Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence hearing loss in workers at the PT Delima Makmur Palm Oil Mill factory, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2022." This research is descriptive analytical research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all palm oil factory workers at PT Delima Makmur, North Singkil District in 2022, amounting to 98 people. The sample in this study is the total population. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the results of a simple linear regression test showed that there was an effect of working period p = 0.001 with hearing loss and no effect of working age p = 0.213, no effect of length of exposure per day p = 0.225, and no effect of using APT p = 0.392 with hearing loss in oil palm factory workers PT Delima Makmur North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2022. This means that one variable has an influence and four variables have no effect on hearing loss in oil palm factory workers PT Delima Makmur North Singkil District Aceh Singkil Regency 2022.Keywords: Hearing Loss, Age, Working Period, Use of APT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the utilization of health services by BPJS Kesehatan participants at the Fold Kajang Health Center in 2022. This study is an analytic study with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at the Fold Kajang Health Center in 2022. The population of this study was the BPJS Health participants at the Fold Kajang health center totaling 7401 people. The sample in this study were 99 people. Data were analyzed using chi square test. The results of this study indicate that 36.8% who utilize health services, which are not optimally utilize as much as 10.5%. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained the value of = 0.000. The results of the phi coefficient test obtained the value of = 0.072, this indicates that the relationship is strong in the category of weak relationship (0.01-0.25). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the BPJS Participant factor and the utilization of Health Services at the Fold Kajang Health Center in 2022 (weak relationship). There is a relationship between BPJS health participants and the utilization of health services at the Fold Kajang Health Center. There is no relationship between the role of health workers on the utilization of health services at the Fold Kajang Health Center. There is no relationship between the attitude factors towards the utilization of health services at the Fold Kajang Health Center. There is a relationship between the factors of access to the utilization of health services at the Fold Kajang Health Center and there is a relationship between the knowledge factor on the utilization of health services at the Fold Kajang Health Center.Keywords: Utilization of Health Services, BPJS Health

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ultrasound on reducing pain in the trigger finger and to determine the benefits of exercise therapy with free active exercise and resisted exercise on increasing muscle strength, increasing joint range of motion, increasing activity daily living (ADL) and functional ability of the hand on the trigger finger. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. The subject of this study is one person, namely the patient who has a disorder. Data were obtained by conducting interviews and performing ultrasound actions. The results showed that after performing physiotherapy intervention with ultrasound modalities and exercise therapy in reducing pain, and increasing the range of motion of the joints 6 times, the results of the assessment of silent pain were T1: 2 to T6: 0, tenderness T1: 5 became T6: 2, motion pain T1: 4 to T6: 2. So it can be concluded that the administration of ultrasound modalities and exercise therapy can reduce pain, and increase the range of motion of the joints. There are several factors that drive the healing, namely: 1. It must be done in good condition so that it can provide a therapeutic effect as expected, 2. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of exercise therapy in reducing pain, increasing joint range of motion (LGS), eliminating swelling/oedema and increasing muscle strength in postoperative anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) cases. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design, namely to determine the effect of exercise therapy in reducing pain, increasing joint range of motion (LGS), eliminating swelling/oedema and increasing muscle strength in postoperative anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) cases. The subjects in this study were patients who complained of stiffness and pain in the knees when moved. The research subject consisted of one person. Data were obtained by conducting interviews, observation and exercise therapy in cases of postoperative anterior cruciate ligament. The results showed that after doing physiotherapy intervention by doing exercise therapy it was known that exercise therapy could reduce pain, increase the range of motion of the joints (LGS), eliminate swelling/oedema and decrease muscle strength in cases of postoperative anterior cruciate ligament. After getting therapy 6 times using exercise therapy which includes passive motion exercises, active motion, static contraction exercises, exercises using a stationary bicycle and exercises using a stationary bicycle and walking exercises using crutches. The patient has experienced changes, but not too maximal. By giving these interventions can accelerate the healing factor.Keywords: exercise therapy, postoperative, anterior cruciate ligament

