Abstract

Ternate City is a coastal city, the existence of coastal resources needs to be well maintained for the survival of mankind. Management of coastal areas must be sustainable (sustainable development) and lead to renewable resources. The purpose of this study is as follows to determine the economic value of the coastal resources of Ternate City as one of the policy input factors in the economic valuation of coastal resources which has a very important role. The analytical method used in this study is the contingency valuation method. Based on the results of the study, The value of direct fishery benefits from coral reefs in Ternate City is Rp. 3,251,360,000./year, whereas. Thus the total direct benefit value of coral reefs in Ternate City is Rp. 3.251.360.000./year. The economic value of these coral reefs is still relatively small. This is because other potentials such as coastal tourism have not been utilized

Abstract

Teachers are at the forefront of educating the nation's children through formal education, have social values for society, to become human beings with noble character in the field of science that is owned in accordance with the demands of today's education world. In Law Number 14 of 2005 article 8 concerning Teachers and Lecturers it is stated that teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. Each rule has a legal basis that binds every teacher to carry out his profession with the concept of education containing the values of national and state life based on Pancasila. Education must be a means to encourage the development of shared values and knowledge. But in the fact these values have not been used in formal education. This is seen as an inadequate approach to carrying out performance as a reliable professional educator. Teachers always emphasize the system of emphasis on students, it can be seen from the standard KKM scores which are still brought on average. Teachers who have certification have not shown their professionalism and are licensed as educated teachers. In the fact often occurs in schools is that teachers have not shown themselves in the teaching and learning process, because the factors that influence the emphasis on teachers are economic problems, lack of teacher discipline, inadequate infrastructure in schools, placement of teachers in the field of study. more than one person so that the teacher lacks teaching hours that should teach 24 hours a week.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurship education courses on the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the economic education study program semesters IV, VI and VIII STKIP Kie Raha Ternate who have attended entrepreneurship education courses, of the 50 students who were made respondents and distributed questionnaires. Only 47 questionnaires were analyzed. The research method used is explanatory survey with analysis techniques using multiple regression and using validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the Internal Factors and Entrepreneurship Education Subjects had no effect on the entrepreneurial spirit while the External Factors had a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Spirit. Meanwhile, the F test shows that the variables of Internal Factors, External Factors and Entrepreneurial Education courses together have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the impact of the application of online learning on student learning motivation in banking management courses during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach..The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study was processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research shows that first; student learning motivation is not the same as when participating in learning that is carried out directly in the classroom. Students are more enthusiastic about participating in the learning that the lecturer conveys in the classroom compared to online learning carried out during the covid-19 pandemic through the google classroom and whatsapp applications. Second, the inhibiting factors are: students have difficulty understanding the subject matter delivered via video because they run out of quota when participating in learning delivered through the application.difficulty getting a stable network or signal when participating in learning, so that the learning obtained is less than optimal, while the supporting factors are: making it easier for lecturers to deliver material via smartphones, delivering material to be more interesting and not monotonous, making it easy for students to access other learning resources needed. Keywords: Learning motivation, online learning during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Role Playing Method on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMK Global Nusantar Hal-Sel. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design and nonequivalent control group design research design. The population is 60 people, consisting of class XA 30 students and class XB 30 students. Based on the post-test data analysis using the t test, it was obtatined that t count was 2.0723> t tabel 2.0453. the shows that there is an influence of the role playing method on the social studies learing outcomes of students. The magnitude of the influence is calculated using the formula for the effect size of 041 with the medium category. So it can be concluded thet the role playing method has a moderate effect on the socional studies learning outcome of class X SMK Global Nusantara Halmahera Selatan students
