Abstract

Abstrak. Sistem kendali otomatismenjadi sangat penting saat ini. Teknologi instrumentasi yang berkembang sangat pesat menjadikan sistem kendali otomatis berkembang pesat. Dengan adanya sistem kendali otomatis ditemukan pula gangguan yang memengaruhi sistem, seperti Noise atau sinyal gangguan. Berbagai metode kendali banyak digunakan salah satunya adalah Repetitive Control. Kemudian diperlukanlah pengujian analisis untuk memilih sistem kendali mana yang paling baik dalam menghilangkan sinyal gangguan yang memiliki 3 nilai frekuensi dengan menggunakan sistem Plug-in Repetitive Control (RC) yang dilengkapi dengan filter. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Least Common Multiple (LCM) dan metode Multi Repetitive Control (MRC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dengan metode MRC memiliki kecepatan menghilangkan sinyal gangguan paling   baik yaitu 1.8s.Abstract. Automatic control system becomes very important today. The fast growing technology of instrumentation makes the automatic control system grow rapidly. With the existence of automatic control system there is found disturbances that affect the system, such as noise or disturbance signal. Various control methods are widely used, one of them is Repetitive Control. Analytical testing is then needed to choose which control system is best for rejecting disturbance signals that have 3 frequency values using a Plug-in Repetitive Control (RC), using filtered system. This research used Least Common Multiple (LCM) method and Multi Repetitive Control (MRC) method. The results showed that the system with MRC method is slightly faster and best in rejecting disturbance signals with rejecting time 1.8s.

Abstract

Bernas et al. 2012. Bamboo Floated-cultivation Model for Upland Kangkung (Ipomoea reptans Poir.)  in Tidal Lowland Area. JLSO 1(2):177-185. South Sumatra Province has a high potential of swampland for expansion of floating agriculture system. Swampland in Palembang, for instance, can be adapted for floating vegetable cultivation.  The experiments on floating agricultural system have been done by using wasted plastic glass, bamboo for rice and glutinous rice with the application of Hycinth and water Fern compost.  The purpose of this research was to build bamboo rafts which were suitable for growing kangkong (Ipomoea reptans).  Previous rafts which contained water saturated soil for rice growing needed to be adjusted for kankong cultivation which prefer unsaturated soil.  Two bamboo rafts were built using four plastic containers in bottom corners.The first raft was filled with soil plus compost (ratio 1:1) and the other was filled only with swamp soil.  Kankong seeds were planted with the distance of 25 cm by 25 cm.  Data were collected weekly and analysed statistically using t-test.  Results showed that when the rafts were supported by two bamboos, plants were died due to excessive water.  Plants grew well after the rafts were supported by plastic containers.   Composting significantly increased plant height, number of leaves, plants fresh and dried weight.  Plant height treated with compost was 38 cm compared to that without compost treatment which was 28 cm. Fresh plant weight was 149 g/bunch with compost treatment and 25 g/bunch without.  Thus, low fertility of swamp soil only required compost to increase nutrients content for plant growth.This research concluded that plant can be cultivated cheaply and environmentally safe in swampland.  Further experiments such as replacing plastic container in raft construction and growing other vegetables on the raft were proposed.

Abstract

ing able to survive in the ever increasing level of competition, one aspect that needs to be considered in a company is the marketing aspect, namely how to get goods or services to be acceptable and to provide satisfaction to consumers. As part of the promotion marketing mix also has a significant influence on the company's efforts to achieve maximum sales targets. This research was conducted on the small industry of Mai Satun chips in Dumai City. The purpose of this research will be to examine the promotion of the small Satun-Dumai chips industry. In this research use quantitative descriptive method. Respondents from this research are customers or consumers of the small Satun Industry chunks that happen to come at the time of the questionnaire spread. This is because this research uses accidental sampling technique. And as a source of information is the owner of the small Satun-Dumai chips industry. Data collection techniques through interviews, and questionnaires. From the result of questionnaire spread can be concluded that in the implementation of promotion of small industry of Mai Satun chips included in category of poor.Keywords: Promotion

