Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers on the implementation of Activities in SMK Negeri 03 Kaur, that the dribbling skills of athletes are not good so that it often causes the ball to get out of control. This problem is thought to be caused by several factors, including the low level of leg muscle strength of students. This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and dribbling skills. This research method is a correlational method. The population of this research is all 22 SMK Negeri 03 Kaur players as samples taken in total sampling, the place of research in the field of SMK Negeri 03 Kaur, while the research time is April 2019. Leg muscle strength data is taken by vertical jump test, and Dribbling Ability data taken with the Dribbling test. The data analysis technique of this research uses correlation analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant relationship between leg muscle strength (X) and dribbling skills in students of State Vocational School 03 Kaur, with a value of rxy = 0.96 r (0.05) (22) = 0.423.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive which is conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or linking with other variables. The population in this study were students who sat in grade VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was sampled, amounting to 32 students. The data analysis technique used is a percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the under-passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the qualification level of the ability of the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). So that it can be concluded that most Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma are already able to pass under well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement   in the basic motion skills of short- distance sprint through sports learning  by the application of demonstration methods to fifth grade students at SD Negeri 62 Bengkulu City. The method used in this study was a class action research method. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 62 Bengkulu City. Number of Samples were 20 students. The instrument in this study was an observation sheet on student’s attitudes while measuring the basic motion skills of short-distance sprint , the researcher used a 30 Meter short-distance sprint practice test. Based on the results, it was found that there was an improvement in the basic motion skills of short-distance sprint of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 62 Bengkulu City through the application of demonstration methods. In the pre-cycle showed a minimum completeness percentage of 0%  students who completed above the KKM average value, while in the cycle I obtained a minimum percentage of completeness of 45% students above the KKM value, and in the second cycle obtained a minimum percentage of completeness of 85%  students above the KKM average. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the demonstration method can improve the basic motion skills of short-distance sprint in fifth grade students in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 62 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle power to volleyball spike skills in class X SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi, Empat Lawang. The method used is a descriptive correlational method, because basically this study aims to determine the relationship between variables. The research data collection instrument was carried out by measuring the power of the leg muscles using the Vertical Jump test, then the Spike skill was performed with the Spike. The results of data analysis indicate that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, there is a positive relationship between the two variables, namely of 0.977 is positive, meaning that the greater the score obtained, the stronger the relationship between the two variables. The test for the significance of the correlation coefficient was carried out by means of the value r count with r table at α = 5% with N = 24 obtained r table of 0.404 because the correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.97 r (0.5) (24) = 0.404 means the correlation between the power of leg muscles on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students is significant. Thus, the hypothesis which says "there is a strong correlation between leg muscle power on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students", is accepted. This means that there is a correlation between leg muscle strength and the Spike

This problem is allegedly due to several factors, including the low levels of leg muscle explosive power of the athletes. This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle explosion power on dribbling skills. This research method is a correlational method. The population of this study were 25 Dehasen Futsal Club players, while the samples were taken in total sampling. This research was conducted at Unived futsal field in April 2019. Explosive power of leg muscles data were taken by vertical jump test, and the data of dribbling were taken through dribbling test. The data analysis technique used was a technique of correlation analysis. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant correlation between leg muscle explosive power (X) on dribbling skills in futsal athletes in the Academy of Dehasen University of Bengkulu, with rxy = 0.93 r (0.05) (19) = 0.396.

Abstract

The problem in this study originated from observations the authors met in the field, it can be seen that the Solok Regency wrestlers always fail in the opportunity to perform the slamming technique against their opponents. This is thought to be due to weak leg muscle strength. This type of research is correlational. To obtain data on leg muscle strength, the leg dynamometer test and the ability to throw a kayak were used with a dummy doll. The data obtained were analyzed by simple product moment correlation. Based on the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and the ability to throw a ball at the wrestling athlete in Solok Regency, where rcount (0.93) rtab (0.468) at a significant level (0.05). Leg muscle strength can determine the success of the throwing technique in wrestling.

Abstract

This study is an experiment that aims to identify different effect of massed practice exercises and distributed free practice on free shots the son of a junior basketball club athletes galaxy Padang Panjang. The hypothesis of this research are: 1) There is the effect of massed practice exercises on free shots. 2) There is a distributed practice effect of exercise on free shots. 3) There are differences in the effect of massed practice exercises and distributed free practice of firing the son of a junior basketball club athletes Warrior Club Kepahiang District. The population in this research is the son of club basketball athletes Warrior Club Kepahiang District totaling 70 people, because according to the needs of this research, the junior son of an active athlete exercises, the samples used were 20 people with a purposive sampling technique sampling. After the pre test all the samples were divided into two groups by the total ordinaly pairing techniques. Both groups consisted of massed practice group practice and distributed practice. Each group consisted of 10 persons. The experiment consisted of 18 sessions, a week exercise conducted as many as four times. The duration of the exercises in each season is 90 minutes. The test results of pre-post test which was recorded is the result of free shots in after 10 shot attempts. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) There is significant effect of massed practice exercises on free shots which average 4.10 (pre test) to 5.40 at post test, where t = 3.88 ttable = 2.26. 2) There were no significant effects of distributed practice on free shots an average of 4.20 (pretest) to 4.40 at post test, where t = 0.80 ttable = 2.26. Thus, the first and the third hypothesis received while the second hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the explosive power of leg muscles and waist flexibility as well as confidence in soccer shooting skills. The research method used in this study is a survey method with measurement and test techniques, while the analysis technique uses a path analysis approach, namely research that will examine or analyze the relationship between research variables, and measure the direct and indirect effects of one variable on other variables. The results of the research on (X1) obtained the lowest score of 1.99 meters, the highest score of 2.54 meters so that the range was 0.55 meters. From the statistical calculation, the average value (X) is 2.30 meters, the standard deviation (s) is 0.16 and the variance is 0.02.
