JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Abstract

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is an important concept in managing information technology infrastructure in organizations, including hospitals. This study aims to analyze information technology governance at Sekayu Hospital using the 2019 COBIT framework with a focus on the domains APO12 (Risk Management), APO13 (Security Management), and BAI10 (Configuration Management) at the capability level. This research method involves a case study at Sekayu Hospital, where data is collected through interviews with IT staff, analysis of policy and procedure documents, as well as direct observation of the existing information technology environment. The data is then analyzed with reference to the COBIT 2019 framework, specifically the APO12, APO13, and BAI10 domains by considering the level of capability measured using the COBIT scale, the objects to be evaluated are APO12 – Managed Risk, APO13 – Managed Security and BAI10 – Managed Configuration evaluates by capability level. Objective level capability can be increased by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by Sekayu General Hospital until reaching the full value for each level.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  is a marketing strategy that seeks to create good relationships for provider companies with consumers and potential customers, which is expected to make consumers loyal and loyal to the company. To help prospects in the sales sector, convert them into consumers and retain pre-existing customers, satisfied and loyal consumers will lead to a relationship that lasts not only between sellers and buyers, but rather a partner relationship. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a method used to plan, schedule, and control activities before sales and after sales within the company. allows companies to manage budgets very well, as well as affordable sales and services. Make operational activities more efficient. The existence of this CRM method increases the service felt by consumers increased to 85% compared to before the implementation of this method, which was 55% and consumers became more satisfied and the company is also increasingly known in many other large companies.

Abstract

The use of a good information system is necessary in providing services to customers. This is related to the level of satisfaction felt by customers with the choice of services used by companies or organizations. If the customer gets satisfaction in the services provided, it can give a deep impression to the customer and of course the customer will return to use his services. Laundry services are one type of service that is widely used by the wider community today. We have encountered many laundry places, but there are still many laundry places that use a manual system in providing services to customers. This of course can cause several problems such as difficulties in finding data, difficulties in reading data and making service reports takes a long time. If this is allowed to continue, of course it can have a negative impact on customers, where customers feel dissatisfied and uncomfortable with the services provided. So that customers will look for new places to get better laundry services. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the laundry service system so that it can solve the current problems. With the aim of providing the best service to customers and facilitating data processing of laundry services. To achieve this, it is necessary to use the right model in the development of its information system, one of which is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. By using this model, the best application program can be produced for the development of information systems for laundry services.

Abstract

People with color blindness often experience difficulties when accessing a system and must spend extra effort to distinguish several elements related to color. To help people with color blindness understand information from the visual elements of an information system, especially those provided by universities, research has been carried out to develop an information system framework that can be widely utilized by applying an inclusive design approach. Development of information systems using an inclusive design approach using the SDLC prototyping model and testing people with color blindness using surveys and semi-structured interviews to assess the usability of the information system. Usability measurement uses heuristic evaluation which includes ten aspects, namely visibility of system status, suitability of the system with the real world, user control and freedom, consistency and standards, error prevention, recognition than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetics and minimalist design, user identification support, help, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the developed information system gets an average percentage score of 86.40% so it is grouped in the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

Film production is increasing every time, making it difficult for people to decide which film to watch. Various film genres and film ratings often confuse people in choosing which film recommendations to watch based on each individual’s interests. Based on a survey that was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents from film lovers, the survey results showed that 88.6% of people felt confused about what film to watch, 84% of people stated that the need to watch films increased during the pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting films based on interest using the Weighted Product (WP) method. In this study, the criteria used in the WP method are year of release, genre, rating, production costs, and revenue. The study results showed that a DSS using the WP method can help people recommend films based on each individual's interests. The survey results showed that 98.4% of respondents feel helped by this DSS and 93.5% are interested in using this DSS to recommend film to watch.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition in creating an automatic note feature based on mobile devices. Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition is used to recognize text captured from photos taken by users. In this study, a mobile application was developed to allow users to create automatic notes by taking pictures of documents or texts, which are then recognized and transformed into editable digital text. This feature can help users to create notes more quickly and easily, as well as avoid errors in manually typing the text. In addition, the test results show that Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition is capable of recognizing text with fairly high accuracy, effectively recognizing text from various texts and fonts, supporting uncommon languages, preserving user privacy, and being able to perform text recognition processes offline or with more efficient resources. Therefore, the automatic note feature can run well on mobile applications built using Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition technology.

