study using quantitative. Data collection was carried out using interview and questionnaires that had been distributed to all employess, totaling 50 employees who were used as research responden. The results of data processing using IBM SPSS using path analysis techniques.

Abstract

The purposed of the following study are to analyze and describe the impact of transformational leadership variables, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation on organizational commitment in IKM tas UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. In this study, using quantitative research methods, data collection was distributed through a questionnaire/questionnaire, with a sample using a saturated sample, where there were 170 respondents in IKM bag UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test, asumsi classic test, , and also hypothesis testing, namely partial and simultaneous tests, and data management using SPSS version 22 software. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using an interval scale, the testing used Validity and Reliability Test. This study proves that transformational leadership, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation have a partial or simultaneous influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study applies a quantitative method with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 55 employees UD. Ratu Kencana Pangan Cabang Ngerong Kecamatan Gempol. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that leadership style democratic partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style democratic, compensation, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and discipline on employee performance (Case Study: Bmt Madani in Taman, Sidoarjo – East Java). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 55 respondents from BMT Madani employees. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study prove that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees, the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees, Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees. Leadership Work Environment and Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at BMT Madani (Case Study: BMT Madani in Taman, Sidoarjo – East Java).

Abstract

This study intends to justify the variables of work motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership style on employee work discipline partially or simultaneously. This research is based on the reality that exists in the situation where the motivation variable has an increasing effect on employee work discipline, as well as organizational commitment and leadership style variables.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative technique. And using the method of distributing questionnaires to 69 employees of PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama Sidoarjo is like collecting data. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis. By means of sample collection using simple random sampling method using the number of samples taken using the population requires the Slovin formula method.The results of this study prove two opinions, namely: first, that work motivation partially affects employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 4.074 > t-table 1.668. Organizational commitment has an effect on employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.295> 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.057 <t-table 1.668. And leadership style has an effect on employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.001> 0.05 and a t-count value of 3.414> t-table i1.668. Second, simultaneously, the variables of work motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership style affect employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an f value of 74.260 > f table 2.74.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a partial effect on employee performance, communication partially affects employee performance and motivation partially affects employee performance. Leadership Style, Communication and Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, work stress and leadership style on employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin with innovation as an intervening variable. The type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. Because the total population is less than 100 or can be said to be a saturated sample, the total sample used is the same as the total population, namely 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The data collection technique used in this research is to distribute questionnaires and the tool to analyze the data obtained is to use IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows. The results obtained from this study prove that 1) Knowledge variable affects innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 2) Job stress variable affects innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 3) Leadership Style variable affects Innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 4) Knowledge variable Affects Employee Performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 5) Work stress variable affects employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 6) Variables of Leadership Style affect employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 7) Innovation variable affects employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 8) Knowledge variable affects employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 9) Variable work stress affects employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 10) Variable leadership style does not will have an effect on employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, supervision and work motivation on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable at UD. Ridzil Jaya Utama. The research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all UD employees. Ridzil Jaya Utama with a total of 60 people. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using path analysis using partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing, multiple correlation coefficient tests and multiple determination coefficients. The results showed that: 1) Leadership had an effect on work effectiveness, 2) Leadership had an effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, 3) Supervision had an effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, 4) Supervision had an effect on work effectiveness with discipline. work as an intervening variable, 5) work motivation affects work effectiveness, 6) motivation affects work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, and 7) work discipline affects work effectiveness.
