Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of learning media “RUMAT” in Mathematics subject specifically about plane materials for elementary school students grade IV. The type of this study is experimental study. The subjects of this study are students and teachers in grade IV MI Terpadu Al-Falah, Bakalan, Kalinyamatan, Jepara. The students were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Students in experimental group were taught about plane material using “RUMAT” media while students in control group were taught about the same material without using the media. In the end of the study, post test was done in order to know if there is difference result from both groups. The data in this study is about The Effectiveness of RUMAT as A Learning Media to Teach Plane Materials on Mathematics Subject for Students Grade IV in MI Terpadu Al-Falah, Bakalan, Kalinyamatan, Jepara. Some techniques such observation, interview, documentation, and test were done to collect the data. The result of T-test on experimental and control groups is 2,041. The finding from T-test shows that Tcount > Ttable or 2,041 > 1,673 which means that Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. From the data mentioned above, it can be concluded that the use of “RUMAT” is effective to be used as a learning media to teach plane material for students grade IV in MI Terpadu Al-Falah, Bakalan, Kalinyamatan, Jepara.Keywords: RUMAT media, learning outcome

Abstract

Mewabahnya Corona Virus Disease atau lebih dikenal dengan COVID-19 membuat pengalaman baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk meliburkan siswa dan menggantinya dengan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR). Sistem pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) atau online menjadi satu-satunya pilihan yang harus dijalankan oleh guru agar siswa tetap memperoleh pembelajaran meskipun berada dirumah. Siswa usia Sekolah Dasar belum sepenuhnya  menguasai media internet, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk mendesain pembelajaran daring yang ringan dan efektif agar seluruh siswa dapat mengaksesnya dengan mudah. Pembelajaran daring melalui WA dianggap menjenuhkan oleh sebagian besar siswa. Penelitian ini menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Edmodo dipilih sebagai media pembelajaran daring yang efektif karena merupakan aplikasi gratis yang mudah diakses oleh guru berisi berbagai fitur yang dapat digunakan dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran meliputi Assignment, Quiz, File and Link, Library, Gradebook, Award Badge, Polling, dan Parent Code. Siswa dapat dengan mudah mengakses edmodo seperti bermain social media, selain itu orang tua juga dapat memantau perkembangan belajar putra-putrinya. Optimalnya pembelajaran daring melalui aplikasi Edmodo dibuktikan dengan antusiasme siswa saat pembelajaran daring berlangsung dan meningkatnya hasil belajar.Kata Kunci: Edmodo, Pembelajaran Daring, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Understanding the correct concepts can avoid misconceptions in basic mathematical material. There is still a mathematical misconception among PGSD students due to the low understanding of the concept. Lecturing the basic mathematical concepts as a subject that must be taken by PGSD students can be done by internalizing Islamic values in it. The concepts in mathematics are full of the values they contain including Islamic values. Therefore, it is necessary to have teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values. This study aims at 1) to determine the characteristics of teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values, 2) to improve understanding of mathematical concepts through learning with teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values. This research is a development research. Analysis of the data used included the validity analysis of teaching materials, analysis of practicality of teaching materials, analysis of the effectiveness of teaching materials, descriptive statistics, and Gain normalization tests. Improving the understanding of student mathematical concepts can be seen in the average score of 61.54 pretest and the post-test average score of 85.41. From the normalized gain test calculation shows an increase of 0.62 in the medium category. From the results of the study it is expected that the teaching materials of the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values can be applied in learning through various learning innovations with student centered.Keywords: Teaching materials of mathematics basic concepts in Elementary, Internalization of Islamic values, concept understanding Ability.

Abstract

The formulation of the best practice problem is how the implementation of Powerspring learning can arouse the enthusiasm for learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic and what are the results of the impact of changes in student behavior after learning using Powerspring. The purpose of writing is to determine the implementation of Powerspring learning can generate enthusiasm for learning and the results of the impact of changes in student behavior after learning using Powerspring. Powerspring application can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning in elementary schools. There is a change in the behavior of students learning fun and enjoyable while studying at home. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di kelas I SDN Gabahan Semarang, ditemukan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran, diantaranya keterampilan guru rendah, aktivitas siswa rendah, dan hasil belajar siswa kompetensi mengenal sila-sila dan lambang Pancasila juga rendah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diterapkan penggunaan alat peraga kantong ajaib doraemon dalam kompetensi mengenal sila-sila dan lambang Pancasila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan kantong ajaib doraemon.Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus penelitian, masing- masing siklus 2 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa kelas I SDN Gabahan Semarang. Data hasil penelitian berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah (1) keterampilan guru, (2) aktivitas siswa, dan (3) hasil belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan kantong ajaib doraemon dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi mengenal sila-sila dan lambang Pancasila kelas I SDN Gabahan Semarang.