Abstract

With the increasing sales of internet packages at TAP Deli Tua, it is crucial to be more meticulous in processing the sales data to avoid stock shortages that could result in losses for TAP Deli Tua. Determining the best-selling products among the internet package sales is essential, as incorrect grouping may lead to losses for TAP Deli Tua. This could further decrease the sales level at TAP Deli Tua, causing significant financial losses for the company. Therefore, TAP Deli Tua must be more attentive in data processing to prevent any detrimental outcomes.To achieve accurate decision-making, TAP Deli Tua needs to collect sales data from internet packages for analysis. One of the algorithms used for this purpose is the K-Means algorithm, which falls under Non-Hierarchical Clustering. It partitions the dataset into several clusters, optimizing the grouping criteria. The most commonly used criterion is the one that minimizes the clustering error for each point by calculating its squared distance from the corresponding cluster center. Additionally, the sum of distances for all points in a dataset is computed.Based on research findings, data mining with the implementation of the K-Means algorithm can assist Telkomsel Authorized Partner (TAP) in making more accurate and significant decisions. By applying the K-Means algorithm, the analysis revealed that out of 15 sales data points for internet packages, 8 best-selling products were in Cluster 0, while 7 non-best-selling products were in Cluster 1. Abstract

The growth of online video platforms in recent years has been driven by a multitude of factors, including advancements in technology and the increasing availability of high-speed internet. However, one of the most significant factors contributing to the success of these platforms is the role of user-generated content (UGC). UGC refers to content created and shared by users of online video platforms, rather than by the platforms themselves. This thesis aims to analyze the role of UGC in the growth of online video platforms by exploring the ways in which UGC contributes to platform success. By examining the impact of UGC, this research provides insights into the evolving landscape of online video and the ways in which UGC shapes it. The study of UGC and its role in the growth of online video platforms has significant implications for marketers, content creators, and platform owners. By understanding the impact of UGC, stakeholders can develop more effective strategies for creating and distributing content on these platforms. This research contributes to the academic understanding of the evolving landscape of online video and the role of UGC in shaping it. Overall, this thesis provides valuable insights into the ways in which UGC drives the growth of online video platforms and highlights its importance for the future of online video.

Abstract

The Prambon Subdistrict Office is a Regional Government Organization in the Sidoarjo Regency area that has the authority to conduct a census of nonpermanent residents in its jurisdiction. The office has never conducted a census of nonpermanent residents before and is facing challenges in initiating the process. However, the data on the number of nonpermanent residents is crucial for their operations. To address this issue, the author is interested in developing an Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census. The development of this information system will follow the waterfall methodology, which involves a sequential and linear approach to software development, ensuring comprehensive results. The system will be designed as a website, utilizing the CodeIgniter framework and the PHP programming language. The database used for this system will be MySQL. To ensure the system's functionality and accuracy, it will be tested using black-box testing, a method where the internal structure of the system is not known to the tester. The resulting Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census will serve as a solution for the Prambon Subdistrict Office in conducting a census of nonpermanent residents within its jurisdiction. It will also provide valid population reports, specifically for nonpermanent residents.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental problem in children that affects behavior, language, social interaction, and learning skills. One of the causes of autism is a serious neurobiological problem that affects the ability of the mind so that children are unable to connect and communicate with the outside world effectively. However, some parents do not know the early signs and symptoms of this autism disorder, so early detection is neglected. Autism usually appears before a child reaches the age of three. The increasing number of people with autism is caused by a lack of awareness or understanding of parents about this condition. The purpose of making this expert system is to make it easier for parents or the general public to learn various kinds of autism behavior, the symptoms it causes, and the treatment options needed for children with autism. The rules used in this system refer to the criteria for autistic disorders contained in DSM IV. The method used in this expert system is Forward Chaining. Forward Chaining is used to test the factors entered with the rules stored in the system until conclusions can be drawn. The results of the validation test were 83.3% and proved that the system functionality was functioning properly. This application has also been tested directly on experts and patients diagnosed with autism, and the output results are the same as the experts' diagnoses.
