Abstract

This social dedication is carried out to increase public awareness about investing in capital market. Investment is not only deposit or gold, but also investments can be shares. Share investment is the same as owning a company. Knowledge about investment in capital market very important for socialized to public, specially social of Madiun because this share investment result more profitable return than other investment type. So it can increase economy of Madiun’s and more manage their financial. This social dedication use lecture and discussion method. This activity provide consultastion clinik to public in unlimited time range. The participants consisted of 35 men, women, men and women young. This activity will done  in Balai Desa Glonggong office in subpdistrict Dolopo, Madiun district. Presented theory in this activity were knowledge about capital market, its strength and weakness, its risks, how to be investor, and role of Galeri Investasi BEI Economyc Faculty, Madiun Merdeka University. From this activity there are 10 people to be investor in capital market. This achievements very satisty because it is more targeted.

Abstract

Public communication skills are an unavoidable demand in an organization. Being an MC or being a speaker is a skill that must be possessed, and for that it needs to be learned. The MC and Dirigen Training for PKK’s member of  Kincang will be divided into several sections, namely general communication skills, public speaking, overcoming nervousness, and practice being MC and conductor. The purpose of this training is that PKK’s members have good skills in public speaking so that they can carry out PKK's internal events well and smoothly. In addition to being useful in terms of hosting events as MCs, this public speaking skill is also useful so that PKK members are accustomed to speaking in public, including delivering socialization materials in other task. By having good communication skills, PKK’s member can play a role in bringing official events in the village government so that they no longer need to hire or pay for a professional MC.

Abstract

The lack of facilities plays an important role in realizing a clean and healthy life, but it is not an obstacle for the participants and other school members of SDK Santo Bavo to be able to habituate their daily healthy lifestyle. The results of the initial survey conducted by SDK Santo Bavo students had never been given any education or counseling on the importance of clean and healthy living habits. Based on this, it is necessary to do it through counseling and training on PHBS (Healthy Day-to-Life Behavior) for students in and other residents in TKK and SDK Santo Bavo. The activity is carried out through counseling and training on how to wash hands properly with boiled water of betel leaf as a substitute for soap which has antibacterial properties. Online counseling activities through instructional videos have succeeded in increasing partners' knowledge about making green betel leaf (Piper betle L) boiled water which has antibacterial properties and steps on how to wash with boiled green betel leaf water as a substitute for soap (CTPS) which is good and correct. Keywords—:daily healthy behavior, green betel, antibacterial, learning videos

Abstract

Abstract— There are about 10 indicators of low social capital and character among the younger generation to worry about, namely increased teenage violence, poor use of language and words, strong peer group influence on violence, increased self-destructive behavior such as drugs, alcohol, free sex , the blurring of good and bad moral guidelines, the decline in work ethic, the lower respect for parents, the low individual responsibility for the country and the mutual suspicion of hatred among others. Academic pressure on the current education system is considered to be responsible for these problems, so that it requires the teacher to revitalize himself from a teacher who merely conveys the knowledge of being an educator who must be responsible for instilling morals. Lack of moral education, can make the brain stem  and midbrain which is often called the reptile brain, more developed and dominant and makes someone will tend to behave violently. While the limbic and cortex parts of the brain that determine emotions, love and thinking become thin and weak. Conversely, if the limbic and cortex are dominant, reason and empathy will develop and become someone who is wise and wise. For all education and childcare are the main determining factors, which must be understood by educators (teachers, “ustadz”)  and parents. Keywords—: Character;  educator; parents; social capital.

Abstract

Abstract— Cooperatives according to Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning Business Entities consisting of people or Cooperative Legal Entities by basing their activities based on Cooperative principles involved in the economic field based on family principles. There are various types of cooperatives in Indonesia, as well as cooperatives in Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, which are meant by Milk Cooperatives, KUD (Village Cooperative Units), Kopwan (Women's Cooperatives), etc. The methods used in this service are lectures, training and also mentoring. The objectives approved by this service are: a) The DesaKare community discusses the importance of cooperatives or becoming members of cooperatives related to community access can cope, b) Communities understand the process of building cooperatives and find out what should be done on cooperatives, this is a provision for the community to study cooperatives, c). Cooperative problems that have been dealt with so far, this is caused by the existence of information and assistance carried out continuously in assisting cooperatives that have difficulties, d) Growing public awareness of access that requires funds from banks in this strict financing and maintenance either in collateral or filling in Monitoring by Bank Indonesia (BI), e). The community becomes educated in this case is in choosing the management of the cooperative so that cooperative problems can be minimized, f). Revive the spirit of mutual cooperation and help each other in the community through cooperative assistance and also foster enthusiasm in deliberation in decision making. Keywords—: Cooperatives; Village Communities; Financing.

Abstract

Abstract— In the village of Keras Kulon, Gerih Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency most of the people are farmers. That way most of it is used for processing agricultural land. On the other side of the house, each farmer's family and other families have many courtyards and yards that are quite large and not well-maintained with lots of overgrown plants which originate from planting and as long as they grow by themselves. Therefore, there is still a gap to empower the community, especially for women farmers and female families who are members of the PKK by utilizing existing land in each in the yard or in the yard by cultivating Ginger plants. Ginger cultivation has strategic values both economic and non-economic for the community to provide added value both economically and non-economically as well. Ginger plant cultivation that can easily be done by PKK members on their spare time so that the land in the yard or in the yard of the house will be planted with ginger plants planted on the sidelines and mango plants, jackfruit trees, banana trees and so on. Empowering rural communities through PKK, considering the most active organization in the village for mothers is PKK. This empowerment is to improve environmental awareness based on local potential, and plants according to needs. The community service activities will be held from September to December 2018. At regular PKK meetings scheduled every month in Keras Kulon Village, Gerih District, Ngawi Regency as a community with assistance and assistance methods. Keywords—: Community Empowerment; Environmental Awareness; Local Potential.

Abstract

Abstract— The majority of the people of Jatimulyo Village are involved in agriculture, to broaden their horizons and hone the creativity of the younger generation to be more developed among them by providing skills training in making concrete blocks which can later be used to prepare business for the procurement sector. Besides being able to reduce the unemployment rate, it can also improve the community's economy. Increasingly, development growth in the construction sector tends to increase so that market opportunities for material marketing, especially concrete blocks, will certainly increase. The results obtained by conducting brick building training are to increase the insight and skills of youth youth in making concrete blocks, as well as to improve the welfare of youth youth and village residents in particular. Keywords—: concrete blocks; socialization; material; tools.
