Abstract

Thistime the world is covered by environmental issues in the form of climate change, the use of natural resources that do not pay attention to the environment, and the sale of products that are not environmentally friendly, and currently the millennial enerasi is a generation that is a lot in Indonesia with a proportion of 33.75%, as a generation that is quite large, the millennial generation in the future has a considerable answer to the issue. environmental preservation and use of green products. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of environmental knowledge variables and social influence variables on green product buying intentions, both directly and indirectly through attitude variables as mediation variables. This type of quantitative research is used by collecting data using questionnaires on millennial respondents totaling 150 respondents. The data is analyzed using the SEM PLS approach. The results showed that variable social influences and attitudes had a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy green products. Variable environmental knowledge and social influences have a positive and significant effect on attitudes. While the variable of environmental knowledge does not have a significant effect on the intention to buy green products. The interesting result is that mediation gives the result that variables of environmental knowledge and variables of social influence have a positive and significant effect on the intention of buying green products through attitude variables as mediation variables.

Abstract

Developing a framework for MSMEs to become more fragile is the goal of this research. As it is known that the business world has fluctuated a lot and is facing turbulence, so we need an anti-fragile MSME framework concept. Using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), this research is then analyzed to produce 5 (five) factors that build an anti-fragile MSME framework, namely Network Building, Growth Mindset, and Willingness to Develop, Focusing on Sustainability, Support, and Ability to Overcome Risk and the last is Competence. So far, there has been no research on the anti-fragile concept for MSMEs in Indonesia, so it is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for future researchers and business actors in running their businesses.

Abstract

Covid-19 has hit Indonesia since March 2020; as a policymaker, the government has imposed new regulations so that everyone can leave the house and do work without worrying about being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. Measurement of body temperature is the fundamental way to determine the condition of body temperature. However, the problem is that when a thermometer is used to check the temperature of the human body, it is still carried out in direct physical contact between humans so that the risk of transmission of the covid-19 virus can occur. Based on these problems, a thermometer was made, which can be used to check human body temperature without making physical contact. Using the prototype method and system design with UML diagrams, the temperature sensor GY-906 MLX90614 (Temperature detection sensor) was used to build a prototype non-contact human body temperature detection monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to open doors automatically.). body), LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) displays the results of the human body temperature, servo motor as an action system in the form of a sliding door controller, ESP8266 Wifi Module, which is used as a microcontroller that processes sensor data and sends sensors through a wireless network. The data sent by the ESP8266 Wifi Module can be monitored via a Web application.

This study aims to see how Employee Engagement in the Kendang Jimbe Blitar Industry. This study use a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research from the human resource side show that CV Cherry Blossom Indonesia is very qualified because of the many employees who work all are experts (professionals), but this is a weak point for similar SMEs, especially the Kendang Jimbe Industry because after all these experts will very prone to come out if there is something that might not make them comfortable being there. 2. In terms of Employee Engagement a) Vigor : the policy which have done by the management (Mrs. Anik Sriati) to rest their employees during the day is an aspiration from the employee's proposal, of course this has been recieved so that during effective hours they can carry out activities optimally. 2) Dedication is a strong relationship between workers and what they do. CV Cherry Blossom Indonesia with 40 employees has a strong dedication to their work, this happens because indeed Kendang Jimbe Craft is a series of activities that can be carried out by experts, so that the Kendang Jimbe Industry employees there are very dedicated. 3) Absoption: work activities in the Kendang Jimbe Industry often exceed the time limit determined by the management. Sometimes workers can stay up at night while doing their work, this is certainly a note for management because after all, all work must be assessed properly.

The research population was all medical employees, especially nurses, totaling 75 people and all population units were used as research respondents. Research Variable were measured using a Likert scale with five categories and were collected using a questionnaire distribution. After the data were collected and analyzed with PLS version 21 analysis. From the results of the study it was found that the direct influence of transformational leadership on nurse OCB behavior was lower than the indirect effect, namely the Variable of nurse loyalty. It can be concluded that the RSIA EB must consider the effect of transformational leadership on increasing nurse loyalty, so that the effect on nurse OCB behavior is higher.

Abstract

A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs.

Red guava fruit is a fruit with the highest levels of vitamin C compared to other fruits. It contains carotenoid compounds and phenolic compounds that act as antioxidants. Red guava fruit is often processed into fruit juice drinks that are packaged in various types of packaging and distributed commercially so that people can consume red guava fruit more efficiently. Determination of vitamin C levels using the UV-Visible spectrophotometric method and the results obtained that the vitamin C content of red guava commercial fruit juice is higher than fresh red guava juice. Measurement of antioxidant activity of red guava fruit and its commercial fruit juice using ABTS methods. The results obtained in the ABTS method, fresh red guava juice and its commercial fruit juice have very strong antioxidant activity (IC50 < 50 µg/mL).
