Abstract

The banking sector plays an important role in building the economy country because banks act as institutions. Apart from acting as an intermediary In transactions, the bank acts as a provider of related transaction services in financial financing, raising funds in the form of investments to support state development involving community enterprises. In this study, the author uses the observation method by identifying phenomena that take place on aspects related to services and prepare some questions and do a question and answer for collect data that can be taken on the object of research and collect data data by obtaining data through various books and other references, by qualitative descriptive method approach. This research discusses service Simpedes account creation by BankBRI, how to make savings BRISimpedes customers, can make an initial deposit and requirements such as e-KTP/SIM, NPWP (if any), and AD-ART, Deed of Establishment, Deed of Final Amendment, Non-NPWP Account Opening File, for individuals / companies. Abstract

Demographic bonus is a phenomenon where there are more productive age than non-productive age. There are several indicators that can generate a demographic bonus in DKI Jakarta, namely that the non-productive and productive age population has the lowest dependency ratio. But that's not enough, it must be followed by the ability of people of productive age to take advantage of this condition by working well with good and decent income with good quality education. With the COVID-19 pandemic, these factors have been disrupted, and the dependency ratio has started to increase so that the demographic bonus in DKI Jakarta will be quite difficult. There are four factors to support the dependency ratio, namely the quality of education, quality of health, availability of jobs, and distributive reduction in the birth rate through the Family Planning program. This study used a qualitative approach using an interview method with Ms. Endang Antarwati, S.E., M.S.E from the FEB UI Demographic Institute and literature studies sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the study show that DKI Jakarta will not experience a demographic bonus after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This android-based spatial knowledge application was created as a media to support the learning of Class V students of SD Islam At-Taqwa about building space that can be done anywhere and anytime, helping students to recognize the theory and concepts of building space, in addition so that students - students have alternative learning media besides books and foster student interest in learning mathematics. Based on the application that has been made by the author, it can be concluded that, Smartphones with the Android operating system are the ones that are widely used in the community, Android is an operating system that supports script writing using the Java language, The spatial application created by the author helps in learning geometry for students. Grade V elementary school students and the general public who want to use the application to help calculate the results of calculating the area and volume of each shape and the manual calculation formula.

Abstract

In the new normal era, Gojek is again aggressively advertising with a unique and interesting concept. In November 2021, Gojek published an advertisement for the version of Due to WFH's Work Bag So Coarse on its official YouTube account. This ad represents women in responding to the new normal with a great desire to work in the office as usual, outside the home and bored with working systems from inside the home. Therefore, the writer is interested in knowing how the representation of this feminism in the Gojek advertisement version Due to WFH's Work Bags Becomes Gabut. The research method was carried out by the author with a qualitative approach, by analyzing the data through the semiotics of Roland Bhartes' model. The results show that the meaning of denotation is represented by how the female model acts and complains about the noise of neighbors cutting ceramics, no longer feels at home at home and wants to work outside the house immediately. The connotative meaning is shown that women have the freedom to have a career outside the home and enjoy life outside the home according to what they want. In this context, women have a career outside the home is considered a good thing and do not always have to deal with the domestic area. Myths are shown by efforts to lead public opinion on Liberal Feminism.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how CWM News is framing news about Infrastructure Development that is currently happening in Sorong City since the 2021 period, it will be information disclosure about the active Sorong city government in carrying out development, News framing carried out by local TV CWM News really conveys information. accurate and open to the people in the city of Sorong and can be a function of control between the government and the community in the development process, therefore the role of the local television media is very important in providing objective information in the community. This study aims to analyze the framing of television media coverage on infrastructure development in the city of Sorong. The research method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative using the framing analysis approach to the framing analysis model introduced by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results showed that news framing in the evening news program CWMNews, regarding the process of infrastructure development in the City of Sorong for the 2021 period with the presence of local television media so that it can help the community get accurate information about infrastructure development in the City of Sorong. By journalistic framing news on CWM TV about infrastructure development as a form of concern from the Sorong City Government regarding infrastructure development, infrastructure development in Sorong City seems to present several achievements that have reached a point. The implication of this research is for the audience or viewers to receive information directly from the source. This can be seen in the news narrative, pictures, and the selection of sources that give a positive image to the evening news.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of product analysis of the N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask as support for Presidential Instruction No. 2 year 2022. The research used qualitative method. The subjects of this research are 172 employees of PT. IDS Medical Systems Indonesia and customers who have used and visited the Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask factory. a questionnaire and documentation used as data collection technique. The data analysis technique uses score interpretation and cumulative average index. The results of the research can be summarized as: (1) Steps that have been taken by idsMED in supporting Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2022, including launching and registering the Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask product with the E-Catalog, which already has an TKDN of more than 40% and built a factory called IDS Manufacturing Indonesia. (2) The Respokare N95 Respirator Plus mask product has different specifications from other N95 masks, namely it already has TKDN of more than 40%, has 4 layers, is the only mask that already has Virax technology, tested to be effective at 99.9% killing coronavirus and 18 other pathogens, FDA and NIOSH certified, provides 3 sizes (S, M and L), and contains 2% citric acid which can provide comfort for the wearer. (3) The process of making Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD masks starts from the Fabric Slitting, Body Forming Process, Head Loap Process, and AKD packing processes. (4) Regarding to development, that idsMED has also planned the next strategic step, namely working with ASKI to launch an anthropometric package or human physical measurement tools, including medical digital flat scales, digital baby scales, infantometers, stadiometers and measuring tapes which will be produced domestically starting from the research and development (RnD) stage, production, packaging, marketing to distribution

