Abstract

-In a parliamentary democratic system, the power of the people through voting is so important in determining the annihilation of the ruling party's life. Meanwhile, junior voters are the largest group of voters and are very sensitive to issues and national policies. The purpose of this study is to explain the relevance of the APBN to voting patterns. The principles of this study use qualitative principles with a study approach. Data were obtained using triangulation by carrying out a literature review of several documents. The object of study submitted is in Malaysia by considering other countries as a comparison. The results of research other than this are the Value Distribution Process Model Approach which is used as the basis for meeting the demands of this objective investigation. The word politics actually refers to the process of social choice. Social also includes all human activities. It generates human processes related to each other, in which the relationship involves power and all individuals in society which will be political. This matter can be seen in several human activities such as voting, showing feelings, paying excise, the right to formal education, human rights, and so on which make these humans directly involved in political processes and activities. Thus, shopping is an element involved in social choice, which is relevant to the lottery pattern in Malaysia. Overall this situation shows that the response among respondents is very satisfactory and this can be justified through the data discussed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production of UD Sae Food's kwetiau food. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. The data obtained are primary data. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of observations and interviews at UD Sae Food show that there are still 5 aspects of GMP that have serious deviations. These aspects include machinery and equipment, process supervision, employees, sanitation facilities, maintenance and sanitation facilities. Improvements to the condition of these aspects need to be followed up immediately in order to meet the requirements of the GMP standard according to the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia No. 75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 concerning Guidelines for Good Processed Food Production. In addition, it is seen that there are still many employees who violate company rules, namely not using complete PPE during the production process. Based on the results of observations made, there are 4 aspects that have not been implemented by UD Sae Food, namely laboratory aspects, documents and records, training and implementation of guidelines. This aspect has not been implemented by UD Sae Food, so it is necessary to improve this aspect in order to meet GMP standards. However, there are 9 aspects that are considered to have no deviations and do not pose a risk to the food safety quality of the product, namely aspects of location, building, materials, packaging, labels and product descriptions, storage, and transportation.

Abstract

PT PELNI (Persero) adalah perusahaan milik pemerintah Indonesia. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa angkutan laut untuk penumpang dan barang. Sistem pengendalian intern pada PT PELNI telah diterapkan di seluruh organisasi. Penerapan sistem pengendalian intern memerlukan integrasi dan koordinasi antara pimpinan dan karyawan yang terlibat di semua tingkatan organisasi, baik di tingkat pusat maupun cabang. Penelitian ini menguji dampak sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PELNI Cabang Semarang. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert. Sistem informasi akuntansi diukur dengan sembilan pertanyaan, sistem pengendalian intern dan kinerja karyawan masing-masing diukur dengan sebelas pertanyaan.  Hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Kriteria pemilihan sampel adalah karyawan PT PELNI Cabang Semarang yang terlibat langsung dengan penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut diperoleh 33 responden. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Pengujian asumsi klasik pada model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model regresi memenuhi asumsi normalitas, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan tidak terjadi multikolinearitas. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi dan pengendalian internal pada PT PELNI Cabang Semarang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Dalam analisis pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian. Terdapat beberapa kendala terkait sumber daya, kebijakan, dan anggaran yang menghambat pelaksanaan SPMI. Selain itu, STIK selama ini belum menerapkan analisis penjaminan mutu modern dalam pengukuran kinerja terkait penerapan strategi yang telah berjalan, hanya menggunakan analisis serapan atas anggaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dengan menggunakan Konsep manajemen Pendidikan tinggi modern Balance Scorecard (BSC) di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (STIK) serta membuat alur pengendalian pelaksanaan SPMI dengan menggunakan pendekatan BSC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi observasi serta wawancara di lingkungan civitas STIK. Langkah-langkah analisis yang dilakukan dengan cara pembobotan kinerja untuk menilai besaran angka/indeks, yang terdiri dari; Nilai Sasaran Strategis (NSS), Indeks Capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), Nilai Kinerja Unit (NKU), Nilai Kinerja Prospek (NKP). Hasil pencapaian balanced scorecard Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tahun 2022 belum tercapai dengan baik atau masih dibawah standar minimum NKU. Hal ini ditunjukan capaian NKU hanya sebesar 75.19% yang berarti belum memenuhi batas minimum target yang ditetapkan yaitu 100%.

Abstract

The study's objective was to investigate how communication affects telemarketing staff members at the Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch's performance, with work motivation serving as the mediating variable. The research population included all telemarketing employees of Bank SinarMas Semarang Branch, totaling 66 employees. The number of samples is 66 people. The sample selection method is census. The collected data were analyzed using AMOS-25. The study's findings utilizing the AMOS-25 method demonstrate that communication at Bank Sinar Mas Telemarketing Employees, Semarang Branch, has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. Work motivation can be a mediating variable for communication's impact on Semarang Branch of Bank Sinar Mas Telemarketing Employees' performance.

