Abstract

Indonesian population growth rate was quite high especially in regions jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). The resulted in increased demand for homes. Green Terrace Housing Project located in the street Mukti, Jati Asih, Bekasi, which was completed in 2013, contributing to the increase in demand for homes. Project finance is an information that can help investors to identify the feasibility of a project. One of the tools used in the analysis financial was capital budgeting. With the calculation method using NPV, IRR, and PI. Researchers use secondary data from PT Ritma Panca Gemilang, in form of cash flows during the project within a period, from 2009 to 2013. Results of the study were reviewed on the financial aspects through the method of calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI). The Third calculation results showed good results, so the evaluation of capital budgeting Green Terrace housing development was feasible. The results of the study were reviewed through the financial aspects of capital budgeting methods bring out the Net Present Value (NPV) RP 7,286,398,008.25, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) with a 25% percentage, and Profitability Index (PI) 2,86. The calculation results indicate an ideal outcome, so the evaluation of capital budgeting of Green Terrace housing development was prope.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation toward performance of employee in PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta’s 58 employee. Analysisof data in this research using the help of SPSS version 20. A sampling technique usesa census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test anddouble linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypotheis. Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style don’t have a positive influence toward employee performance and motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance. However, based on the results of tests conducted by simultaneous test (F test) shows that overall free variable Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) together have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The value of R Square is 0.579, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) are together able to explain Employee Performance variable equal to 57,9% while the rest equal to 42,1% are the variables not proposed in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of user satisfaction of FINA application system (Financial & Accounting Software) in PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. The motivation of this research are: (1) Considering there are some user complaints regarding this application and (2) there has never been related research applications and users from 2007. As well as getting feedback from the users of the application of FINA. Research includes dimensions of quality: Quality of Work Life Satisfaction, Content, Accuracy, Shape, Ease of Use, Timeliness, Flexible, completeness, system integration and speed of response. In the collection of data, the writer used a questionnaire addressed to the user FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore located at Head Office and Sentul Office. Data collection should be conducted by the census, where all users of FINA in PT Dagsap Endura Eatore investigated and be used as an object. This study using metods IKP by comparing the level of performance by the level of importance and used diagrams kartesius use some hel SPSS program to test the Validity and Reliability and make a diagram cartesius. The results showed that application users FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore satisfied with the performance of the application. Factors that stands out is of the appearance of the report that can be modified (99 %). However there are several factors that go into quadrant A that needs to be evaluated and improvements in coordination between the user, the company and the support team FINA.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence motivation has on employee performance, as well as useful as a source of information and increase insight into employee motivation and performance. Testing the hypothesis that is done is to find out the significance of the influence between variables X1 (Motivation) on variavel Y (performance) by comparing between tcount and ttable then with hypothesis criteria if t count> t table then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected if thitung <ttable then Ha is rejected , Ho is accepted and compared to count and ftabel then with hypothesis criteria if f count> ftabel then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected as if f count <ftabel then Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted.The research method used is associative quantitative. Data collection methods include library research and field studies by observing and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. As for the population in this study as many as 30 employees then the authors took a total sample of 30 respondents.The results of the calculation of simple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 0.139 + 0.958 X1 which means there is an influence of 0.958 between the motivation variable (X1) on the performance variable (Y) and by 0.139. The value of rxy²x is 0.767 which means there is a strong influence between motivation, on employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is 58.9%. This shows that motivation and leadership style affect employee performance by 58.9% while the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. Furthermore, based on the results of testing hypotheses using t test, and a significant value of 0.000 where the value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that partially the Motivation variable has a significant positive effect on performance so that Ha is accepted. It can be said that there are factors that encourage to get good performance, good work quality is part of achievement motivation which is part of individual needs.

Abstract

Quality of service to customers has a very important role. PT Hutchison Tri Indonesia which is engaged in telecommunication services, hence to improve the quality of management services form for 3Store, the application of the new concept is still not sure whether it can improve the quality of service or vice versa. With very different concepts raises the pros and cons of customers. The problem to be studied is "Whether the quality of service affect the customer satisfaction on 3Store Ambasador in terms of the five variables of service quality which are: physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service with new concepts affecting customer satisfaction of 3Store Ambasador. Hypothesis in this study quality of service consisting of physical evidence variables, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction 3Store Ambasador. Methods of data collection to test the hypothesis using a questionnaire addressed to 100 respondents 3Store Ambasador customers. Based on t-test results, each independent variable that is physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive effect on the variable (Y) customer satisfaction, the most influential is the guarantee variable, the conclusion of the numberd hypothesis rejected and the hypothesis of null received.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of working environment and facility toward employee loyalty PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia 85 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 22. The study was conducted during the period July 2017 - October 2017. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. It also tested validity test, regression analyze, and the classical assumtions that included normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result this research found no variables that deviate from the classical assumtions, this suggest that the available data has been qualified to use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the results showed that the variable leadership style and motivation is partially postivie significantly. The predictive capability of the two variables on performance employee of 70,5%.