Abstract

Pengembangan teknik kontrol penerbangan (flight control) untuk drone tidaklah sederhana disebabkan oleh nonlinearitas, ketidakpastian, dan karakteristik dinamis udara. Bahkan, ini lebih rumit dari sistem kontrol yang memiliki hanya satu input dan satu output, diakibatkan kendali penerbangan drone dapat memiliki lebih dari satu input dan output. Fasilitas 3 degree of freedom (DOF) helikopter dapat mengimplementasikan teknik penerbangan drone jenis bikopter yang memiliki dua rotor secara eksperimen. Posisi tinggal landas (take off) drone sangatlah penting berkaitan dengan keselamatan awal penerbangan. Metode kontrol Proportional Integral Derivatif (PID) merupakan teknik populer yang tidak hanya dipelajari di dunia pendidikan tetapi juga telah diterapkan oleh industri untuk mengontrol plant-nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari teknik kontrol penerbangan posisi take off drone bikopter dengan menerapkan metode PID baik kajian teori maupun eksperimennya. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa koefisien penguatan (gain) berpengaruh terhadap kesalahan dan lineraritas posisi drone. Variasi komponen gain kendali proportional integral lebih buruk dari proportional derivatif. Untuk mendapatkan respon posisi yang paling akurat dan linear, seluruh koefisien PID harus diaplikasi pada teknik kontrol penerbangan posisi tinggal landas drone bikopter.

Abstract

Pengembangan Model  Pembelajaran Gerak Dasar  Lari. Secara  umum tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran gerak dasar lari meggunakan alat sederhana untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar. Selain itu,  penelitian dan pengembangan ini  dilakuakan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang kompetensi, karakteristik, dan kemampuan awal siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya pada materi pembelajaran gerak dasar lari. Rancangan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (Research&   Development)  dari   Borg   dan   Gall.   Sedangkan  subjek   dalam   penelitian  danpengembangan ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas I SDN Pondok Kopi 08 Pagi Jakarta Timur sejumlah 60 orang.Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah angket dan kosioner yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan pengembangan pada tahap (1) analisis kebutuhan; (2) evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal); (3) uji cobs terbatas (uji coba kelompok kecil); (4) uji cobs utama (field testing). Untuk uji      efektifitas model menggunakan penelilaian kebenaran gerakan lari. Untuk melihat hasil efektifitas model digunakan uji statistik dengan menggunakan rumus uji t- hitung dengan taraf signifikan a= 0,05Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran gerak dasar lari dengan menggunakan alat sederhana untuk siswa Sekolah Dasr Kelas I dan II sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani; (2) secara keseluruhan produk ini efektif dilaksanakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani: (3) berdasarkan hasil uji efektifitas model terbukti secara empiris bahwa hasil produk berupa model pembelajaran gerak dasar lari untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas I memiliki efektifitas yang sangat baik. Kata kunci: pengembangan model pembelajaran gerak dasar lari, kebenaran gerak dasar lari

Abstract

Urban and rural roads in Indonesia have increased the movement of current and volume of traffic every year. The increase in traffic should be offset by improved road infrastructure, both from quality and quantity. Jalan A is a street located in Kabupaten Lebak. Jalan A is one of the roads that is used as an alternative to infrastructure improvement in case of vehicle congestion on the main road. The existing condition of road A that occurs when experiencing severe levels of damage along the road. Based on this, it needs to be done planning improvement of road section A to fulfill the quality and performed road widening to meet the quantity. The road planning uses the method from Pt-T-01-2002-B Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 and AASTHO-1993 method. The resulting planning is used to provide an alternative in design calculations. The calculations obtained become a reference decision making by the stake holder in determining the design of the planning used.