Abstract

This study aims to research methods used qualitative methods with reference to the Strategy to Build E-Business for MSME Actors Towards Digitalization. Data collection techniques through interviews with similar companies and Product Launching experts. The results of the analysis show that there are 4 things that must be done in building e-business for MSMEs including:1.Development of E-Business Architecture 2. Installation3. Selection of Development Options, 4.Applications that have been selected and implemented are expected to be well integrated with all existing applications.5. Operation/Maintenance.In building E-Business, it is not merely transferring conventional business into E-Business, but the most important thing is consistency in terms of updating information, technology, good systems, good management, fast service and response, and communication with customers or consumers. So that consumers become satisfied and continue to make repeat orders, it remains only for MSME entrepreneurs to continue to develop the market with promotions on various promotion platforms.

Abstract

Every organization needs a leader who can provide enthusiasm, guidance, direction on the performance of its employees/employees in achieving organizational goals. Leadership style and motivation have an important role in implementing performance for Village Government employees in the Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency, that there is an influence of leadership style and motivation simultaneously/partially on the performance of Kelurahan Government employees in Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency, the leadership style of the Kapolsek dominantly influences the performance of members of the Jatiasih Police, this shows the importance of leadership style and motivation to improve employee performance. If the leadership style and giving motivation are not paid attention to, then there will be a decrease in work performance/achievement. After conducting an evaluation, it can be concluded that there is a need to increase attention and policies towards members of the Jatiasih Polsek regarding performance, the problem of standard time which can still be said to be lacking and must design motivation for good members to be able to achieve organizational goals

Abstract

Teladan Public Health Center Kota Medan has been carrying out the CDMP program since August 2014 with a total membership of 135 members. However, among the total participants only around 37% were active in joining the program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics and family support on the activeness of participants in the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) at Teladan Public Health Center Kota Medan. This type of research is an explanatory survey survey with cross sectional design. The population of this study were all 135 Prolanis participants registered at the Teladan Public Health Center Kota Medan with a total sample of 101 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi-square test statistics and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression test statistics. The results showed that the variables effectoto the activeness of Prolanis participants were occupation (p = 0.005), duration of illness (p = 0.002), level of knowledge (p = 0.008) and family support (p = 0,004).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: determine the interactional effects of teaching technique towards student’s reading skill that was taught by role plays and filling information gap (both are communicative language teaching) to the students. The research method used was experimental one. Sample size of 60 students consisting of 30 for experimental class and 30 for control class taken from Vocational High School in South Jakarta, and the sampling technique used is cluster sampling. Research instruments used were the test to distinguish the effect of teaching techniques towards student’s reading skill in the form of oral test (5 items for scoring), that have been tested valid and reliable with coefficient of reliability at 0.839 and 0.705. The research uses two-ways ANOVA test. The result showed there is a significant effect of teaching technique towards student’s reading skill, as Fobserved = 95.553 > Ftable = 2.77 and Sig = 0.000 < 0.05. The results contribute most to the increasing of student’s reading skill.