Abstract

Kedelai adalah salah satu tanaman polong-polongan yang menjadi bahan dasar banyak makanan dari Asia Timur.Kedelai merupakan bahan pangan yang penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia, dan kedelai merupakan tanaman pangan utama selain padi, ubi, dan jagung. Kedelai merupakan bahan baku makanan yang bergizi seperti tahu dan tempe Kontribusi ekonomi yang besar dari tempe juga didukung oleh faktor budaya. Tempe merupakan bagian dari budaya pangan Indonesia. Kedelai sebagai bahan baku yang banyak digunakan, namun produksi kedelai dalam negeri tidak mampu mecukupi kebutuhan konsumsi kedelai, sehingga yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan impor kedelai. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah fakor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap permintaan kedelai di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan pertimbangan bahwa Jawa Timur sebagai provinsi yang memberikan sumbangan produksi dalam negeri terbesar. Analisis ini mengguakan regresi linier berganda dimana variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga kedelai lokal, harga kedelai impor, jumlah penduduk dan perndapatan per kapita. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diambil dari data yang dipublikasikan seperti dari BPS, Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi Pertanian.

Abstract

Nilai suatu perusahaan selalu dikaitkan dengan kondisi keuangan yang stabil, namun perlu juga memperhatikan aspek lainnya seperti aspek sosial dan lingkungan yang dimana perusahaan tersebut beroperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Corporate Social Reponsibility terhadap citra perusahaan. Variabel Independen dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Program Corporate Social Responsibility yang meliputi sektor lingkungan, sektor sosial dan sektor skonomi. Variabel dependennya adalah citra perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan kontraktor tambang batubara yaitu PT. Rahman Abdijaya, Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian dalam pnelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa Paringin Selatan, Kabupaten Balangan, Kalimantan Selatan. Jumlah sampel 82 responden dengan menggunakan skala ordinal yang kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan SPSS versi 20. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel independent yaitu sektor lingkungan sektor sosial dan sektor ekonomi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan.

Abstract

Improved economic development after the crisis period, along with improved political and security conditions are conducive conditions for the development of the property industry. The improvement in economic conditions is reflected in macroeconomic indicators such as lower inflation rate and relatively stable exchange rate compared to the 1998 crisis period. Starting from 2003, the growth rate of property sector began to show improvement after the crisis development. This research aims to analyze the effect of exchange rate and inflation rate on the index of property in Indonesia. The data used are time series of quantitative secondary data obtained from the BPS during the period 2013 May until 2017 June. Regression model used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of tests per out formed with simultaneous test (F test) show that overall the independent variables (Exchange Rate and Inflation Rate) have a significant effect on the index of property in Indonesia. The value of R2 amounting 0.467 which means exchange rate and inflation rate explanatory 46.7 percent of index property, while the rest of 53.3 percent is explained by other variables outside of the used model.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology is supporting the use of Internet is marketing purposes such as corporate promotion by internet to attract customer awerness. PT. Indomika Utama was born on March 2002 as an custome acrylic producer for direct customer. The product has been promoted on line and also using on-line selling process to assist customer convenience and care. Since the product is customer base design (Customization product). This study aims to (1) Know the online relationship to purchasing decisions at the Acrylic express.com store (2) What online affects consumers to make purchasing decisions at express.com acrylic shop. Sampling method used is non probability sampling with sampling method saturated counted 41 respondents. Processed data used simple linear regression analysis. From the research results obtained conclusion that the characteristics of acrylic express store consumers dominated by the age of 26-30 years and female sex. In this study also concluded that online marketing has a relationship of 78.4% to consumer purchasing decisions on express.com acrylic store sites while the remaining 21.6% came from factors not examined in this study. And the tools of online marketing convenience indicators that determine consumers to make purchasing decisions at express.com acrylic stores