Abstract

Laik Fungsi adalah suatu kondisi Bangunan Gedung yang memenuhi persyaratan administratif danpersyaratan teknis sesuai dengan fungsi Bangunan Gedung yang ditetapkan. Pemeriksaaankelaikan fungsi bangunan gedung dilakukan berdasarkan lima komponen persyaratan : tatabangunan, keselamatan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, kemudahan. Kelaikan fungsi suatu bangunangedung di nilai berdasarkan persyaratan administrasi dan persyaratan teknis bangunan gedung.Metode dalam penilaian menggunakan metode skala likert dan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Pembobotan untuk persyaratan tata bangunan gedung yaitu tidak laik 0 % - 33,33%, laikdengan perbaikan 33,34% - 66,66% dan laik 66,67%-100% sedangkan untuk pembobotankeselamatan 43%, kesehatan 28%, kenyamanan 25% dan kemudahan 4%.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2002 telah dibuat peraturan tentang Bangunan Gedung (UUBG) yaitu UU no. 28 dan pada tahun 2005 juga dibuat aturan realisasinya yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36 dimana Isinya adalah sebuah bangunan harus dikelola secara administrasi maupun teknis. Ini Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan bangunan dari aspek arsitek yang ada struktur, utilitas, dan proteksi kebakaran, kemampuan akses, serta pasir bangunan gedung Kantor Cabang Instansi di Kota Cimahi. Metode survei (mengukur, menghitung dan pengujian) dilaksanakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan penilaian menggunakan metode AHP. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menentukan keandalan bangunan itu Andal dengan skor 90-100%, Kurang Andal dengan skor 75-90%, Tidak Andal <75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gedung Kantor Cabang Instansi di Kota Cimahi 90% dengan kategori andal dan penetapan penyesuaian harga sewa bangunan kantor yaitu Rp. 350.199.752,48

Abstract

PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control is a popular control in the industry and aims to improve the performance of a system. This control has controlling parameters, namely Kp, Ki, and Kd which will have a control effect on the overall system response. In this research, P, PD, and PID control simulations with the transfer function of the mass-damper spring as a plant using Xcos Scilab. The method used is the trial and error method by setting and varying the values of the control constants Kp, Ki, and Kd to produce the desired system response. The value adjustment of system control parameters is carried out with several variations, namely Kp control variation, Kp variation to constant Kd, Kd variation to constant Kp, Kp variation to Ki, constant Kd, variation of Ki to Kp, constant Kd and variation of Kd to Kp, Ki constant. The second method is automatic tuning which is done through mathematical calculations to obtain PID control constants, namely Zieglar Nichols PID tuning with the oscillation method. From the system simulation results, the best parameter is obtained through the Zieglar Nichols PID tuning process based on the results of the transient response analysis, namely when the proportional gain value (Kp) is 50. The system performance characteristics produced in the tuning process are 3.994 seconds of settling time at 2.36 seconds research time. resulting in a maximum overshoot value of 3.6% and a peaktime value of 3.994 seconds

Abstract

Abstract:Application of the Scrum model in the design of research and community service information systems (Case study at STMIK Lombok), the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) is an activity unit that functions to manage all research and community service activities carried out by lecturers in connection with the lecturer improving the quality of the lecturer. The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Presentation of information in this system includes lecturer data input, input of research proposal, dedication proposal input, print decision letter and report data input.            Keywords:Information Systems Research and Community Service, SCRUM Method  Abstrak:Penerapan model Scrum dalam perancangan sistem informasi penelititan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (Studi kasus di STMIK Lombok), Lembaga Penelititan dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPPM) adalah sebuah unit kegiatan yang berfungsi mengelola semua kegiatan penelititan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakasanakan oleh dosen dalam kaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas dosen tersebut. Adapun perumusan masalahnya bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sehingga mempermudah dalam proses pengajuan proposal, penerimaan, seleksi, review, persetujuan, pengontrolan pelaksanaan dan mempermudah pelaporan. metode pengembangan sistemnnya menggunakan metode Scrum, uraian dari tahap-tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Scrum yaitu : Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint dan Working Increment Of The Software. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk melakukan kemudahan dalam pengajuan usulan proposal penelitian maupun pengabdian dan pelaporan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang sedang dilakukan oleh dosen. Penyajian informasi dalam sistem ini meliputi input data dosen, input proposal penelitian, input proposal pengabdian, mencetak surat keputusan dan input data laporan. Kata kunci:Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Metode SCRUM.
