Abstract

Urban and rural roads in Indonesia have increased the movement of current and volume of traffic every year. The increase in traffic should be offset by improved road infrastructure, both from quality and quantity. Jalan A is a street located in Kabupaten Lebak. Jalan A is one of the roads that is used as an alternative to infrastructure improvement in case of vehicle congestion on the main road. The existing condition of road A that occurs when experiencing severe levels of damage along the road. Based on this, it needs to be done planning improvement of road section A to fulfill the quality and performed road widening to meet the quantity. The road planning uses the method from Pt-T-01-2002-B Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 and AASTHO-1993 method. The resulting planning is used to provide an alternative in design calculations. The calculations obtained become a reference decision making by the stake holder in determining the design of the planning used.

Abstract

This study aims to ensure that the existing conditions of the structure of the Bank X Building inBanjarmasin City are still able to withstand the burden that occurs and can meet the service periodproperly in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. In this study, structural inspection isdescribed structural inspection, starting from visual inspection, undestructive inspection of buildingstructures by testing the compressive strength of concrete using a Hammer Test, testing the number ofreinforcement, reinforcement distance and a concrete blanket using the Rebar Locator / Cover Meterand verticality checking / building rigidity. In addition, the results of the examination of the structure ofthe building were analyzed by modeling the existing building structure elements using tools or structuralanalysis software. The final result of this study is to provide recommendations for structuralimprovement in accordance with the level of damage that occurs.

Abstract

Potential aircraft service improvement at Warukin Airport Tabalong Regency of SouthKalimantan assuming the increase of passengers whose destination of departure and returnis equated with the activities of the airport in South Kalimantan province. Improvement of airportaircraft service with type planning – the runway type with various methods, methods and typesof machining is recommended according to the most possible criteria to be implemented. Thecarrying capacity of the existing base soil and the existing layer of pavement is analyzed for the needsof analysis method of the runway determination.

Abstract

Transportation is an important thing and cannot be separated from human life. Good transportationis smooth, convenient and efficient transportation. On Jalan Letjen Ibrahim Adjie in TasikmalayaCity, there is a grade crossing with the railroad tracks. This study aims to find and measure thecapacity of Jalan Letjen Ibrahim Adjie section at the grade crossing of Tasikmalaya City. Primarydata used are the results of geometric measurements of Roads and data collection on the capacityof Jalan Letjen Ibrahim Adjie. Whereas secondary data was obtained from related institutions. Fromthe analysis it can be seen that the ratio of current to capacity of Jalan Letjen Ibrahim Adjie in 2019(V/C) at 0.319, identified as smooth transportation. The degree of saturation of the volume percapacity (V/C) ratio will become saturated at 0.795, predicted to occur in 2034 with the assumptionof 6% traffic growth per year and road capacity is still the same as in 2019. It is necessary to do analternative handling of the traffic jam, namely the construction of elevated road junction, such asfly over or under pass.

Abstract

Laik Fungsi adalah suatu kondisi Bangunan Gedung yang memenuhi persyaratan administratif danpersyaratan teknis sesuai dengan fungsi Bangunan Gedung yang ditetapkan. Pemeriksaaankelaikan fungsi bangunan gedung dilakukan berdasarkan lima komponen persyaratan : tatabangunan, keselamatan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, kemudahan. Kelaikan fungsi suatu bangunangedung di nilai berdasarkan persyaratan administrasi dan persyaratan teknis bangunan gedung.Metode dalam penilaian menggunakan metode skala likert dan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Pembobotan untuk persyaratan tata bangunan gedung yaitu tidak laik 0 % - 33,33%, laikdengan perbaikan 33,34% - 66,66% dan laik 66,67%-100% sedangkan untuk pembobotankeselamatan 43%, kesehatan 28%, kenyamanan 25% dan kemudahan 4%.

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that is needed in the transportation system to connect one place to another in order to meet economic, social and cultural needs. Good road conditions are needed for smooth transportation activities, namely to accelerate the smooth mobilization of goods and services in a safe and comfortable manner. The high growth in the number of vehicles has an impact on traffic problems on the highway, such as what happened to Jalan Mohammad Toha. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the road capacity, the value of the degree of saturation, vehicle speed, travel time and road service level. The result of this research is that Jalan Mohammad Toha is an office area with several shops on the side of the road with a length of 0.2 km, a lane width of 12 m and a sidewalk width of 1.5m. and after conducting research on Jalan Mohammad Toha, it can be concluded that this road is included at service level C.

