Abstract

Target of research of action go to school this is to improve performance and motivation learn SDN 150 Seluma pass activity of headmaster supervision. Its research type is research of school action. Activity of this research consist of step planning of action, execution of action, observation, and refleksi. Technique analyse data use technique of obeservasi. Instrumen observation the used is appliance assessment of ability of teacher in the form of instrument assessment of teacher performance and motivation . Result of research show finding that headmaster supervision of SDN 150 Seluma school year 2016 / 2017 can improve motivation work cycle of I equal to 29% becoming 86% mounting 57% and performance learn SDN 150 Seluma in cycle of I from 43% mounting to become 86% or there is make-up of equal to 43%Keywords: headmaster supervision, teacher motivation, teacher perform

Abstract

This research reveals the teacher's low ability in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals (CAR). This proved to be the absence of teachers who submitted classroom action research proposals in the last 2 years. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the application of group guidance in an effort to improve teacher competence in the preparation of CAR proposals. This research was carried out in the guiding process at the regular meeting of Subject Teachers at Neger 06 Seluma Middle School. The School Action Research is conducted in two cycles, where each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results in the study are: 1). The indicator of success in the study is: if 10% of the number of coaching participants have obtained an average value of ≥ 85, 2). cycle II obtained supervisor observation data (4.22), teacher observation (4.14), classical work results (84.02). Indicators of success have exceeded School Action Research declared successful. 3). Very effective group guidance in an effort to improve competency in the preparation of CAR proposals reaching 90% of the total number of participants has succeeded in developing CAR proposals as expected.Keywords: Group Guidance, competence, CAR

Abstract

This Research aim to to increase process the study IPS of to be can please and make the student become active. Applying model the study Inquiry can improve the result learn the IPS of student in the class V SD Negeri 59 Bengkulu Utara of teaching year 2593 / 2594. This Research type is Classroom Action Research (PTK) by using model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, by subjek is research that is students in the class V SDN 59 Bengkulu Utara amounting to 23 student and object in this research is the make-up of result learn the student at subject IPS. Action conducted by during this research is study execution by using model Inquiry. Technique of data collecting used by is problem tes of[is breakdown of and Technique observation analyse the data conducted by dekriptif qualitative and quantitative descriptive  Result of research indicate that through applying model the Inquiry in study IPS can improve the result learn the student. Make-Up of result learn this student is seen from the increasing of student ability in searching answer from problems of through various step in model Inquiry that is orient, formulating problem, formulating hypothesis, collecting data or information, conducting hypothesis test, and formulate the conclusion. With refer to the step in model inkuri of besides improving result learn also improve the student livelines in course of study of where student instructed to go it alone to to look for answers to question which have dirumusakan. Make-Up of result learn the student seen from the increasing of complete percentage result of tes student of where at cycle I from 74% and mount again at cycle II become 91%.Keywords: Model the Inquiry, Result of learning IPS.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research is executed by subyek 11 student of class I SDN 56 Bengkulu Utara school year 2016 / 2017. From use of approach of theory Jerome S. Burner in study of items mathematics operate for the quantifying of count number, result of learning 11 student people at complete cycle I reach the KKM as much 7 people or 64% and in cycle II become 10 people or 91% happened by the improvement 27%, aktifitas student at cycle I 74% and in cycle II reach 80% there is improvement 6%. Flattening - flatten the class of cycle I is 63,2 later;then in cycle II become 72,3 there is improvement of equal to 9,1. that applying of approach of theory Jerome S. Burner can improve the result learn the class student at items operate for the quantifying of count number.Keywords: Action Research, Approach Of Theory Jerome S. Burner