Abstract

Writing is to express idea, feeling and argument meaningfully into the form of words to sentences with some structurally compositions. This research based on the researcher’s observation in the classroom of English teaching and learning at Senior High School, which had experienced in ineffectiveness. This study aims to obtain information or an overview of the effectiveness of learning both in terms of student enthusiasm and the learning media used by the teacher. The research designed in qualitative research methods. The population of this study was the students of X-MIPA-1, amounting to 36 students. Data were collected through observation sheet, test and interview. The result of the observation sheet about students’ enthusiasm in the first observation was 52.59%, while the results of the observation sheet about the enthusiasm of students in the second observation were 81.90%. Likewise, the result of the test carried out before the application of the learning media were 63.88%, while the result of the test carried out after the application of the learning media were 88.22%. This is also influenced by the result of the observation sheet about the learning media applied by the teacher were 75%. It can be concluded that the application of learning media can increase the effectiveness of learning. The suggestion recommended the flashcard to students in learning recount text, flashcard contributed to the students’ active and participation, flashcard increased the creativities of English classroom, with many modification applied in the classroom.

Abstract

The development of technology and digitalization in various fields is progressing rapidly, one of the technological advances is the emergence of e-commerce applications that focus on the transportation, food delivery, and online payment sectors. GOJEK is one of the well-known and widely used apps in this category. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotion, price perception, safety, and comfort on the decision to use the GOJEK app in Jabodetabek. The analytical method used in this research is the quantitative data analysis method. The test stages carried out are: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination coefficient. The data used in the research is in the form of a questionnaire, and 100 valid responses have been obtained. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that Promotions did not affect the decision to use the GOJEK application. The price, safety, and convenience of GOJEK have an impact on people's decisions to use the app. The promotion, price perception, safety and convenience all affect the decision to use GOJEK simultaneously.

Abstract

Dampak ekonomi dari pandemi COVID-19 belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Tahun lalu, perekonomian dunia mengalami kontraksi tajam akibat pembatasan mobilitas yang ketat yang diberlakukan hampir di semua negara. Banyak negara menerapkan penguncian yang memiliki konsekuensi langsung dan parah bagi ekonomi mereka. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, Bank Indonesia berupaya menstabilkan perekonomian. Perekonomian Indonesia mengalami penurunan sebesar 5% akibat pandemi, yang dapat semakin menurun jika pandemi berlanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kondisi keuangan lima perusahaan di subsektor jalan tol, pelabuhan, bandara dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Altman Z-Score dan Springate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua perusahaan yang berada pada zona abu-abu dan dua perusahaan dalam kondisi keuangan yang baik, serta satu perusahaan mengalami financial distress pada periode 2017-2021. Menurut metode Springate terdapat tiga perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress dan satu perusahaan berada pada zona abu-abu, sedangkan satu perusahaan memiliki kondisi keuangan yang baik.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine whether consumer loyalty is directly affected by the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality and also to determine the paradigm or model of consumer loyalty to the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality, including the most dominant indicator for each variable. This study was conducted qualitatively, whereas the approach was phenomenological, in which phenomenological studies described people's wisdom in their life experiences. Phenomenologists must pay attention to the existing picture that is owned by all participants when they observe a phenomenon. The sample was taken from five informants who had extensive experience and were currently in the highest positions in a company. The procedure or method used in data processing, assisted by Nvivo12 tools, a special analytical tool in qualitative research that has been recognized worldwide, includes conducting data validation, collecting descriptive data, and forming paradigms. To help answer B2B problems, research instruments draw on previous research and theoretical studies. The results stated that the cluster analysis revealed a strong relationship between statements of opinion from informants regarding B2B policies and consumer loyalty. For map analysis, it was found that all variables affect consumer loyalty and have different indicators, the most dominant of which have a range of 1 to 3 indicators. while simultaneously giving rise to a new variable, namely, a corporate image that supports consumer responsibility. Finally, the B2B model for increasing customer loyalty or consumer loyalty is more prone to service quality and customer loyalty variables.

Abstract

Increased financial literacy and financial attitude can develop small and medium industrial enterprises (IKM) because IKM can understand the basic concepts of financial products, and effective financial planning and management, the right financial attitude also then protects business activities from fraud and improper work. healthy business environment. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the investment decisions of SMEs in Ternate City. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The data collection method uses a non-probability sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the determinant coefficient (R2) show a percentage of 61.9% and the remaining 38.1% is explained by other variables. The results of this study can be concluded that financial literacy and financial attitude are factors that influence SMEs in Ternate City actors in making investment decisions. It is expected that further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have an influence on investment decisions
