The Minister of Education and Culture hopes that the regional and central governments can move together in equalizing access and quality of education in Indonesia. Equitable access and quality of education need to be accompanied by other initiatives by local governments, such as redistribution of teachers to schools that lack teachers. The UN was abolished because of COVID-19, it needed a passing standard, the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim overhauled the textbooks in schools and released a Learning Program broadcast by TVRI. The implementation of the 2020 UN starting from schools and madrasas at the elementary (SD/MI), junior high (SMP/MTS) and upper secondary (MA/SMA) levels has been officially canceled due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. tirto.id. The government has officially determined that all 2020 National Examinations (UN 2020) will be abolished. The policy for eliminating the 2020 UN is starting from schools and madrasas at the elementary (SD/MI), junior high (SMP/MTS) and upper secondary (MA/SMA) levels. The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak is predicted to continue until April, so it is impossible for us to force students to gather to carry out the National Examination in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia. as a form of accountability of education providers to interested parties. It is further stated that the evaluation is carried out by an independent institution on a regular, comprehensive, transparent, and systematic basis to assess the achievement of national education standards and the process of monitoring the evaluation must be carried out on an ongoing basis. The monitoring and evaluation process is carried out continuously and continuously, in the end, it can improve the quality of education. In research in South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, it has been trying to improve student learning motivation well. This can be seen from how teachers in teaching who always try to increase the enthusiasm of their students to learn both at school and outside school, apply student learning motivation with existing theories, although formally it can be seen from how the efforts that have been made This is done by teachers in providing motivation to their students, including giving gifts or rewards in the form of goods, values or words of praise. The problem that is used as the object of research is the perception of users of Railroad Transport Services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the user's perception of Railroad Transport Services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. In order to reveal and discuss the service performance which is the object of research, a qualitative research approach is used. This research approach is carried out with descriptive analysis method. The qualitative research approach was chosen with the consideration that qualitative research is a research method that focuses more on exploring the object of the problem in depth and dynamically according to the research subject as the party who knows, sees and feels directly the performance of the service. From the discussion of the results of the study, it was found that the perception of users of Railroad Transport Services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang, from the tangible dimension, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang is revealed from the indicators of providing service counters, indicators of providing waiting rooms, and indicators of the number of service officers who have not fully met the expectations of the service recipients. In the dimension of reliability, the low perception of users of Railroad Transport Services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. In the dimension of responsiveness, the low quality of service is revealed from the officers' response indicators to service recipient complaints, officers' response indicators to service recipients' criticism and officers' response indicators to the difficulties of service recipients who have not fully met the expectations of service recipients. In the Assurance dimension, the low quality of service is revealed from indicators of the ability of officers to serve, indicators of technical fluency of services and indicators of timeliness of services that have not fully met the expectations of service recipients. In the dimension of empathy, the low perception of users of rail transportation services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang is revealed from indicators of readiness of service officers, indicators of attention of service officers, and indicators of concern for service officers to complaints of service recipients who have not fully met the expectations of the service recipients, namely the users of rail transportation services by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang.

This study aims to determine the quality of family health services and community nutrition by the Prabumulih City Health Service. This research was conducted at the Prabumulih City Health Office. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Technique Determination of informants using purposive technique. The technique of obtaining data uses several procedures for entering the field, stages when in the field, stages out of the field. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the quality of family health and community nutrition services by the Prabumulih City Health Service, based on aspects of physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy had not gone well. The aspects of service quality are not going well, seen from the physical appearance, the availability of physical facilities and equipment has not provided comfort for the patients served; Reliability, regarding the suitability of the services provided with the scheduled information is not consistent, the standard of recording administration services is still convoluted; responsiveness, health services for patients cannot be carried out quickly in accordance with patient needs and expectations. The patience and hospitality of the nurses were not good; empathy / empathy doctors and nurses do not understand and pay attention to the feelings of patients being served. Nurses and doctors in serving patients have not reflected a sincere attitude, and are less consistent with respect to the suitability and timeliness of serving patients. Suggestions that can be given are the need for additional medical personnel, the existence of services and the provision of complete drugs as needed by patients, as well as the existence of information media that clearly contains procedures and procedures for providing services to patients.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of road construction and maintenance by the National Road Implementation Center V in South Sumatra Province. The formulation of the problem in this research is how effective the implementation of road construction and maintenance by the National Road Implementation Center V in South Sumatra Province is. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research procedures produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The approach is directed at the background and the individual holistically (whole). So, in this case it is not permissible to isolate individuals or organizations into variables or hypotheses, but it is necessary to view them as part of a whole, (Lexy J. Moleong, 2005: 4). The results of the study indicate that an increase in quantity will be related to output performance as well as controlling or controlling costs. The costs incurred for a road or bridge infrastructure program have been calculated based on existing studies. In addition, suitability in terms of length, width, implementation time and location will also be related to the use or utilization of roads in helping community activities in the social, economic and other fields. The quality and cost of road construction has supported economic growth both nationally and in the regions it passes through. Where the quality of construction of widening and strengthening structures, handling of segments that have been prone to accidents, as well as institutions through three steps will be carried out namely re-activating the foreman/road observer who will be included in the construction contract.

