Abstract

Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting this research with the aim of knowing the relationship of guidance and counseling teacher services with the satisfaction of class VIII students in the 2019/2020 school year. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Banyuwangi. This research is a quantitative type with a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire method as a data collection tool. The research population was students of class VIII MTs Negeri 2 Banyuwangi with a total of 224 students, from the number of papulations then the sample was taken using themethod proportional random sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents. Because the purpose of this study is to describe and explain the relationship of guidance and counseling teacher services with satisfaction. This research was conducted in steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the types and sources of data, and analyzing the data. Data processing in this study using the help of SPSS For Windows 23.00. The results of the research after calculating with SPSS For Windows 23.00, namely there is a relationship between guidance and counseling teacher services with satisfaction, this is in accordance with the significance results of 0.000 <0.05, so that the alternative hypothesis which reads "There is a relationship between guidance and counseling teacher service with student satisfaction. class VIII of the 2019/2020 school year ". The degree of relationship in this study was 46.2%, so the remaining value of 53.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia is a very diverse country, there are many ethnic groups, religions and races in it. The process of achieving Indonesian independence was not easy, many lives had to be lost to get that independence. In the BPUPKI session it was agreed that the ideology of the Indonesian nation was Pancasila, where Pancasila itself was initiated by the first President of Indonesia, namely Ir. Sukarno. Pancasila itself contains many things that are very important in the foundation of a country. Pancasila as the way of life of the Indonesian people has a function as a guide or reference for Indonesian people in attitude and behavior, relating to the value system, about good and bad, about fair and unjust, honest and lying, and so on. Pancasila in the Indonesian state is not only the basis of the Indonesian state but also has a position as the national ideology of the Indonesian state. In the ideology used by a nation, there are many values ‚Äč‚Äčthat are good, noble and considered beneficial for the country both for the present and the present. In Indonesia, there are currently six religions that are recognized for their existence, namely Islam, Catholic Christianity, Protestant Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism (only recognized in the era of President Abdurrahman Wahid).

Abstract

Indonesia's nationalism before the independence era was based on the struggle of heroism in seizing independence from the oppression of chauvinistic imperialists. But nationalism in the current era of development is no longer a form of heroism's struggle to win independence from the colonizers, but rather nationalism is expected, so that it can bring the struggle of the Indonesian people to be able to compete globally in technological competition and the world economy which incidentally in western hegemony. The formulation of the problem is is there a relationship between the understanding of Nationality Insights with the attitude and spirit of Nationalism in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Negara. The method of determining the research area using the purposive area method. In determining research respondents, researchers used the Proportional Random Sampling Technique method. The data collection methods in this study are as follows: 1) questionnaire and questionnaire methods; 2) interview method; 3) documentary method. While in the method of analyzing data with statistics, the statistical formulation used is the tetrachoric correlation technique. From the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that the value of rxy: 0.670, while the magnitude of the relationship is calculated in the table (0.341) for TS. 5% and N = 100. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho proposed is rejected), because r count is greater than r table. So the hypothesis reads, "There is a correlation between Nationality Insights and the attitude and spirit of nationalism in Class VIII students in SMP Negeri 4 Negara".

Abstract

The multidimension on international relations studies is hoped pushes the new idea to international relations student to analyze the international problem from any angle. The contribution of social psychology studies on international relations makes this study more acceptable. Conflict which is happened between state or intra state could be analysed by social psychology angle. Conflict caused by difference interest much of them there was no smooth communication on each party. Much of misperseption accured caused by the difference of norm, attitude and prejudice. In the state level, social conflict gives the influence on national integration. In this case, the political leader must do proactive action which is supported by mass. This is because integration is never ending process.

Abstract

The State Vocational High School of Agriculture for Development of Jambi is one of the vocational schools that educates students to become skilled personnel in agriculture and is quite famous for its achievements. One of the success factors is the completeness of learning facilities. Learning facilities are an important factor in supporting the quality of education. There are schools that have complete facilities but are still not optimally managed so that they cannot be used optimally. Therefore, an effective and efficient management of learning facilities is needed to overcome this. This study aims to describe the management of learning facilities, constraints and solutions in managing learning facilities to support the quality of education at SMK N PP Jambi. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were the deputy head of the learning facility, the head of the laboratory, the head of the workshop, the head of the library, the teacher and the students. In determining the informants using purposive sampling technique based on information from the dapodic operator of SMKN PP Jambi. Data obtained through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used the triangulation method with the type of source triangulation and method triangulation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using interactive analysis from Milles and Hubberman, which consisted of: data collection, data reduction, and conclusion / verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Management of learning facilities at the Jambi Development Agricultural State Vocational High School includes planning, procurement, regulation, use, and elimination. The steps in planning include needs analysis, cost estimation, prioritization and preparation of a procurement plan. The source of funds is obtained from the School Operational Assistance, assistance from the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture and alumni assistance. Regulatory activities include inventory, storage and maintenance. The use of learning facilities has set a schedule that has been prepared to avoid clashes in usage. The removal process is carried out to avoid the accumulation of goods that cannot be used. (2) The constraints faced, among others, relate to the cost and low awareness of teachers or students to maintain existing learning facilities.