Abstract

The children’s’ literature is a form of imaginative creation with language exposure that describes the world of fiction, presents understanding and experience and contains aesthetic value. The children's literature is synonymous with cultural elements, namely fairy tales or legends. The development of culture itself is inseparable from the discipline of mathematics. The cultural relationship with mathematics is a scientific discipline called ethnomathematics. The children’s literary based ethnomathematics forms influence the knowledge of regional insights and the ability to think critically mathematics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDN Rembul 2 Kecamatan Bojong berikut faktor pendukung dan hambatannya. Kebijakan ditiadakan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka selama pandemi dengan alasan kesehatan dan keselamatan stakeholder sekolah. Selain itu faktor geografis dan jarak sekolah dengan rumah siswa yang jauh. Penanaman nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran terutama pelaksanaan 3M (Mencuci tangan, Menggunakan Masker dan Menjaga jarak) dengan pengawasan guru. Selain itu kegiatan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MDA) dilaksanakan setelah pulang sekolah berkontribusi membentuk karakter siswa dan membentuk akhlak mulia. Faktor pendukung ekstrakurikuler Pramuka diantaranya SDM guru dan sarana yang mencukupi untuk latihan dan mengikuti Jamran Penggalang Pramuka. Faktor penghambat yaitu penanaman nilai yang belum seutuhnya diterima siswa. Hal tersebut diatasi dengan pendekatan apresiasi atas usaha yang diperoleh oleh guru yang merangkap sebagai pembina Pramuka sehingga siswa semangat mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dan membentuk kepercayaan diri. Kata Kunci: Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka, Pendidikan Karakter, Madrasah Diniyah, Covid-19

Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan sering ditemui dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar matematika, salah satunya yaitu sulitnya guru menyampaikan sebuah materi serta sulitnya peserta didik memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru, dalam mata pelajaran matematika hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik cenderung rendah, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya  pemahaman konsep dasar matematika oleh peserta didik. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkanlah suatu model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakter peserta didik dan sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Selain penggunaan model pembelajaran, bantuan alat untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar seperti media pembelajaran juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar matematika. Model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) yang berbantuan media pembelajaran TOLKAMA (Botol Perkalian Matematika) dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut sehingga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas II SD terkait konsep dasar perkalian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem of online learning during the Covid-19pandemic and solutions to solve them at SDIU Fadlun Nafis Bangsri. This type of research isliterature study or library research using secondary data sources collected through textbook, e-books,perodical,statutoryregulations,websites,andothersourcesrelevanttotheresearchproblem. In thus research, it shows that the implementation of online learning at SDIU Fadlun NafisduringtheCovid-19pandemichasvariousproblemsexperiencedbyteachers,student,andparents. Problems from students and parents such as lack of student responsibility for onlinelearning, weak levels of student understanding, delays in submitting assignments due to busyparentsworking toforget that theyhavent been done, weakening student discipline, enthusiasmfor playing games is stronger than learning online. The obstacles from the teacher themselves areinaccurate assessment, the length of time making learning video content interesting for students,creativity in editing videos, and the inadequate capacity of cellphones for editing videos. In general,the solution to these problems can be done by collaborating and establishing communicationbetween teachers, students and parents in understanding and providing feedback on the learningprovidedby theteacher.Keyword:Problemtics,OnlineLearning

Abstract

There is dishonesty that is endemic in society, namely a lot of hoax news, hate speech, prejudice, cheating, corruption, theft, fraud, robbery so that it has an impact on anxiety, mutual suspicion and disharmony in social life. This happens because the formation of honest character in children is not successful by teachers at school and parents at home. The formation of the character of honesty in children in the family is very important. Family is the first environment in which children grow, develop and build a personality that will become their identity in the future. Exemplary and direct examples of honesty by parents will stick in the child's memory. Getting children to be honest with themselves is the beginning of forming honesty for their living capital. The intensity of the presence, caresses of affection, warmth and attention given by parents to children plays an important role in forming an honest character. Teachers also play an important role in shaping honest character in children at school by giving examples and honest behavior. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the roles of teachers and parents shape honest characters in children. The stages of character building will be correlated with psychological theory. The results of the study found that forming an honest character, children are not only equipped with cognitive knowledge about honesty, but also have to arrive at the affective realm and be integrated into real behavior.Keywords : Teachers Role, Parents Role, Character, Honest
