Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the effect of work life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Inspectorate Board of Konawe Regency. Operationally the work life balance variable is measured by five indicators, employee performance variable is measured by five indicators, and satisfaction variable Work is measured by five indicators. The population in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate Board of Konawe Regency. Total respondents were 50 people. Data taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research are: multiple regression test, t test, F test, determinant coefficient test, normality test and path analysis. The results showed that the results of the t work life balance test on the performance of employees with t count work life balance of 2.057 greater than 1.887 and significant 0.033, which means the equation of both shows the value of t count work life balance of 0.344 smaller 1.879 with a significant 0.656 which means work life balance has no direct effect with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with t count for job satisfaction of 4.072, greater than 1.887 and significant 0.000, which means job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resources, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance and examine the effect of rewards on the relationship between HR, commitment and motivation with lecturer performance. The sample of this study were (Permanent Lecturers and Civil Servants Foundation Lecturers) who conducted learning, research and community service at Lakidende Unaaha University with a total of 50 lecturers. Data were collected using a questionnaire, of the 50 questionnaires distributed, returned 50 questionnaires and which could be evaluated as many as 50 questionnaires by path analysis of the SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The results of this study concluded that Motivation influences Lecturer Performance, and Reward if placed as an independent variable also has a significant effect on Lecturer Performance, and HR, commitment has a significant effect on lecturer performance. simultaneously human resources, commitment, motivation and reward have a significant effect on lecturer performance and reward influences the relationship between HR, Commitment and Motivation on Lecturer Performance and reward is a moderating variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Partial Simultaneous and product quality and brand image of the Samsung brand mobile phone purchasing decisions Android community Konawe Unaaha City. The data collection is done with the interview. Documentation and Questionnaire on Urban Community Unaaha District. The study population was Unaaha District Urban Community and the sample size is 70 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using hypothesis testing, the F test and t test. The results of this study suggest that the independent variable (product quality and brand image simultaneously significant effect on purchasing decisions, this means that the better the quality of products offered and the better the brand image of Samsung, the higher the level of Consumer Purchase Decision. Based on the partial test (t test) variable product quality, and no significant negative influence on purchasing decisions, this means that the quality of products offered by Samsung does not affect the level of consumer purchase decision. Brand image and variable positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, this means that the Samsung brand image affects the level of consumer purchase decision against Samsung products. The better the brand image of Samsung, the level of consumer purchase decisions increases, this study were obtained value of adjusted R square of 0.210, it means that 21% of purchasing decisions can be explained by the variable quality and brand image, while the remaining 79% of purchase decisions are influenced byaotheravariablesanotaexaminedainathisastudy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of Konawe Regency. Operationally the leadership variable is measured by four indicators, the organizational culture variable is measured by four indicators, the organizational commitment variable is measured by four indicators and the performance variable is measured by five indicators. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees of the Konawe District PDAM, with the sampling technique using saturated sample techniques. Data taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study are: multiple regression test, t test, F test, normality test and determinant coefficient test. The results showed that the results of the leadership t test on employee performance indicated by the Sig value of 0.042 smaller than 0.05, which means that the leadership variable had a significant effect on performance variables, organizational culture on employee performance obtained a Sig value of 0.11 smaller than 0 05, which means that organizational culture has a significant effect, organizational commitment to employee performance is indicated by the acquisition of a Sig of 0.018 less than 0.05, which means that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Initial Capital, Length of Business, Hours of Work and Number of Labor Against the Income of Clothing Store Traders in Unaaha District. The population in this study is the owner of a clothing store in Unaaha District obtained through porpose sampling technique with certain criteria. Data collection methods by interview and questionnaire, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Initial Capital, Length of Business, Hours of Work and Number of Workers have a positive and significant effect on merchant income, partially Initial Capital has a positive and significant effect on merchant income, Business Length has a positive and significant effect on trader income, Hours Work does not affect the income of traders and the number of labor does not affect the income of traders. R squere value of 0.668 which means that the variable Initial Capital, Length of Business, Hours of Work and Number of Workers is only able to explain the variable income of traders by 66.8% and the remaining 33.2% is explained by c = other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The population in this study amounted to 144 Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques with certain criteria, so that the sample of this study amounted to 19 companies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Capital Structure and Company Size variables affect the Profitability of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. Partially the Capital Structure proxied by DER (Debt Equity Ratio) has an effect on profitability, while the Capital Structure proxied by TIE (Time Interest Earned) has no effect on Profitability, and the Company Size variable has no effect on Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employees of PT. Sympathetic Unaaha Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sympathetic Branch of Unaaha, amounting to 38 people, the sample was drawn using saturated sample techniques so that the sample of this study amounted to 38 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational climate variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, competence, and compensation on the performance of case study lecturers at Lakidende University in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all Permanent Lecturers of the Foundation at Lakidende University, with a sample of 29 people who were obtained by setting 25 percent of the population proportionally divided into 6 faculties. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study showed that simultaneously motivation, competence, and compensation variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Foundation Permanent Lecturers at Lakidende University. Partially, motivation variable has a negative and not significant effect on the variable performance of Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende, Competency variables have a positive and significant effect on the variable performance of Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende and the compensation variable has no significant effect on the variable performance of the Foundation Permanent Lecturers at the University of Lakidende

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Asset Growth on the Financial Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Branch. Analysis of the data used in this research is Descriptive Analysis using time span data of 5 years from 2014 to 2018. Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of product quality and brand image on buying interest of Nokia Mobile consumers at Sidoarjo Unaaha Stores. The population in this study were consumers of Nokia Mobile Phones at Sidoarjo Unaaha Store, amounting to 30 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Product quality variables significantly influence the buying interest of Nokia mobile consumers in Sidoarjo Unaaha Store. The better the quality of the products provided, the higher the buying interest of Nokia mobile consumers at Sidoarjo Unaaha Stores. (2) The brand image variable significantly influences the buying interest of Nokia mobile consumers at Sidoarjo Unaaha Stores. The better the brand image given to consumers, the higher the buying interest of Nokia mobile consumers at Sidoarjo Unaaha Store
