Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah (1) memberikan pengetahuan kepada peserta tentang pasar modal syariah dan cara berinvestasi secara legal dan aman, (2) memberikan keterampilan dan kemampuan kepada peserta untuk mampu menganalisa saham syariah yang baik dengan menganalisa laporan keuangan perusahaan, (3) memberikan keterampilan dan kemampuan kepada peserta untuk dapat langsung bertransaksi dipasar modal.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa workshop tentang saham syariah ini dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, pengenalan saham syariah, keunggulan saham syariah,bagaimana cara menganalisa laporan keungan perusahaan untuk memilih saham yang baik dan juga dilakukan praktek simulasi bertransaksi saham syariah. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 25 orang yang terdiri dari 13 mahasiswa dan 12 pengusaha UMKM yang ada di Banjarmasin.. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah 88% peserta berminat untuk berinvestasi disaham syariah dan bersedia menjadi investor disaham syariah dan melakukan pendaftaran untuk menjadi investor. Hasil evaluasi kinerja kegiatan memberikan hasil mayoritas peserta memberikan penilaian sangat baik kepada kemampuan pembicara dalam menyampaikan materi,isi materi, suasana pelatihan serta sarana dan prasarana yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims was to identify impact of economic development factors to the the environment quality by using Kuznet's Curve Hyphotesis and non linear regression. The determinants studied are indicators of economic development such as Gross Domestic Regional Income (GDRI) of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, unemployment and human development index (HDI). While the environmental quality indicators used are Water Quality Index (WQI), Air Quality Index (AQI) and Land Cover Quality Index (LCQI). The data used is secondary data from the Department of Environment, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, and also the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province. Secondary data types used include WQI, AQI, LCQI, GDRI, poverty, unemployment and HDI data for the period 2006 – 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitatively using Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and non linear regression. The final results obtained from this study include (1) The influence of economic development indicators on environmental quality is in accordance with Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and shows non-linear relationships. (2) Only the unemployment indicator is not identified non-linearly due to the adjusted value of R Square < 0 and the significance of the > 0.05.

Abstract

The research about the impact of financial performance on firm value has become great attention to financial issues in various researches. Financial performance provides information needed by investors. Firm value is used to reflect the real value of the company more realistically by considering the concept of market value. The investors need the actual value of the firm to be a factor to consider for them to invest. This research is aimed at examining the impact of the financial performance of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity ratio. We also examine if there were managerial ownership effects the relationship among those financial performances on the firm value using the proxy of Tobin's Q. The sample used is the Consumers Goods Companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period from 2015 to 2019. We used purposive sampling for obtaining 70 observations. We analyzed data using multiple linier regression, and moderated- regression analysis. The study indicates that profitability and leverage statistically affect the firm value. But, the liquidity and activity ratio with the proxy of total asset turnover has no significant impact on firm value. Other result were the moderation has significant effect of managerial ownership strengthens the relationship of debt to equity ratio and total assets turnover.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has become a global problem and has caused economicproblems in various sectors including the SME sector. This research was conductedto examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the business conditions of SMEswhich later can be used by policy makers in determining the right actions toovercome financial problems in the SME sector.This research was conducted in the province of South Kalimantan using primarydata. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with an instrument in the form of aquestionnaire. This study used a sample of 233 respondents. The data analysistechnique was performed using the analysis of the validity and reliability of theinstrument and quantitative descriptive analysis to describe the financial conditionsof SMEs and the affected business / corporate sectors. The results of this study foundthat (1) There was a significant difference to the financial condition of SMEs beforeand after the pandemic, where there was a decrease in gross income (-41.6%) andthe level of profit in the SME sector (-62.8%) in general (2) Some of the impacts ofthe Covid Pandemic -19 regarding the business conditions of SMEs, namely (a)there are still many SMEs that have not been able to sell online, (b) there has beenan increase in raw materials, (c) the majority of SMEs have difficulty obtaining rawmaterials, (d) there is a decrease in motivation and work productivity which issignificant, (e) there are still many SMEs that experience a shortage of cash andmany SMEs are in arrears of liabilities, (f) but the majority of SMEs still believethey will survive and pass the pandemic.

Abstract

Facing the condition of COVID-19, of course, it greatly affects the psychological and mental condition of a person who tends to be more emotional in responding to something because of the stress of the situation and the various demands that must be lived. One example is the Work From Home pattern where it can trigger emotions and affect the mood of employees. The purpose of this study: 1) analyzing emotions significantly affect employee performance, 2) analyzing work mood has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) analyzing work emotions and moods has a significant effect on employee performance. This research was an explanatory research with quantitative approach (positivism). The population of this study was private universities in South Kalimantan education staff with a total sample of 252 respondents and these samples was taken by purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was using Multiple linear regression. The results showed; 1) emotions have a significant effect on employee performance, 2)work mood has a significant impact on employee performance, 3) emotions and work mood have a significant impact on employee performance. The findings in this study that emotions and working mood when managed well will greatly impact employee performance. The existence of work from home policy, employees' emotions and work mood are sometimes disturbed by various activities that change, such as all activities carried out at home and there needs to be conformity with the home environment that tends to be no more conducive than at work.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find a form of control policies on environmental management for mining of coal that regulate the coordination between stakeholders, authorities and the object of supervision, as well as a commitment to an active role between the government, business actors and the community in monitoring environmental management. The approach method in this research is socio-juridical, with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The results showed that both from the regulatory and implementation aspects, the coordination of the implementation of supervision had not been regulated and implemented optimally, so that it did not support the realization of an integrated environmental management supervision based on the principle of integration. Based on this, it is necessary to establish a legal system for environmental management in the form of regional regulations which contain an integrated supervisory system with a shared commitment between the leading sector

