JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Abstract

Secara umum, setiap pengukuran diasosiasikan dengan sebuah nilai threshold yang nilainya dapat ditentukan sendiri oleh pengguna data mining. Aturan asosiasi yang tidak menggunakan threshold cenderung tidak menarik karena tidak merepresentasikan pengetahuan kepada pengguna data mining. Salah satu faktor yang memberikan kontribusi untuk menentukan apakah suatu pola menarik atau tidak adalah kesederhanaannya dalam pemahaman manusia. Semakin kompleks struktur sebuah aturan, maka semakin sulit untuk diinterpretasikan sehingga pola yang dibentuk semakin tidak menarik.

Abstract

Development of the era had a considerable impact on the existence of a language. To overcome this there are some efforts to be made, one of which is to create a dictionary, a dictionary that was made to be practical and quick in use. Dictionary in question is a dictionary based on Android. To create a dictionary-based android can use string matching algorithm, one of the string matching algorithm is the Rabin-Karp algorithm, Rabin-Karp algorithm perform string matching hash value based on the text and the pattern hash value. The study produced an android based dictionary application which the base number is used to generate a hash value greatly affects the speed of search words. Average running time of 10 attempts to search for words is 14.9 ms.

Abstract

Calculating land and building taxes requires a measure of land area and estimated costs when building a house. As such, tools are needed that can predict building material requirements appropriately and quickly. The CBR approach can be used to solve these problems, where the method is able to reason to solve problems based on existing cases as a solution to new problems. The system built in this study is a CBR system to determine the building material needs of a house. The consultation process is carried out by entering a new problem compared to the old case then the similarity value is calculated using the nearest neighbor. calculation with data on land area of 100 meter2, building area of 38 meter2, quality of type 2 building, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lightweight steel roof truss and cast tile, then the accuracy value is 0.985 of type 38 from base case so that there is an earth tax and buildings amounting to Rp. 100,389.4. The test results of 111 data test cases, obtained 9 cases that have similarity values below 0.8

Abstract

The main cause of the decline in the existence of air Cihampelas service is so expensive. So many people are switching using Cihampelas land as Travel between cities for example, as alternative means. This transport is rated more pocket friendly, because the cost offered is more affordable. But the community is still very minimal in the Kokoro which is about the availability of a successful trip. This is due to the provision of tickets that are still conventional. Therefore, by utilizing technology officials in the current communication, the author is interested to create a travel reservation system application that can run in a smartphone. This app will only be devoted to Android-based smartphones. The creation of this app uses Android Studio with Java as its main programming language. The application also uses the PHP Framework and MySQL databases with servers that are online. With this application, prospective Jeti can Kokoro about accurate travel related from the time, route, village TARIFF i.e. make a reservation and payment can be made in a grip anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

School is an educational institution established by the government / private sector with age-appropriate levels. Every school has a business process, such as the admission process for new students, the teaching and learning process by students and teachers, the process of supporting facilities for educational processes, is the pattern of every set of business process architecture in the school. Each school needs standardization which is continuously improved to match the national school standard (SSN) that has been set by the government in Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005. Good school standardization can be seen from the growing patterns of business architecture with high complexity, in mark the number of students, integrated teaching curriculum, and complete infrastructure to support school activities. So in this study, conducting an analysis of the growth patterns of business architecture in schools in order to facilitate decision making and as a reference in the education process so that schools can be well standardized, by measuring the level of maturity of the capabilities of processes in the architectural pattern of school business processes using Capability Maturity Model (CMM), the result of this study is an analysis of the growth patterns of school business architecture with the maturity of business process patterns in accordance with national school standards, which can provide information as a support in business process activities in schools

Abstract

Smart Home is a technology that can make it easier for users to manage comfort and safety at home so they can control the equipment used, homeowners can open the gate automatically and check the temperature and humidity of the existing room at home. Sometimes homeowners forget to turn off or turn on the equipment used, and forget to close the gate again when no one is at home. From the above problems made a tool that can be used as a remote home appliance controller or can also be called smart home. This tool uses the ESP8266 wifi module as the main device and sensor control that is connected to the Telegram Application to give commands to the ESP8266 wifi module so that it can control the equipment used and is at home.

Abstract

Determination of optimum route is a problem that can be found in a variety of activities. Principal of the problem is how to organize the trip so the distance is the minimum distance that the optimum is best found on a map or graph. There are many algorithms available to solve them. Algorithm is divided into two parts, the exact methods and heuristic methods. Heuristic method is considered the best method because it can work quickly. Tabu search is a heuristic method that is often used in solving optimization problems. The algorithm works by improving a solution by using memory to avoid that the search process does not get stuck at a local optimum value by rejecting new solutions that may be in memory (taboo) so that the new solution will be more dispersed. The author will implement a tabu search algorithm to provide a better alternative solution to solve the problems of the effectiveness of the distribution of charging money at the ATM machine.

Abstract

Cassava is one type of food that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. In addition to the typical taste, cassava is often processed by the community into a cake or snacks that diverse. According to the statistical report of cassava agriculture in Indonesia from 2005-2015 experience up and down. In order to improve the cassava in Indonesia, it is necessary to make a prediction for the coming year so that the government will have a reference to immediately make the right policy to increase the production of cassava in Indonesia to prevent the increase of cassava import quantity. This study aims to determine the development of cassava production in Indonesia, in the hope that it can be used as a reference to increase the production and productivity of cassava. Data used in this research is data of cassava production in province of Indonesia year 2005-2015, algorithm used is Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation. Data analysis was done using Matlab 2011b. This research uses 5 architecture that is 5-8-1, 5-10-1, 5-15-1, 5-18-1, 5-20-1 but the best architecture is 5-18-1 with percentage accuracy 94% and MSE value of 0.007227812. This model is well used to predict cassava in the province of Indonesia.

Abstract

Internet is the nessecity that widely used today. One of the way to access the internet it self, we can use the facilities provides by PT.Telekomunikasi that is WiFi.Id. in this application, namely “The WiFi.Id Performance Monitoring Application” can be used to improving the WiFi.Id performance for making it always in good condition and stable. This application is made in web base application where is can be useful for checking WiFi.Id performance that distributed in several point in the fields, the preference from this application we can check in one point from several acceess point without needed to check every point with the provision we still getting a signal that emitted by WiFi.Id access point it self. From this application we can check the quality of bandwidth in every access point, we will know speeds of upload and download that giving and also know the value of ping and jitter in every access point that emitte the signal. This application also can show some of active access point in that location.

Abstract

The design of school information systems enterprise architecture is carried out to find detailed information about school activities based on government regulatory standards. So that the existing information system in the school business is in accordance with the existing standards of the government and there will be no errors in school activities later, a research is carried out that implements TOGAF ADM as a method in building the architecture of school information systems enterprise. Then the results obtained by business architecture include PSB (Acceptance of New Students), PA (Academic Process), PS (Release of Students), MTU (Management of Administration), MSP (Management of Facilities and Infrastructure), LAB (Laboratory), and the acquisition of architecture data, application architecture and technology architecture. So it can be concluded that the TOGAF ADM Method was successfully implemented in the School Information System Architecture and the School Information System Architecture can be used as a guide in the development and development of information systems in terms of data and information management in schools.
