Abstract

A demand for chicken-meat is growing enormously which requires intensification in the production, so it iscrucial to improve the chicken health condition. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Brevibacillus laterosporus texasporus culture (BT) to the growth, immunity and blood parameters of broilers and also to determine whether the culture has a potential to act as a probiotic supplement of the fodder. A total of 300 one-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers chickens were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 6 replications (10 individualsin each replicate) i.e.the positive control (PC)which had no challenge ofSalmonella Pullorum wasadministered inthe basal diet. Meanwhile, the negative control (NC) challenged by Salmonella Pullorumper os was administered in three form of diets, and these were included inthe diet with the composition of kitasamycin for 10 mg/kg as antibiotics growth promotor, BT for 50 mg/kg, and BT for 100 mg/kg. The live body weight (LBW) and average daily body weight gain (ADG)of initial period were upregulated(P<0.05), while at the end of the period, the results displayed the changes in LBW(P=0.304) and ADG (P=0.672). Based on the analysis of Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the IgG (g/L) showed no significant values, and the IgM(g/L) significantly rose after 21 days, while the IgA (g/L) showed significant values after 42 days. The chicken c-reactive protein (CRP) was found to be significantly changes on day 9, and the significant values in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and monoamine oxidase (MAO) were found which respectively on the day 9 to 42 and 21; the diamine oxidase (DAO) changes were found after 42 days. The treatment diet of AGP and BT100 have affectedless histological changes in liver tissues than BT50 and NC. These findings suggested that BT could protect the chickens from the adverse impacts of Salmonella infection, andthese can be used as a feed additive to promote health and growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pig poop bokashi on teh growth of eggplant (Solanum melongena). the experimental research method (True Experiment) with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of six treatments and five replications. The population of this study was 30 eggplant (Solanum melongena). The research simple was selected using a simple random sampling strategy. The research sample was 30eggplant (Solanum melongena). The research data were analyzed using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test for normality, Bartlett test for homogenity, and ANOVA for testing the hypothesis. The research findings obtained indicate that the influence of pig poop bokashi on the growth of eggplant (Solanum melongena)both in plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaf strands. So it can be concluded that pig poop bokashi can be used as an alternative to replace the presence of inorganic fertilizer (chemical fertilizer). Suggestions offered by researchers, should the use of bokashi pig poop manure can be further improved among farmers and the community in general because in addition to addressing the use of inorganic fertilizer that can affect the quatlity of soil and plants also affect finances that must be spent to buy inorganic fertlizer.

Abstract

The initial prediction is that the condition of covid-19 pandemic will shake people's lives in all aspects, and this condition has a great potential for rising crime. With all of its character, it is very interesting to discuss how street crime developed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study use a mixed research method, where data is collected from facts in the field, legal sources or applied regulations, associated with legal materials obtained from literature review research and overall data obtained from both primary data and secondary data. The conclusion from this research is that street crime during the Covid-19 Pandemic cannot be stated expressly decreased or increased for each region has dynamics that differ from one another according to the characteristics of the region. The correlation of PSBB policy during the Covid-19 Pandemic with the level of street crime in the perspective of routine activity theory can be seen from several street crimes that change the type and location of their objects / targets as well as the increasing number of drug and cybercrime cases that are striking. PSBB conditions during Pandemic Covid-19 against crimes that require a new system that is integrated with the internet, a pattern of punishment with massive amounts of assimilation to reduce the density of prison and a virtual court examination system that should be a part of the criminal justice system in Indonesia

Abstract

To get the potential of lalcat acid bacteria isolate to produce Milk Clotting Enzyme (MCE), it is necessary to screen milk clotting activity both quantitatively and qualitatively. Through qualitative observation, the characteristics of the curd resulting from enzyme activity can be obtained. MCE is a protease that has the characteristics of milking. Based on the results of this observational research, the curd characteristic produced can be used as a benchmark to determine the length of time of fermentation and optimization of the determination of ammonium sulfate precipitation concentration. Isolate BAL shows the results of a compact curd at a fermentation time of 25 hours at 37 ℃ and the optimization results of the deposition of ammonium sulfate which shows the characteristics of a compact curd by 45% ammonium sulfate.

Abstract

The discussion leads to the effect of profitability of return on investment (ROI) and financial risk on stock prices which shows the inequality of the results of previous studies. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether the difference has a relationship between return on investment (ROI) profitability and financial risk to the stock price under study. This research uses automotive industry and spare parts companies in the Southeast Asia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2018 period. The method used was purposive sampling to obtain 10 companies that present complete financial statements, so as many as 70 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the partial study concluded that the profitability of return on investment (ROI) and financial risk have a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the study simultaneously return on investment (ROI) profitability and financial risk has a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 then simultaneously states that profitability return on investment (ROI) and financial risk have a significant effect on stock prices. Future studies are expected to add or replace variables and methodologies of other sub-sectors

Abstract

This study explored the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in relation to student employees. The dimensions of religiosity is used as an independent variable in this study. This study expands the extant research by examining OCB of student employees, where very few studies exist. For this research 174 student employees completed an online survey, where we looked to identify correlations between OCB and three dimensions: participation, importance and meaning. Data collection in this study used a qustionnaire that developed a variable of religiosity totaling 9 items and variables totaling 15 items which isusing multiple linear regression. The statistically significant correlation between three of these dimensions and OCB will help campusidentify and encourage OCB in their student employees. The result of study shows that there is effect of the participation dimension (XL) and the meaning dimension (X3), but there is no efect of the meaning dimension (X3) on OCB.