Abstract

Family is the main source or environment that educates children in developing children's potential with love between mother and father. The role of parents as role models and role models for children's psychological and emotional development. Children need direction, control and adequate attention from their parents where parents are one of the most important factors in shaping children's character apart from environmental, social and social factors. On the other hand, if the family cannot function properly, it is possible to form problematic generations that can become a social burden in society. . Disharmony in the family can lead to a broken home, the cause of a broken home can be infidelity, differences in life principles or caused by internal or external problems from both parties. This study aims to determine the impact of the Broken Home on Student Achievement in SMA PGRI Purwoharjo, which includes: 1) How is the impact of the Broken Home on student achievement at SMA Pgri Purwoharjo. 2) How Are The Steps Used To Overcome The Impact Of Broken Home On The Learning Achievement Of High School Students Of Pgri Purwoharjo. This research study is expected to provide learning or information for students, parents, teachers and even schools and the community. The results of the study showed that children with broken home conditions experienced changes both academically and psychologically.

Abstract

Leadership is an important part of a government. Because a leader is influential as a figure of change to achieve a goal for the common interest. To achieve the goal of developing and advancing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era, Banyuwangi is led by Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas. The topics of the problem in this research are: (1) Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas's efforts in developing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era, (2) the progress that has been made by Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas in Banyuwangi in the field of education and tourism, (3) the impact of the success of the Regent's leadership Abdullah Azwar Anas on the economy and welfare of society. The method used in this research is historical with heuristic data collection techniques, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The theory used in analyzing this research isbehavior theories and Contingency Theories. The results of this study indicate that (1) Anas' effort in developing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era is to create a vision and mission so that goals and objectives for Banyuwangi Regency achievement can be structured properly, (2) the progress that has been obtained from the leadership of Regent Anas in the field education and tourism is an increasing achievement from the previous leadership, (3) the impact of success on the economy and welfare of the Banyuwangi people, can be seen from the declining poverty rate in Banyuwangi and the per capita income of the Banyuwangi community continues to increase.

Abstract

Athletics is the oldest sport owned by humans, because its basic movements have been reflected in human life for a long time, namely walking, running, jumping and throwing. Athletics is a sport that underlies another sport of Florence in Maulana (2016). Furthermore, according to Bakar (2019) athletics is an effective physical activity to optimize children's growth and development. One of the categories of athletics, especially in jump numbers, is multi-jump. The type of research used in this study is a quasi experiment. According to Suharsimi Arikunto (2010), states that experimental research is research that is intended to determine whether or not there is a consequence of "something" imposed on the subject under investigation or under study. In other words, experimental research tries to examine whether there is a causal relationship, the way is to compare the conditions before and after being treated. The results of theexercise squat jump can increase leg muscle strength so that it can increase the jump distance in multiple jumps. The results of the t-test data analysis show a 2-tailed sig value <p-value (0.05) so that it can be concluded that there is an effect of Squat jump training on the jump jump results of Mts Hidayatul mubtadiin extracurricular athletic students 2019/2020.

Abstract

Kiai is always synonymous with the owner of the pesantren or someone who is in education at the pesantren. Pesantren education was originally used to learn to deepen religious teachings. But along with the times, in pesantren education, general knowledge is also taught which is needed at that time. is Kiai Dailami Ahmad, a figure in Banyuwangi who pays more attention to religious education and formal education with formal education from elementary, middle and high levels. The question of this research is how the participation of Kiai Dailami in formal schools in Banyuwangi in the period 1965-2015. The purpose of this study is to determine the gait of a kiai who is not only involved in Islamic boarding schools but also in the world of formal education. This study uses the historical method which consists of four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The result of this research is that Kiai Dailami's persistence in establishing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah needs to be appreciated. With many failures, however, Kiai Dailami was able to realize the establishment of a school that was beneficial for him.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of the internet for class X students of SMK Darul Anwar Singojuruh Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis of product moment assessment techniques. Participation in this study was grade X students who helped 341 students. The sample used in this study was a 34 student experiment. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instruments needed in this study were questionnaire sheets. This research variable is divided into two, namely the independent variable X (internet use) and the Y variable (moral). Based on the results of this study show the calculation results when the product obtained by rxy of 0.069. If the score is compared in the table with the number of respondents 34 in the r table shows 0.329, so the coefficient of difficulty is unnecessary between the use of the internet with the students' morals because between t results are smaller than t tables. then there is no difference between the use of the internet against moral students with very low categories at intervals of 0.00-0.199