This research is entitled Strategies for Increasing Land and Building Tax (Pbb) & Fees for Acquiring Rights on Land and Buildings (Bphtb) at the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency, with the aim of knowing 1). The strategy undertaken by the head of the Regional Revenue Agency in increasing Land and Building Tax & Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights. 2). Supporting and hindering factors in increasing land and building tax revenue & fees for the acquisition of land and building rights at the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. The research approach used in this research is the method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The definition of qualitative research according to Nasution (1988: 5) is research that essentially observes people in the environment, interacts with them, tries to understand their language and their interpretation of their surroundings. The data required includes secondary data and primary data obtained in various ways, including: Documentation, Interview (Indept Interview), Observation. The results of the analysis are: 1). The strategy used by the Regional Revenue Agency of Banyuasin Regency in increasing Land and Building Tax & Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights by using the SO strategy is Using the power to take advantage of opportunities by (1) Utilizing advances in information technology with support from various parties (government, and post offices), (2) Utilizing capable, trustworthy and responsible employees on easy terms with affordable prices and standard quality of housing. 2) Internal and external factors of the Banyuasin Regency Regional Revenue Agency can influence the increase in Land and Building Tax & Fees for Acquiring Rights on Land and Buildings.Based on the research results, several things can be recommended, namely: 1) Improving the quality and quantity of human resources and improving software to support the interests and needs of work in the field so that services to the community can run smoothly. 2). Implementing a survival strategy against existing conditions, both the quality of facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources in order to create a conducive atmosphere.

This study aims to find out how the implementation of e-Planning at the Research and Development Agency of Palembang City in preparing development planning in Palembang City. This study uses qualitative methods in essence to observe directly and use interviews to explore problems related to research. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, and direct observation. In-depth interviews were conducted with key informants intended to obtain in-depth information about e-planning policies. This study concludes that, the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-Planning System of the Research and Development Agency of Palembang City most of the achievement of proposing program activities from the OPD has been carriead out well, the obstacles in implementing the e-planning system include some employees who are not capable and understand, and lack of integrated with each other

The title of this research is "Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies at Bhakti Suci Jaya High School Tanjung Batu, Ogan Ilir Regency". The formulation of the research problem is how to implement the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies at Bhakti Suci Jaya High School Tanjung Batu, Ogan Ilir Regency. With a qualitative research methodology, this study wanted to describe the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2008 at SMA Bhakti Suci Jaya Tanjung Batu, based on data obtained from documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the research are descriptive data on four factors of the public policy implementation model according to Edward, namely communication, resources, attitudes, and bureaucratic structure, which affect the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies. Based on the results of this study, several things can be recommended, namely the need for sustainable structured communication and an attitude from the government that supports the achievement of qualification standards and counselor competencies so that the guidance and counseling program in schools is implemented.

This study carefully examines the effectiveness of using the Asiasat-9 Satellite to overcome the Blank Spot in the South Sumatra Province. This study is intended to analyze and formulate how the effectiveness of the use of the Asiasat-9 Satellite to overcome the Blank Spot in the Province of South Sumatra. Research through a qualitative approach is carried out based on the problem to be studied with an explanation with the aim of exploring or building a proposition or explaining the meaning behind reality. Careful measurement of certain social phenomena is a characteristic of the descriptive level of explanation, therefore this accuracy is the basis why this study uses the descriptive level. The results of the study explained that the organization of TVRI South Sumatra has tried to be a regulator in the region in carrying out and implementing the use of the Asiasat-9 Satellite to overcome the Blank Spot in the province of South Sumatra. In an effort to support the implementation of its duties, it is necessary to support the effectiveness of the organization. Therefore, the South Sumatra Station TVRI has made efforts to increase the effectiveness of the use of the Asiasat-9 Satellite to overcome Blank Spots in the South Sumatra Province. The effectiveness level of using the Asiasat-9 Satellite to overcome Blank Spots in the South Sumatra Province for the city of Palembang is quite good, but for the Muaraenim, Lahat, Pagaralam, Ranau areas sometimes the audio and video are lost, for the TVRI program it is good, but in receiving broadcasts via Satellite Asiasat-9 if it rains Blank broadcast

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan kinerja pegawai. Inti kajian dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang yaitu pemberian tambahan penghasilan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel yaitu pemberian tambahan penghasilan adalah variabel independen (X ) sedangkan kinerja pegawai adalah variable dependent (Y) Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kuesioner dengan skala likert. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden, mengunakan incidental sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, berkesimpulan bahwa pemberian tambahan penghasilan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi dan etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey-explanatory yaitu pendekatan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun analisissnya dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1.Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. 2.Etos kerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. 3.Komunikasi dan etos kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 56,9% terhadap baik atau buruknya kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang.
