Abstract

Batuan is visited by domestic and international visitor for its cultural tourism attraction, in the form of a temple known as Pura Puseh Batuan or Puseh Batuan Temple. Puseh Batuan Temple is managed by the Batuan Customary Village as a sustainable cultural tourist attraction. But until now, little are known about the role of the customary village in developing the temple. This article discussed the role of Batuan Customary Village in developing it’s Puseh Temple as a sustainable tourism attraction. The research upon which this article written is a quantitative research done for the completion of a Bachelor Study. Data collected through survey to research sample selected from the villagers of Batuan Customary Village as the population. Quota sampling were used to determine the number of respondent surveyed from each of 8 localities in the Batuan Customary Village. Data collected were then analysed using regression technique. Results shows that the 3 (three) roles of Customary Village observed are partially and collectively significant in the evelopment of Puseh Batuan Temple as a cultural tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of performing arts to the level of tourist visits in the Park Nusa Gianyar Bali. The results showed (1) that there was a real positive effect between Barong dance performances (X1) individually to visit in Taman Nusa (Y). (2) that there is a real positive influence between the performing arts of Angklung instrument (X2) individually to visit in Taman Nusa (Y). (3) that there is a real positive influence between dance performances of the archipelago (X3) individually to visit in Taman Nusa (Y). Can be concluded that the performing arts as a tourism product of PT. Taman Nusa, has a strong or very significant influence on the level of tourist visits to Taman Nusa. So that PT. Taman Nusa to be able to develop new innovations relating to the performing arts as a great potential in tourism products owned.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, financial leverage and ownership structure on income smoothing in Tourism Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The total population of 23 companies there are 11 companies with 6 years of observation so the number of samples is 66 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis of data processing in this study using the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 22.00. The results showed that partially Profitability had a positive and significant effect on Income Smoothing, Liquidity, Financial Leverage and Ownership Structure had no negative effect and no significant effect on income smoothing. Simultaneously Profitability, Liquidity, Financial Leverage and Ownership Structure jointly influence and significantly affect Income Smoothing in Tourism Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017.

Abstract

The development of tourism can not only refer to attractions, accessibility and destination facilities. However, the values of structuring in each tourist attraction in a destination are important to note. And along with various tourism developments, the comfort factor is one of the important factors that determine the decision of tourists to visit a tourist destination. Many things affect the comfort of tourists while in a tourist destination. One of the approaches used to make tourists comfortable using the infrastructure, facilities, tourist activities, and services provided is to implement the ergonomic approach that seeks for people to be healthy, safe, comfortable, effective and efficient so that they are more productive and the quality of life is better also they got happiness and sustainable.

Abstract

This article is written based on a research conducted on 2019. The research was a quantitative research, to determine the tourism potential of Penglipuran Village through the perception of Tourism Students of Bali Tourism Polytechnic. In doing so, quantitative as well as qualitative data were collected from primary and secondary source. The primary data which will be analyze were collected through survey method, using a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire was a Likert Scale Questionnaire, with five (5) respond category, consist of extremely disagree, disagree, neutral, agree and extremely agree. Secondary data were collected through documentation. Respondent were determined purposively, and on field, the surveyor determined the respondent accidentally. Data were then analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis, to produce result in the form of factors indicating the tourism potentials of Penglipuran Village. This research shows that the tourism potency of Penglipuran Village consists of those of Strength and those of Opportunity.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the important factors in customer satisfaction. This study explains how much influence the quality of services provided by Tiket.com through the mobile application means. The indicators used to measure the quality of this service use the theory of E-Servqual which includes efficiency, compliance, system availability, and privacy. This indicator is used to see how much influence the quality of service on the Tiket.com mobile application has on user customer satisfaction for domestic tourists in Bali. In addition to the E-Servqual theory, this study uses the S-R (Stimulus and Response) theory. This study uses an explanatory quantitative research method with data collection techniques, namely the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents of domestic tourists in Bali, with an accidental sampling technique, namely choosing anyone who happens to be found as a sample. And the data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of the service quality variable (x) to customer satisfaction (y) is 82.4%. While the remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia has increased every year. One of the services to meet the needs of tourists while traveling is a travel agency that serves travel servicesthe frequent occurrence of complaints to the service guide, it is necessary conducted research on the perception of German tourists towards the service quality of German speaking guide. This research will analyze the perception of German tourists as a service user of German speaking guide.The assessment will refer to the five dimensions of quality services, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Through this research will be known the aspects of good, which is necessary maintained, and bad aspects, which need to be fixed. For obtain data, applied techniques of documentation study, interview, observation, and distributing questionnaires to 100 German tourists as research samples. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive based on scale Likert. Based on the results of this study revealed that the respondents on average has an assessment and good perception with an average rating of 3,71.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a mainstay sector that contributes or contributes significantly financially to the business activities of festival events in Bali Province. One of the districts that has carried out festival activities several times and has interesting natural and cultural attractions is Buleleng Regency. The Buleleng Regency Government holds festival events, one of which is the Buleleng Festival. The holding of the Buleleng Festival is a representation of bringing back local culture that can evoke the identity of Buleleng Regency. The local culture of Buleleng Regency is applied in a form of festival event activities. One of the festival events that is attractive to visitors' choice is the Buleleng festival. The Buleleng festival is a festival event that prioritizes attractive event design and concepts. The increasing number of festival events that are being held in Buleleng Regency, requires event planners and managers to have creative, innovative imaginations in presenting the concept of events by paying attention to various servicescapes and activities to increase the attraction and interest of visitors. The research objective is to examine how servicescape influence the visitor satisfaction of Buleleng festival. The number of samples used was 90 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data processing was used with multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that there was a partial positive relationship with the atmosphere dimension, namely 0.570, the design dimension, 0.477, and the social dimension, 0.617, to visitor satisfaction. And simultaneously, from the atmosphere dimension, design dimension and social dimension that have been implemented in the Buleleng festival event on visitor satisfaction, it has a strong relationship, which is equal to 0.728.
