Abstract

Background – Supervision of employees needs to be done optimally in order to achieve company goals. Supervision of employee attendance due to frequent absenteeism requires company action to be able to discipline employees. For example, the use of a fingerprint attendance machine in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Purpose – To know about the effect of effectiveness of fingerprint attendance application on employee discipline as measured using practical dimensions, accurate dimensions, and security dimensions. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is quantitative research. The samples in this research are all of Madiun City Regional Secretariat employee. Their fingerprints have been recorded by the company. They numbered 159 people. Sampling technique use saturated sample. Data analysis in this research use multiple linier regression analysis. Result and discussion – This research result show that practical dimension, accurate dimension, and security dimension effect to discipline of work employee, partially and simultaneously in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Accurate dimension is dominant variable. Research Implication - The results of this study can be used as a reference in conducting performance appraisals and employee supervision. Limitations - This research was conducted at the Madiun City Regional Secretariat and is devoted to employees whose fingerprints have been registered on the fingerprint attendance machine.

Abstract

This research purpose to know of affect gender, sourching channels, and placement on employee performance PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja. The number of respondens were 69 employee of PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja in Kawedanan Magetan. Sampling technique use sensus sampling. Analysis method in this research use multiple regression analysis with SmartPLS programme. The results show gender not affect on employee performance, Sourcing Channels affect on employee performance, and placement affect on employee performance. This research model is 59,9 percent, as much 40,5 percent formed by others variable.

Abstract

Semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi serta semakin terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan membuat persaingan dalam dunia kerja semakin tinggi. Angkatan kerja dihadapkan pada berbagai kondisi yang sulit terlebih karena adanya pandemi di tahun 2020 ini. Banyak sektor industri yang tertekan sehingga berdampak pada berkurangnya lowongan pekerjaan. Ini tentunya semakin diperparah oleh kondisi di mana jumlah angkatan kerja terus-menerus meningkat seiring semakin bertambahnya jumlah lulusan baik dari perguruan tinggi maupun sekolah menengah atas. Untuk itu, penting sekali program peningkatan kompetensi bagi para lulusan melalui beberapa kegiatan pelatihan dan kursus. Salah satu kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian training program career preparation. Career preparation adalah program yang dilakukan untuk memberikan materi berupa persiapan karir seperti pembuatan curriculum vitae yang menarik, pembuatan akun Linkedin, pelatihan wawancara serta materi tentang sosialisasi kursus gratis yang bisa diakses dari rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk respon atas permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat khususnya pada kelompok nonformal. Dengan berkolaborasi, tim pelaksana memilih kelompok sasaran yang memiliki permasalahan dalam hal persiapan tantangan karir. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin berat saat ini. Sasaran program training ini adalah anggota IOSON Lingkar Penggerak. IOSON Lingkar Penggerak merupakan organisasi nonformal yang bergerak di bidang kemanusiaan yang anggotanya sebagian besar berusia 16-30 tahun. Metode kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting dan dibagi dalam beberapa sesi. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun curriculum vitae yang menarik, mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Linkedin untuk menemukan lowongan pekerjaan, serta memiliki kemampuan yang bagus dalam menghadapi wawancara kerja

Abstract

The development of information and communications technology makes easy to find information needed from the world. Included in the student learning process. ICT has an important role in education ICT sophistication facilitate student-centered learning (SCL). However, can ICT create an effective and efficient learning process? What does the negative and positive effect of sophistication information and communications technology (ICT) in learning process? How effect on personal ethics? How should the role of government to solve that negative effect? This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenology approach. This approach is a research-based on observations of phenomenology that occur in Merdeka University of Madiun. The data analysis uses descriptive techniques. It’s the result of the data collection from some informants were concluded. The results of research show that negative effects of development ICT; 1) decreasing student ethics, 2) learning process not effective, 3) student doesn’t ready to study in the classroom, 4) and delay next job. The positive effect is easy to get course material and reach communications quickly. The government role to solve negative effect are 1) socialization about ICT usage, 2) limit user age from government, 3) blocking web that no match with user age and 4) socialization about controlling child.

