Abstract

The important employee welfare defend employee so that doesn't move to company other, freshment gift manner to officials with appropriate work environment situation and resort condition. supposed good work environment can spur on tall official performance. This problem formulation : 1) What found welfare part towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede?; 2) What found work environment part towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede?; 3) What found welfare part and work environment according to together towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede? This watchfulness aim : 1) To detect welfare part magnitude towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede. 2) To detect work environment part magnitude towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede. 3) To detect welfare part magnitude and work environment according to together towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede. Conclusion : 1) Found connection significant welfare towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede, with indicator-indicator well-being guarantee, work arrangement, placidity guarantee, organization progress, creat work environment, complete work facilities, well-being facilities, official library, official education, official house, matter need, official hope, pension, official work quality and economy security. 2) Found connection significant work environment towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede, with indicator-indicator work smoothness, light, temperature at work, draught, cool taste, planology, temperature, voice, illumination, noise, illumination enough, illumination less, air transfer enough, air transfer can refresh physical and calm work environment. 3) Found positive connection and significant welfare and environment work according to together towards employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Pondok Gede, with indicator-indicator education, practice, nutrient and well-being, income, self development, management, government wisdom, official fellow connection, connection with pmpinan, supervision connection, supervise, official know-how, working procedure, increase connection and incentive system.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the Effect of Competence, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. ALNS Anglo Eastern Indonesia in Jakarta. The study population was 161 employees. The research sample was taken by census. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using correlation and multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis show that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive effect on performance with a regression coefficient constant value of 39.781.Based on the results of calculations with the SPSS version 21 program, it was found that the R2 results were 0.549 or 54.9%, this means that 54.9% of the variables in employee performance were influenced by competence, compensation and motivation, while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by variables other. The results of the analysis also show that statistically, competency factors, compensation and motivation of the three variables in this study simultaneously and partially have an influence on the high and low performance of PT. ALNS Jakarta.Based on the results of this study, it turns out that competency factors, compensation and motivation can shape performance in the PT. Jakarta ALNS is good so that it can achieve the goals of organizational success effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The influence of service and promotion of marketing mix toward the decision of participants in joining vocational training at Balai Latihan Kerja Lembang. The research aimed to find out the influence of servicet and promotion of Marketing Mix toward the decision of participants in joining vocational training at BLK Lembang. Research method used in this research was associative and qualitative method. The research provided primary data. The data collection technique used in this research ware library research and field research such as observation and questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used by the researcher were classic assumption test that includes validity test and reliability as well as hypothesis test consisting of partial test and simultaneous test. The research found that servicet and promotion of marketing mix give great influence toward decision of participants in joining vocational training. According analysis process recognized that there was strong and positive correlation marked by score r=0.897 and R2= 0,805. It showed that servicet and promotion of marketing mix influenced the decision of participants in joining vocational training in the amount of 80,5%. Besides, the remaining result of 19,5% was influenced by the certain factor that was not analysed in this research.The research was expected to give advantages toward BLK Lembang in improving its service servicet in order to maintain the quality of training service servicet in BLK Lembang that has been well accepted by training participants. In improving its service training servicet, BLK Lembang should enhance its service training based on public’s demand and increase promotional effort to let the participant know that BLK Lembang provides free training program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Advocacy and Family Function on the Success of the KB Village Program. The sampling technique used total sampling (n = 73), and the data analysis technique used Correlation and Regression with SPSS version 22. The results showed that Advocacy had a positive and significant effect on the success of the KB Village Program (t count = 2.854, p 0.06). Family function has a positive and significant effect on the success of the KB Village Program (t count = 2.791, p 0.38). Family advocacy and functions simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the success of the KB Village Program (F arithmetic = 4.063, p 0.21). Contribution of Advocacy and Family Function to the Success of the KB Village Program is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.604 or (60.4%). The remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables. The implication of this research is that there must be a Karawang regency Population and Family Planning Office policy in increasing the success of the KB Village Kampung Program. To improve the success of the KB Village Program through the advancement of the Advocacy and monitoring of the Employees' Family Functions so that the Success of the KB Village Program is achieved.

Abstract

Every company is required to be ready to face increasingly fierce business competition with other companies from around the world to face globalization which is often said to be an era of world without limits. Increasing customer satisfaction for companies in the service sector is very important, because it involves service quality and price which is one step in increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is how much influence the price of customer satisfaction on tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of service quality on building customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of price and quality of service together (simultaneous) on customer satisfaction of building tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. Evident Judging from the results of the study that the relationship between price and customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.654 and the relationship of service quality with customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.720 both have a strong relationship between price and customer satisfaction and service quality with customer satisfaction has a strong relationship when viewed from the correlation coefficient. And Based on the results of other studies with R2 value of 0.587, the price and service quality have a large simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan, which is 58.7%. Judging from the t test the price is concluded to provide a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of t count (3.076) t table (2.002). As well as service quality, it is concluded that it has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of tcount (4.694) t table (2.002). And Judging from the F test produced a significance value of 0.000 0.05 means that the variables are jointly / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable. While F count is 40,498 3.16 means that the independent variables are simultaneously / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research is intended to be published Institutional, Company approval, and Dividend Policy on Company Debt Policy towards manufacturing companies approved on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this study is 5 (five) years, starting from 2012 to 2016.This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the existing criteria, obtained 13 companies that became the study sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis, Institutional Ownership does not conflict with company lending policies as evidenced by a coefficient value of -0.095 at a significance value of 0.445. It is expected that the Company does not oppose a loan policy as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0,000 at a significance value of 0.998. Dividend policy determines the company's debt policy as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.324 at a significance value of 0.007. Simultaneously Institutional Ownership, Company approval, and Dividend Policy are against the Debt Policy, this is evidenced by the calculated F value of 2.688 at a significance value of 0.054. Abstract

The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.

Abstract

Transaksi Perekonomian internasional melibatkan suatu negara dengan negara yang lain dan menjadikan negara-negara di dunia menjadi saling berhubungan satu dengan yang lain. Karena itu, interaksi dengan negara-negara di luar negeri merupakan hal yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh negara manapun, termasuk Indonesia. Untuk memperlancar transaksi perdagangan internasional, penggunaan uang dalam perekonomian terbuka ditetapkan dengan menggunakan mata uang yang telah disepakati, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya risiko perubahan nilai. Rupiah sebagai salah satu variable penting dalam perekonomian terus mengalami perubahan, terlebih yang dianut Indonesia adalah sistem nilai tukar mengambang bebas, sehingga volatilitasnya menjadi peka dalam merespon setiap gejolak variable makro ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi makroekonomi yang meliputi tingkat inflasi, jumlah uang beredar dan tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Dollar Amerika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Termasuk juga terhadap kondisi ekonomi global. Dari hasil  pengolahan data pada software SPSS  menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan nilai tukar. Sedangkan Variable  ekonomi makro  memiliki pengaruh yang yang signifikan  terhadap perubahan nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Dollar Amerika(kurs) pada periode tahun 2017 –  2019. Secara simultan semua variable bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Dollar Amerika.