Abstract

This research is an empirical study to tested the accuracy of Chen and Hsu’s Fuzzy Time Series Method used to forecast sharia market stock index in Jakarta Islamic Index. The data used in this research are secondary data consists of daily stock market indexes during 23 November 2016 to 14 July 2017. Chen dan Hsu’s Fuzzied Series Method used in this research has the smallest MSE (Mean Square Error) and AFER (Average Forecasting Error Rate) value rather than others method such as Song and Chrissom (1993). Song and Chrissom (1994), Chen (1996), Hwang, Chen and Lee (1998), Huarng (2001) and Chen (2002). To tested the accuracy of the Chen’s dan Hsu’s Fuzzied Series Method researcher has to do 5 (five) steps such as (1) Determine lag between historical data, interval and The Universe Data (U), (2) Distributing Data into The Unniverse, (3) Define The Fuzzy Set, (4) Determine The Fuzzy Logical Relationship (FLR), and (5) Analyse the Difference between data. There are 3 (three) rules in Chen’s dan Hsu’s Fuzzied Series Method based on the Difference and FLR. The result of this research is Chen dan Hsu’s Fuzzied Series Method has MSE = 1.88 and AFER =0.006% and it can be used to make forecasting on value and trend sharia stock market in Jakarta Islamic index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of capital structure on financial performance, the effect of financial performance on firm value, the effect of capital structure and financial performance simultaneously on firm value. This study used Food Beverage company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on period 2016 – 2020. The model used in data analysis in this study is a simple multiple regression model because the measurement of the dependent and independent variables in this study is in the form of numbers with size scales and more than one independent variable. The results of the study show that: 1) Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value; 2) Capital structure has no significant effect on Financial Performance; 3) Financial Performance has a significant effect on Firm Value; 4) Capital Structure and Financial Performance simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. The Determination Test (R2) produced is 0.331 (33.1%), meaning that the contribution of the variable influence of Capital Structure and Financial Performance to Firm Value is 33.1%, while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aim is to get an overview of the competitive landscape, consumer perception andperceptual gap between consumer perception of product and attributes that offered by Banjarethnic restaurant in Banjarmasin. This research object are Warung Makan (WM.) H. Fauzan,WM. Mona and WM. Idah Jaya. The population is Banjarmasin community with a sample sizeof 50 was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using quantitativedescriptive method and analysis of MDS (Multi-dimentionalScaling) with the help of IBM SPSSsoftware Ver. 23. The results showed that (1) WM. H. Fauzan has the position above thanWM. Mona and WM. Idah Jaya in consumer perceptions attributes such as physical condition,service, support and distribution facility locations. Additionally WM. H. Fauzan also has theadvantage that the typical grilled fish sold using a sauce or condiment (original) and has thehighest branch between the typical food stall Banjar other dishes, (2) WM. Mona hasadvantages in service, product, and pesonaltraits. (3) WM. Idah Jaya only has advantages inpromotional attributes, price and location.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of cognitive, affective and conative Banjarmasin people in responding to the government's prohibition policy on the use of plastic as a shopping bag based on demographics (gender, age, income, occupation and education level) and psychographics (lifestyle and social level) and whether there is a significance differences in people's cognitive, affective dan conative. This study is a survey research using questionnaires as an instrument. Population and sample used in this study are the Banjarmasin’s public and taken as many as 150 respondents using method. non-purposivesamplingAnalysis techniques were used: (1) qualitative descriptive analysis - quantitative and comparative analysis of the average;  (2) The chi-square test to see differences in the behavior of people based on demographic and psychographic and (3) Kruskal Wallis  test to see the effects of demographic and psychographic on the level of cognitive, affective and conative Banjarmasin people. This study found that: (1) The level of Banjarmasin’s public cognitive, affective and conative in responding to the prohibition use of plastic as shopping bags are majority in the neutral category; (2) The cognitive aspect is highest tend to be owned by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, government employee, income between Rp 5 million - Rp 9,9  Million, S-2 educated, High life style and lower-  upperclass social level.(4) The highest affective aspects tend to be owned by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, goverment employee, income between Rp 5 Million - Rp9.9 Million,S-2 educated, middle lifestyle and upper-middle social level class. (5) the highest connative aspects tend to be provided by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, student / college student, Income between Rp 5 Million - Rp 9.9 Million, S-3 education, high life style and social level of the lower-upper class. (6) In the cognitive and affective, there are no sigificants differences in the average for the whole group demographic and psychographic (7) In the affective, the significant average difference was only found in demographic groups based on job and income while the mean significant difference psychographic groups price found only on psychographic groups based on a social level. (8) The level of cognitive respondent only influenced by the life-style of psychographic variables, afective level is only affected by the psychographic-social level and the level of connative only influenced by demographic variables-education and psychographic variables-social level.
