Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) respon siswa terhadap pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe numbered head together (NHT) pada pembelajaran IPA SDN 1 Kertawangun Kecamatan Sedong Kabupaten Cirebon materi pokok sumber daya alam dan (2) adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe numbered head together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar IPA materi Sumber Daya Alam SDN 1 Kertawangun Kecamatan Sedong Kabupaten Cirebon. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4 SDN 1 Kertawangun Kecamatan Sedong Kabupaten Cirebon yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel yaitu kelas IVA (kelas eksperimen) sebanyak 25 siswa dan kelas IVB (kelas control) sebanyak 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji N-Gain dan uji t. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe numbered head together (NHT) Sangat Tinggi dan (2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe numbered head together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar IPA materi Sumber Daya Alam SDN 1 Kertawangun Kecamatan Sedong Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe mencari pasangan (make a match) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran IPA pokok bahasan benda dan sifatnya kelas V SD Negeri 1 Weru Kidul Kecamatan Weru Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pretest–posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Weru Kidul. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VA (kelas eksperimen) berjumlah 20 siswa dan kelas VB (kelas control) sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji regresi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) 83% peserta didik memiliki respon positif dan 17% memiliki respon negatif, maka nilai respon dikategorikan Sangat Kuat, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran mencari pasangan (make a match) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Weru Kidul Kecamatan Weru Kabupaten Cirebon sebesar 69,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika siswa efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dimana terdapat kelas control dan kelas eksperimen, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Cirebon, dengan sampelnya adalah kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas control. Adapun desain penelitiannya adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, dengan prosedur penelitiannya yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi dan metode pengupulan datanya terdiri dari dokumentasi, tes, dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah butir soal pemahaman konsep berbentuk tes uraian. Tes pemahaman konsep digunakan untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep fiika dengan indikator pengetahuan Taksonomi Bloom yang direvisi oleh Anderson dan Krathwohl, meliputi kemampuan mengingat (C1), memahami (C2), menerapkan (C3), menganalisis (C4), serta mengevaluasi (C5). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa, dan penerapan PBL lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dari pada metode ceramah biasa.

Abstract

Makanan mempunyai peranan sangat penting bagi makhluk hidup sebagai sumber energi untuk pemeliharaan tubuh, pertumbuhan, dan berkembangbiak. Di negara-negara yang usaha budidaya perikanannya telah maju, makanan tidak hanya digunakan sebagai sumber energi saja tetapi dimanfaatkan juga untuk tujuan tertentu, salah satunya sebagai sumber untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan pada ikan hias dengan menambahkan berbagai bahan tambahan yang dibutuhkan oleh ikan kedalam pakannya. Dalam memilih bahan untuk pakan ikan perlu dipertimbangkan kandungan nutrisi pakan, untuk dapat tumbuh dengan baik dan berkembangbiak ikan memerlukan bahan-bahan berupa protein, lemak, karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral dan air.Protein pada pakan ikan diperlukan sebagai sumber utama untuk pertumbuhan, pemeliharaan dan pengganti sel-sel yang rusak. Dalam kebutuhan protein harus memperhatikan jenis dan umur ikan. Ikan berusia muda membutuhkan protein lebih banyak sebab berada pada fase pertumbuhan. Dalam penelitian ini bahan pakan yang digunakan adalah teung keong mas, dedak, Progol dan tepung tapioka dengan komposisi dalam setiap perlakuan berbeda-beda. Sehingga hal yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan buatan dengan komposisi tepung keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata), dedak, progol, dan tepung tapioka terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) di Kelompok Budidaya Ikan Manunggal Jaya Desa Panunggul Kecamatan Gegesik Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

