Abstract

This paper makes analyses of the ecotourism development in the Republic of Uzbekistan. On this case, experience of the well-developed destinations was analyzed to make better developments as the whole. Hence, Uzbekistan has great opportunities to show up untapped eco touristic resources in order to attract better flow of tourists. Paper concluded with major recommendations of the tourism industry for the further development.

Abstract

From the results of the study it can be seen that the issuance of certificate of ownership rights No. 317, 318, 320, 321, 322, 339, 340, 341 in Balikpapan City, eight of which certificates have no heritage and do not have strong legal force to the owners. Indonesia adheres to a negative publication system, but there is still an opportunity to file a lawasuit to the Court, meaning that the certificate of land rights is the strongest but not absolute. Then a certificate without a license does not have strong legal force if a claim is filed to the Court, while the efforts to submit a request for cancellation of the no-rights ownership certificate is by submitting a written request to the Balikpapan City Land Office and attaching copy of identity photocopy of certificate, photocopy of court decision, execution report and other documents related to cancellation. The court ruling was based on the Balikpapan City Land Office to issue a decision to cancel the certificate, in accordance with the ruling which had obtained permanent legal force.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, work discipline, and motivation partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative type. The research sample was 61 employees. The data source of this research is a secondary data source. Data collection techniques are done by interview / questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the help of SPSS 20.0. the results of this study indicate that incentives have a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, discipline has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, motivation has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, and incentives, discipline, and motivation have a significant positive effect together on the job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on entrepreneurial commitment to SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION. This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 employees at SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS version 24.0 for windows. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability and the data was declared valid and reliable. The results of this study prove that the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously influence commitment entrepreneurs. work environment partially influences entrepreneur commitment, organizational culture partially influences entrepreneur commitment and work motivation partially influences entrepreneur commitment. In addition, organizational culture variables have the most significant influence on entrepreneurial commitment in SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership on the Productive Behavior of Employees at PT. Korin Intiwira Sejahtera Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is to tabulate the data coellection questionnaireiin the form of a validity reliability test, the hiypothes is in this study is Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership Productive Behavior of Employees. The research a results obtained based on the validity test showed that all statements on the questionnaire were declared valid. For the reliability test of all variables, the Crombach Alpha value >0.6 was declared valid. And for hypothesis testing based on the F test, the t test and adjusted R2 show that there is a significant influence between Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership on Productive Behavior of Employees.