Abstract

Cirebon Super Block (CSB) Mall is a fairly solid place to sell goods in the city of Cirebon. With the establishment of the Cirebon Super Block (CSB) in the city of Cirebon, it will cause vehicle traction on the roads around the Cirebon Super Block (CSB) and will increase traffic volume. The construction of these shopping centers also has an impact on the surrounding road sections, namely in the form of a reduction in the level of service (LOS) which at a certain point will cause congestion. This is due to increased movement due to increased commercial activities or activities on these roads. Travel attraction is a modeling stage that estimates the amount of movement originating from a zone or land use and the amount of movement attracted to a land use or zone. Cirebon Super Block Mall has generated quite a lot of vehicle traction on the Cipto Mangunkusumo road. The biggest vehicle pull on Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo occurred on weekends (Sundays) at 17.00-18.00 which was 687.6 pcu / hour where the volume of vehicles on Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo 3086.4 pcu / hour had an impact of 22.3%.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2002 telah dibuat peraturan tentang Bangunan Gedung (UUBG) yaitu UU no. 28 dan pada tahun 2005 juga dibuat aturan realisasinya yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36 dimana Isinya adalah sebuah bangunan harus dikelola secara administrasi maupun teknis. Ini Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan bangunan dari aspek arsitek yang ada struktur, utilitas, dan proteksi kebakaran, kemampuan akses, serta pasir bangunan gedung Kantor Cabang Instansi di Kota Cimahi. Metode survei (mengukur, menghitung dan pengujian) dilaksanakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan penilaian menggunakan metode AHP. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menentukan keandalan bangunan itu Andal dengan skor 90-100%, Kurang Andal dengan skor 75-90%, Tidak Andal <75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gedung Kantor Cabang Instansi di Kota Cimahi 90% dengan kategori andal dan penetapan penyesuaian harga sewa bangunan kantor yaitu Rp. 350.199.752,48

Abstract

Sarana transportasi saat ini sangat penting untuk terus dibangun secara efektif dan efisien agar tingkat kelancaran dan ketepatan waktu menuju tujuan lebih mudah dan cepat serta untuk memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal dari jalan tol. Sejalan dengan itu maka agar jalan tol tetap dalam standar pelayanan minimal perlu dilakukan penambahan kapasitas jalan secara efektif dan efisien untuk itu maka perlu dilakukan pengkajian apakah dapat dilakukan percepatan proyek penambahan kapasitas jalan, agar tingkat standar pelayanan minimal dapat terus dipertahankan dan sejauh manakah pengaruh percepatan jadwal proyek terhadap biaya pembangunan.Salah satu metoda yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh percepatan proyek terhadap biaya yang harus dikeluarkan adalah dengan analisis pertukaran biaya dan waktu (time cost trade off).Variabel – variabel yang dipakai dalam perhitungan “Percepatan Jadwal Konstruksi dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Biaya Penyelesaian Proyek Konstruksi” adalah pekerja langsung, peralatan, Jam kerja lembur, metode kontruksi, semuanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap biaya yang berbeda-beda, percepatan (crash) atau kompresi waktu yang dilakukan pada pekerjaan yang mempunyai biaya terbesar dan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pekerjaan yang memiliki biaya terbesar, keuntungan yang didapat jika jalan tol dibuka terlebih dahulu akibat dari percepatan proyek lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan percepatan proyek konstruksi pada proyek ini jika ditinjau dari segi biaya maka percepatan tidak perlu dilakukan karena biaya untuk melakukan percepatan lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan keuntungan yang didapat.

Abstract

Abstrak – Perkerasan jalan yaitu struktur lapis yang terletak diatas tanah dasar terdapat lapisan pondasi atas serta pondasi bawah yang setiap Lapisan terdiri dari agregat-agregat yang dipadatkan yang memiliki fungsi untuk menyalurkan tegangan akibat beban roda. Terdapat 3 perkerasan jalan, perkerasan aspal atau lentur, perkerasan beton/kaku (rigid pavement) serta perkerasan komposit (Composit pavement). Dalam menentukan ketabalan perkerasan lentur terdapat beberapa metode untuk digunakan, termasuk pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode AASHTO 1993 serta metode Manual Perkerasan Jalan 2017. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di jalan alternatif kota dalam Leles Kecamatan Leles Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini data sekunder Detail engineering desain (DED) 2012 yang diperoleh dari instansi Bina Marga Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perbandingan ketebalan antara kedua metode yang digunakan kemudian dibandingkan dan memilih metode yang paling efesien. Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan menggunakan umur rencana 20 tahun dan menggunakan bahan yang sama pada setiap lapisan, metode AASHTO 1993 menghasilkan total tebal sebesar 55 cm, dan metode Manual Perkerasan Jalan 2017 menghasilkan ketebalan sebesar 35 cm. Dari hasil yang didapat, metode AASHTO 1993 memiliki ketebalan yang lebih besar dari pada metode Manual Perkerasan Jalan 2017. Maka jika digunakan pada perencanaan ketebalan perkerasan jalan, metode Manual Perkerasan Jalan 2017 akan lebih efesien.