Abstract

This social dedication is carried out to increase public awareness about investing in capital market. Investment is not only deposit or gold, but also investments can be shares. Share investment is the same as owning a company. Knowledge about investment in capital market very important for socialized to public, specially social of Madiun because this share investment result more profitable return than other investment type. So it can increase economy of Madiun’s and more manage their financial. This social dedication use lecture and discussion method. This activity provide consultastion clinik to public in unlimited time range. The participants consisted of 35 men, women, men and women young. This activity will done  in Balai Desa Glonggong office in subpdistrict Dolopo, Madiun district. Presented theory in this activity were knowledge about capital market, its strength and weakness, its risks, how to be investor, and role of Galeri Investasi BEI Economyc Faculty, Madiun Merdeka University. From this activity there are 10 people to be investor in capital market. This achievements very satisty because it is more targeted.

Abstract

Abstract— MSMEs are one of the importance elements in supporting the national economy. The sustainability of MSMEs must be maintained and developed. For this reason, it is necessary business feasibility studies. Furthermore, more important for MSME entrepreneurs to know is the importance of making simple accountancy. So, making decisions can more easy, comprehensive, and focus. The use of financial report or simple accountancy make easy entrepreneurs of MSME and others partner for analyze that MSMEs performance. This activity use lecture method and making simple accountancy practice directly. The participant of this activity are society of Dempelan village, both entrepreneurs and nonentrepreneurs. This activity had attended enthusiastically society of Dempelan village. It was caused that society got new knowledge about simple accountancy and making business feasibility study. Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this society dedication activity is to prepare young prospective researchers to produce research that can be utilized by the wider community and poured in the form of scientific papers. This young prospective researcher who will produce new findings in solving problems and meeting the needs of society. This activity is in the form of mentoring and guidance to students of madrasah tsanawiyah seventh grade and eighth grade of excellent classes. Excellent classes are considered capable of being given higher knowledge. The activity was carried out for four months at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Magetan. The result of this activity is that students get research ideas and can compile research reports in the form of scientific papers. From each of the classes that got the research idea about seven to eight children, and students' ability to draft proposals averaged 72.5 percent. This shows that madrasah students able to produce innovations in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of vermicompost for earthworm breeders in Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district. This research is qualitative with the Grounded Research method. The population in this study were earthworm breeders in the Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district, amounting to 5 people. Sampling was done through interview techniques. The analysis used is a SWOT matrix analysis, IE matrix, and the QSPM matrix. The results of the IFAS analysis is that it is classified as strong and able to take advantage of its business strengths and overcome its weaknesses. EFAS analysis indicates that the marketing of vermicompost is below average in its efforts to carry out strategies that take advantage of external opportunities and avoid threats. The results of the IE matrix show that vermicompost is in cell 5 (Growth Strategy/Stability Strategy) with concentration through horizontal integration. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained 5 alternative SO strategies, 6  WO strategies, 2 ST strategies and 4  WT strategies. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis show that earthworm breeders should use a market penetration strategy to market their vermicompost.

Abstract

Abstract— The general difference between conventional capital markets and Islamic capital markets can see in the instruments and transactio mechanism, while the difference of Sharia stock index value with conventional stock index value lies in the criteria of the issuer’s shares that must meet the basic principles of sharia. The aim of this research is 1) to know average difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in bullish and bearish period, 2) to know the difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in bullish and bearish period through Sharpe Index approach. The research type is explanatory research. This research use all of go public companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2014-2018. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling. The classic assumption test uses normality and homogeneity test. Data analysis method use independent sample T-test. The research result show that no average difference of return of portfolio investment performance in the 2014-2018 period between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in the bullish and bearish period. Portfolio investment performance in the 2014-2018 period show no average difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 through Sharpe index approach in the bullish and bearish period. Keywords—: Islamic Capital Markets; Conventional Capital Markets; Jakarta Islamic Index; IDX30; Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose this research are how concept of superior human resource? What strategies can be taken? And why should workforce be superior human resources? Thi research is qualitative wih phenomenological approach. Subject in this research are workforce in industry area at Mojokerto district. For get result of research good quality, this research was carried out for one year. The result of research show that concept of superior human resource are human with eight attitude and behavioral of superior human resources. They are 1) breaking the rule, 2) get started and make a change, 3) create creativity, 4) become a reliable source of information within the unit or company, 5) create innovation, 6) direct others, 7) give inspiration, 8) motivate other work force. Workforce can do some strategies to be superior human resource. They are 1) maintain health, 2) work with health protocol, 3) do company rules, 4) achieve productivity according to company standards, 5) training or education, 6) always want to learn, 7) can find side job. In order to workforce can survive and maintained by company in pandemic and digital era  like this, workforce need to become superior human resource. Superior human resource can value added themselves and they have high competitive power