Porous scaffolding is an alternative solution developed to assist the bone therapy process. Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a widely developed material into porous scaffolding because it has good biocompatibility. As a maritime country, Indonesia has high fisheries potential. One potential maritime product waste that could be synthesized into HAp is mackerel bone because it contains high amounts of CaO. This narrative describes a potential method for HAp synthesis from mackerel fish bones and a fabrication method that can be applied to a porous scaffold. Alginate is a natural ingredient from brown algae, which can be used as a porogen to synthesize porous HAp. Because it comes from maritime-based natural materials, algae are relatively safe and easy to produce in Indonesia. It is hoped that from this study, a more comprehensive picture can be obtained related to the development of HAp-based porous scaffolding from mackerel fish bones so that it can be considered for further development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan kadungan gizi yang terdapat dalam biofilm. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan cara membadingkan data dan literatur yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan tertinggi pada kelas Bacillariophyceae dan biofilm memiliki kandunga gizi sebesar 80,18% kadar air, 19,05% protein, dan 2,92% lemak. Kandungan gizi tersebut baik untuk pertumbuhan ikan.

Abstract

Science is one of the compulsory subjects in elementary school that must be achieved optimally. The results of learning science subject matter and object changes in grade V SD Negeri 1 Palir, Tengah Tani District, Cirebon Regency are still under the KKM. One creative learning model that can be used is the word square learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the word square learning model on science learning outcomes. The research method used is the experimental method. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling. The population of class V students was 56 students. The research sample consisted of 28 people, who were grouped into experimental classes, the control group consisted of 28 students. Based on the hypothesis of the results of the T test, it is found that tcount> ttable or T11.083<T 2.005, which means H1 is accepted. This means there are differences in science learning outcomes between the word square learning model and the lecture method. In addition, in the N-gain test based on the calculated N-gain control value = 0.074 0.566, it means that there is a difference in science learning outcomes between using the word square model and using the lecture method. Which means that the Word Square model has an effect on science learning outcomes. Student responses to the word square model on the learning outcomes of science learning materials and object changes in class V are very strong.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research which aims to improve the chemistry learning outcomes of the reaction rate concept by using the Discovery Project Based Learning (PjBL) model based on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at SMAN 1 Lemahabang, Cirebon Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisted of 1-2 meetings. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI-MIPA 3 at SMAN 1 Lemahabang. The data collection instruments used in this research were a test method for students, monitoring the conditions of the teaching and learning process and questionnaires to find out students' responses to the learning carried out. Based on the research analysis showed that in the first cycle there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the concept of reaction rate, namely the value before being given action with good and very good criteria of 11,76% and after being given action the value was 44,11%, then in the second cycle it increased to 79, 41%, while students who scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria experienced a decline. Therefore, the use of the STEM-based Discovery PjBL model could improve the chemistry learning outcomes of students on the reaction rate material.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the best types of natural food for growth performance, survival rate and color brightness of zebrafish (Branchyndanio rerio). The research method of this research was using the experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) by using one factor of 4 treatment levels and 4 replications. The tratments were using pellet (control), Moina sp., Tubifex sp., and Chironomous sp. The fry size was around 1,6±1,03 cm and weight was 0,06±0,04 gr then reared in the aquarium by 15 liter of water and 15 fishes of stocking density each aquarium. The fish were reared for 60 days and feed was given as much as 10% of biomass weight, e times a day of feeding frequency. The results showed that the best treatment was Tubifex sp by giving absolute longevity for 0.58 cm, absolute weight growth for 0.14 gr, specific growth rate for 2.99% and fish survival for 98%, while the best color brightness by giving a Chironomous sp. with value 7,14±1,73. The conclusion is different types of natural diets significantly affects the growth performance, survival rate and color brightness of zebrafish (Branchyndanio rerio).

Abstract

The Contextual-based videos link material with concepts contained in real life. So, it produces learning that is appropriate to student context. Contextual learning emphasizes the process of full student involvement to be able to understand the material being studied and relate it to life situations. This study aims to determine the differences in the improvement of learning outcomes, learning activities, and student learning responses to the use of contextual-based instructional video media. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and a survey to respondents in the form of questionnaire questions on contextual-based learning video assessments. The research was conducted at SMA NU Juntinyuat. The design of this study was the Control Group Pretest-Posttest design. One group was given a treatment (experimental group) and the other was not treated (control group). The results showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class, (2) the average percentage of student learning activities increased to 92%. (3) The percentage of the average student response questionnaire as a whole is 83% with very strong criteria.
