Abstract

Technology and Science development and globalization have made changes and create a newparadigm in workplace. An organization was not only pursuing higher productivity, but also paidattention towards performance in its achievement process. Performance was a key factor ofindividual and organization in order to achieve productivity. This research attempt to examinesome factors that influence Employee’s Performance. Communication Competence which is onebasic function of management in organization was important part in order to supporting employee’swork activities in organization. Beside Communication Competence, other factor which able toproduce optimal performance was Emotional Intelligence. Emotional intelligence gives possibilityon better understanding of the others so it more likely will create harmonic relationship. Other thanboth factors above, Organizational Culture also was one factor that makes improvement ofemployee’s performance. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta entitled Role ofOrganizational Culture on Mediating Communication Competence and Emotional IntelligenceInfluence towards Employee’s Performance on Tourism Official of Yogyakarta Special Region. Thedata collection tool used in this research was questionnaire. While data analysis technique used wasPartial Least Squares (PLS). The result revealed that not all hypotheses in this research havesupport. Variables of Communication Competence, Emotional Intelligence and OrganizationalCulture have significantly influence towards Employee’s Performance. Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the factors influencing the employees working productivity at theSecretariat Division of West Sumba Regency. Some variables considered as the influencing factorstoward the Employees Working Productivity (Y) in this study were the Leadership Style (X3),Working Motivation (X2) and Education and Training (X1). The samples were 60 employeestaken from the population of 210 employees working as staff members at the Secretariat Division ofWest Sumba Regency. Using Multiple Linear Regresion Analysis, the results of the study indicatedthat the Leadership Style (X3), Working Motivation (X2) and Education and Training (X1)influenced the Employees Working Productivity (Y) at the Secretariat Division West SumbaRegency, with coefficient determination was 25,9%, while the rest of 74,1% was contributed byother factors excluded in this study.Keywords : Education and Training, Working Motivation ,Leadreship Style, Employees WorkingProductivity

Abstract

The present material addresses an essential issue for Cuban companies : the need for the functioningof the companies Human Capital development that they count on. That is why the implementationof the System of Management and Management in state enterprises and senior managementorganizations must achieve a significant organizational change within the same and fully managedthe systems that comprise it. In this sense, the Human Capital Management System plays a veryimportant role since the success of any venture depends mainly on the flexibility and capacity forinnovation that the PEOPLE involved in the organization have. Abstract

Customer Loyalty is an expectation of all business. Many efforts will be done to achieve thatobjectives. Serious problem would be faced is how to investigate the impact of efforts towardimproving Customer Loyalty. Using of Discriminant Analysis is one of the tool which can be solvedthat problem. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Development and Job Satisfaction on EmployeeProductivity. The samples in this study were 72 employees of Regional Water Company (PDAM)in Gorontalo district which is determined by saturation sampling techniques. The collection of databy distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale for measuring three variables. The analysistechnique is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that partially, Developmentand Job Satisfaction have positive effect on PDAM Gorontalo’s Employee Productivity. Inaddition, 76,6 percent of the increasing variation of Employee's Productivity can be explained bythe Development and Job Satisfaction, while the remaining 23.4 percent is influenced by othervariables that are not included in this research model.Keywords : Development, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Since the present trend is environmentally concerned and sustainable development policy, thus theconcept of tourism development by Local Government of Rote Ndao should concern about thattrend. Rote Ndao Regency has an abundance of biological and non-biological natural resources,however, in fact the people are remained living in below the poverty line, the agricultural sectordeclined, the lack of cooperation among the Government, community and stakeholder, the low levelof knowledge and information of stakeholders in managing and utilizing the potential of the regionas the leading tourism sector and the increasing degradation of natural resources which are notunder control. Considering the gap, researchers interested in conducting research on the developmentof area potential strategic-based ecotourism which was aimed : 1) to identify and to verify theproductivity of various commodities, horticulture agricultural integrated systems 2) streamliningLontar’s production system and the production of beef cattle/Buffalo and its effects on smallbusiness/community groups 3) efficiency of the ocean and the land areas in order to maintain andpreserve the uniqueness and richness of the available ecosystem 4) to improve the understanding oflocal society and stakeholders in order to have concern, responsibility and commitment to thepreservation of the environment and culture through workshop preparation about development ofecotourism corridor in Rote Ndao Regency. This research is applied research to solve practicalproblems that are classified into research development or action research using a descriptivequalitative analysis which consists of the analysis of the potential strategic areas profile, analysis ofefficiency, analysis of promotion and analysis of ecotourism. The development model of areapotential strategic-based ecotourism used the SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity andtreat). Abstract

Business communication which is built in the online shop-reaching not only limited tocorrespondence and advertising that are likely to be persuasive, but also cover all aspects. Businesscommunication is done between humans, humans with institutions and institutions with aninstitution related to the exchange of goods or services for profit. Business communications covers allaspects of "how to receive, express and exchange ideas in business". Business communicationincludes sending and receiving messages between people or within one or more environment with thepurpose of influencing behavior in an organization.