Abstract

Saat ini dunia fashion berkembang dan banyak trend yang memicu perkembangan fashion. Perkembangan fashion mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian tidak terencana. Fashion merupakan keutuhan dan kesenangan individu. Individu berpakaian mencerminkan karakter diri. Dengan demikian, peneliti memilih judul “Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Berbelanja (Shopping lifestyle) dan Keterlibatan Fashion (Fashion involment) terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Impulsif (Impulse buying) di Butik Kore The Label Bandar Lampung”. Peneliti  dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya hidup berbelanja dan keterlibatan fashion terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif di    Butik kore the label Bandar Lampung. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan metode non-probability. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini : (1) Gaya hidup berbelanja berpengaruh positif signifikasi pada pembelian impulsif produk fashion konsumen Butik kore the label di Bandar Lampung. (2) Keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif signifikasi pada pembelian impulsif produk fashion konsumen Butik kore the label di Bandar Lampung dan (3) Gaya hidup berbelanja dan keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif signifikasi secara bersama-sama pada perilaku pembelian impulsif produk fashion konsumen Butik kore the label di Bandar Lampung.Kata Kunci : Berbelana, Fashion, Impulsif

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to fulfiil student learning resources and increase reading interest in SMA Negeri 3 Kuala students while still following health protocols. The program is called “geliga”. The term “geliga” was born from the word Gerakan Literasi at SMA Negeri 3 Kuala. The method used is through procedurs, planning, implementation, and ploblem solving. The results of the Geliga implementation activities to increase the reading interest of students of SMA Negeri 3 Kuala in the form of students becoming more fond of reading and frequent visits to the library. In addition, students are able to practice memory to rewrite books that have been read.Keywords : Literacy Movement, Reading Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) Can Infrared (IR) modality improve blood circulation and reduce pain? (2) Knowing whether exercise therapy can increase muscle strength. (3) Whether exercise therapy can increase the strength of the Joint Scope of Motion by using a Goniometer. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design, namely to determine: (1) Whether the Infrared (IR) modality can improve blood circulation and reduce pain. (2) Knowing whether exercise therapy can increase muscle strength. (3) Whether exercise therapy can increase the strength of the Joint Scope of Motion by using a Goniometer. The subjects in this study were patients who complained of pain, muscle weakness, and joint limitations in the patient's knees. The research subject consisted of one person. Data were obtained by conducting interviews, observations and physiotherapy management actions in postoperative cases of total knee replacement. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results show that after intervention with infrared (IR) modalities, and exercise therapy with a frequency of 6 consecutive treatments. It was found that there was a decrease in pain, an increase in muscle strength in the right knee, and an increase in the range of motion of the knee joint.Keywords: Physiotherapy management, postoperative total knee replacement cases

Abstract

Covid-19 dapat menginfeksi siapa saja, tetapi efeknya akan lebih berbahaya atau bahkan fatal bila menyerang ibu hamil. Wanita hamil merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami gangguan kesehatan khususnya penyakit infeksi karena selama kehamilan terjadi perubahan fisiologi tubuh dan mekanisme imun di dalam tubuhnya, sehingga ibu hamil yang terpapar virus corona berpotensi terjadinya abortus karena adanya gangguan perkembangan janin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan kecemasan ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lampaseh Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III sebanyak 59 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan mulai tanggal 26 1-6 Agustus 2022. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa proporsi responden yang mengalami kecemasan pada kategori ringan sebesar 40,7%, pengetahuan pada kategori cukup sebesar 50,8%, peran petugas kesehatan pada kategori tidak terlibat sebesar 50,8%, keluarga tidak mendukung sebesar 52,5%, penyebaran Covid-19 pada kategori tidak sebesar 69,5%, sehingga ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kecemasan (p 0,002), ada hubungan peran petugas eksehatan dengan kecemasan (p 0,013), ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan (p 0,006) dan ada hubungan ancaman penyebaran covid-19 dengan kecemasan ( p 0,006). Ada hubungan pengetahuan, peran teman sebaya, dukungan keluarga dan ancaman penyebaran covid-19 dengan kecemasan. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas dan petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan antenatal care dengan mengadakan penyuluhan kesehatan di kelas ibu hamil tentang persiapan persalinan dan cara mengatasi kecemasan selama kehamilan.Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, Persalinan, Covid-19, Kehamilan
