Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is the method of analysis. The subjects of this study were 24 SSB Abhiseva U-16 players in Bengkulu City. The instrument used was the Bleep Test. The analysis technique used is to pour the frequency into the form of a bar chart. The results of this study indicate that the level of endurance of SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun players in Bengkulu City is very low considering the highest frequency with very low category with 18 people or 75%. Analysis of the Physical Endurance of football players at SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun in Bengkulu City which is categorized as very good 0 people or 0%, either 0 people or 0%, moderate 0 people or 0%, less 6 people or 25%, less 18 people or 75 %.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the level of forearm pass skills in volleyball learning in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the calculation of the study population used as research samples based on calculations in the form of numbers with statistical calculations. The population of this research is 30 students. The data collection technique in this study is a data processing technique that looks at the data analysis of forearm pass skills. The implementation in this study used was to provide an assessment in the form of time used during the test of forearm pass skills in volleyball and observing the implementation of the tests given, after which it was converted to T-score data to see the categories of volleyball forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. From the results of the research analysis carried out, namely: 13 people (43.33%) were at a score of ≥ 47, 12 people (40.00%) were at a score of 40-46, 5 people (16.67%) were at a score of 27- 39, 0 people (0%) were in 17-26 and 0 people (%) were at a score 16. Based on the data, the results of the analysis show that the level of basic forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City is in the good category with an average score of 44.9 forearm pass.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between body flexibility and under basketball skills in basketball extracurricular activities at SMPN 01 Arga Makmur? and how big the contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills in basketball extracurricular activities at SMPN 01 Arga Makmur? This research was conducted at SMP Negri 01 Argamakmur in 2020. The research method used is the correlation method with the statistical product moment, this research is objectively or as is with a sample of 24 basketball players taken by total sampling technique. The results of body flexibility data on under basketball skills r count = 0.97 r table = 0.361 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between X and Y. The contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills is K = r2 x 100% = 0.97% x 100%, namely 94.09%. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan berpengaruh dependen pada pendidik, yakni pendidik berkualitas yang profesional, memiliki potensials sehingga penting untuk peserta didik nantinya dapat menggunakan pengalaman geraknya dalam aktivitas pendidikan jasmani sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kontribusi dalam aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga, yang juga merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesejahteraan dan kebugaran peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Standar Pedoman Nasional dalam Mencapai Tujuan Pendidikan Jasmani. Metode yang digunakan berupa tinjauan literatur yang merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa studi bibliografi yang mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya serta pilihan artikel dari publikasi ilmiah. Temuan tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan utama pendidikan jasmani adalah untuk mendorong siswa menuju gaya hidup aktif, memahami bagaimana pandangan siswa tentang apa yang akan mereka pelajari, dan meningkatkan persepsi tersebut. Pendidikan jasmani harus mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran mereka melalui standar Asosiasi Nasional untuk Olahraga dan Pendidikan Jasmani (NASPE). Peserta didik dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan jasmani dalam berbagai hal, antara lain sikap atau nilai, kecerdasan, kemampuan jasmani, dan kemampuan (psikomotor), yang selanjutnya dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Masalah dengan penelitian ini adalah faktor penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani. Apa yang menyebabkan rendahnya prestasi dalam pendidikan jasmani belum diketahui. Investigasi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang menyebabkan kurang memuaskannya prestasi siswa kelas XI SMA YP. PGRI 1 Makassar  dalam pendidikan jasmani. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA YP. PGRI 1 Makassar. Sampel terdiri dari 40 siswa XI SMA YP. PGRI 1 Makassar. Alat penelitian meliputi dokumentasi dan meliputi lembar observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor, antara lain 1) faktor internal siswa, 2) kurangnya fasilitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan adanya faktor lingkungan sekolah, 3) faktor dari lingkungan sekolah, 4) faktor dari guru , dan 5) faktor dari lingkungan keluarga, berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya prestasi belajar penjasorkes

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative methodology and is descriptive in nature. Papers exploring physical education in the twenty-first century are the data source for this study. The learning process of physical education in the 21st century is different from that of the previous century. This paradigm certainly influences the teaching strategies used to meet the learning needs of students. This reality requires physical education teachers to immediately make adjustments by implementing modern teaching strategies. This modern learning method is expected to provide a better change in education. However, seriousness from the government is needed as a control and evaluation factor in order to achieve goals in learning physical education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) Is there a contribution between the length of the arm on the discus throwing of male students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. (2) Is there a contribution between arm muscle strength on the discus throw of male students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. (3) Is there a contribution between arm length and arm muscle strength for male students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang, totaling 109 students. The sample in this study amounted to 32 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling (randomly). Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a significant contribution between arm length and discus throwing for male students of SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang, the contribution is 23.7% with an R value of 0.487 (Pvalue = 0.005α 0, 05). (2) There is a significant contribution between arm muscle strength and discus throwing for male students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang, the contribution is 26.0% with an R value of 0.510 (Pvalue = 0.003 α 0.05). (3) There is a significant contribution between arm length and arm muscle strength for male students at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang with a contribution of 51.7% with an R value of 0.719 (Pvalue = 0.000 α 0.05); and Fcount value of 15.494

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the contribution or the relationship between physical components and the ability to dribble in football games. This research is a descriptive study with two variables, namely, the physical Condition (X) and the ability to dribble (Y). The population of this research is the students of SMP Negeri 1 Kabupaten Sinjai. By random sampling, a sample of 40 students was selected. The data collection technique used a physical component measurement test including agility, speed and balance with the ability to dribble. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis using computer facilities through the SPSS program. Based on the data analysis, the results showed that there was a significant contribution or relationship between the physical components and the ability to dribble, the value of r arithmetic (R) = 0.439 (P 0.05) and a contribution of 19.3%.

Abstract

Kicks in pencak silat martial arts certainly need to be given special training by trainers because there are various types of kicks and also the speed varies between movements. This study aims to survey the kick speed of Pesilat Center for Student Education and Training (PPLP) of Gorontalo Province. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative research using surveys and test techniques. This study used the entire population of athletes from the Gorontalo Province Student Training Education Center (PPLP), totaling 10 athletes, consisting of 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes. The data collection technique uses a kick speed measuring instrument. As a result, for the front kick, most of them get enough category. Crescent kicks mostly get good categories. While the side kicks mostly get less categories. Trainers should use appropriate training methods. The trainer should follow the training periodization program that has been made starting from the general training stage to the pre-competition in order to have the desired results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Learning Motivation on the Learning Outcomes of Physical Education Sports and Health (Penjasorkes) at SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas. Based on the problems and research objectives, the method used in this study is a quantitative method using a correlation approach, namely using a structural equation that looks at the causality of the dimensions of the influence of Learning Motivation (X1) on Physical Education Learning Outcomes (Y) Data on student motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas obtained from samples (respondents) from SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas, with a total of 76 students. The statement items on the learning motivation variable are 30 items, the score ranges from 1-5, where the highest score is 150, and the lowest score is 30. Based on the results of research on learning motivation, the average = 114.67 and the standard deviation is 12.05. While the highest score = 145 and the lowest score = 77. Description of the data on students' learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas can be seen in Table 1 as follows. Based on the results of the second semester exam for the Physical Education subject, the Physical Education learning outcomes of the students who were sampled in this study totaled 76 students, arranged in the frequency distribution table, the number of class intervals was 8 class intervals with a class length of 4.02. The average value of the physical education learning outcomes data is 79.26, the standard deviation is 4.75, the highest value is 90, and the lowest value is 60. The results of data processing in the frequency distribution are presented in the following table.
