Abstract

The process of globalization in the financial system and developments in the field of financial information technology have created a financial system that is very complex, dynamic and interrelated among financial sub-sectors both in terms of products and institutions. This is also the case in the financial institution sector, which used to be aimed at helping economically weak people who need funds but on the other hand do not have the material to be used as collateral to help their business. In the sector of financial service institutions, one of the institutions born out of technological developments is financial technology (financial technology/fintech) or financial technology. Thanks to technological developments, various innovations were born to facilitate human relations, one of which is financial technology, or "fintech" in short. In Indonesia, fintech is one of the rapidly growing business sectors in the technology sector. Fintech is an abbreviation of financial technology which means financial technology

Abstract

The regulation of castration criminal sanctions for the protection of children as victims of sexual violence is not based on the value of justice. Castration punishment can only be imposed on perpetrators of child sexual violence who fall within the criteria determined by Article 81 paragraph (7). If it does not meet the existing criteria, castration cannot be imposed. This discriminatory attitude shows the government's lack of seriousness in making policies for child protection. Sexual violence against children is a very fatal crime, damaging the future of children and causing disgrace to this nation. For this reason, it is necessary to reconstruct the regulation of castration criminal sanctions in order to protect children as victims of sexual violence based on the value of justice. The reconstruction includes the reconstruction of values and the reconstruction of legal norms. The reconstruction of castration regulations aims to protect all children in Indonesia, especially children who are victims of sexual violence. So that children do not become victims of sexual violence again

Abstract

Since the promulgation of Act No. 14 of 2005, teachers are given the authority to sanction their students who violate norms, both religious norms, moral norms and school rules, whether written or not. However, teachers who provide sanctions in the form of violence are often faced with legal problems, because they are considered to have violated under the provisions of Article 54 of Act No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Act No. 14 of 2005, precisely Article 39 has regulated Legal Protection for teachers, however the regulation only provides protection for teachers from acts of violence from other parties, explicitly teachers as victims not as perpetrators, so the teachers are often faced with law enforcement officers and even upfront of the court, as perpetrators of crimes in general. So teachers who commit violent acts intended to discipline their students often lose their glory and nobility. Which results in the teacher becoming indifferent to the development of the personality of his students. The glory and nobleness of the teacher as a lamp of character-forming life collapses when faced with law enforcement officers. Thus, the regulation of legal protection for teachers who commit acts of violence in the educational environment has not been based on the value of justice and dignity

Abstract

Based on Indonesian laws and regulations, products that enter, circulate and are traded in Indonesian territory must be halal certified. Thus, product producers including overseas producers are competing to certify their products as halal, considering that Indonesia's huge population with majority Muslim population are a very large market share. Indonesian producers themselves, which are very large in number, must carry out halal certification for their products. Indonesian UKM and IKM products alone easily reach 66 million products. The actor who plays an important role in inspecting and testing product halalness is the halal auditor. The number of halal auditors in Indonesia until 2022 is still very small, namely 965 people, not comparable to the number of products to be certified. So it can be said that there is an imbalance between the number of Indonesian products and available halal auditors.
