Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Interaction between phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) Bima variety, (2) Dosage of phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers which have a good effect on growth and yield of shallots (Allium). ascalonicum L.) Bima variety, and (3) The relationship between growth components and yield components of shallots Bima variety. The research was carried out in a rice field area belonging to the UPTD of the Food and Agriculture Security Service in Cisantana Village, Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency, from May to July 2020. The method used in this research is an experimental method, with a randomized block design, factorial pattern, which consists of two treatment factors, namely the factor of phosphorus fertilizer and sulfur fertilizer and repeated three times. The first factor of phosphorus (P) consists of four levels of treatment, namely: p0 (0 kg P2O5/ha), p1 (36 kg P2O0/ha), p2 (54 kg P2O5/ha), and p3 (72 kg P2O5/ha). The second factor of sulfur (S) consists of three levels, namely: s1 (30 kg sulfur/ha), s2 (60 kg sulfur/ha) and s3 (90 kg sulfur/ha). The results showed that: (1) there was an interaction effect between the treatment of phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers on the weight of fresh tubers and dry bulb weight of shallots, (2) phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers independently affected plant height, number of tillers per clump, number of leaves per clumps, root volume, root shoot ratio, relative growth rate, number of tubers and tuber diameter. The dosages of phosphorus fertilizer of 54 kg P2O5/ha and 60 kg sulfur/ha gave the highest fresh tuber weight and dry tuber weight per plot. The dosages of phosphorus fertilizer 54 kg P2O5/ha and 60 kg sulfur/ha give weight of fresh tubers and dry tubers per plot of 6.53 kg and 5.24 kg, equivalent to 21.77 tons / ha and 17.47 tons/ ha, and (3) there is a significant relationship between growth components, yield components with fresh tuber weight and dry tuber weight of Bima variety onion per plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman dengan hormon GA3 terhadap daya kecambah benih kedelai kultivar Burangrang, dan (2) perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman hormon GA3 yang mempunyai pengaruh terbaik terhadap daya kecambah benih kedelai kultivar Burangrang. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di kelompok Tani Dukuh Asem Kelurahan Sindang Kasih Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka, dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2012.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), pola faktorial. Penelitian terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu konsentrasi GA3 dan lama perendaman benih yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi GA3 (G) terdiri dari tiga taraf perlakuan yaitu : g1 (20 ppm), g2 (30 ppm), dan g3 (40 ppm). Faktor kedua yaitu lama perendaman benih (L) terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu : l1 (12 jam), l2 (24 jam), dan  l3 (36 jam).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan konsenrasi GA3 dan lama perendaman benih terhadap panjang hipokotil dan bobot kering kecambah. Perlakuan konsentrasi GA3 dan lama perendaman benih secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya kecambah benih kedelai, panjang efikotil dan pajang akar kecambah kedelai, dan (2) perlakuan konsentrasi GA3 30 ppm dan lama perendaman benih 24 jam memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap panjang hipokotil dan bobot kering kecambah yaitu sebesar 27,43 mm dan 0,50 g.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jenis Pupuk Organik dan Mulsa terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Mentimun Jepang (Cucumis sativus L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Gresik, Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan, mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Juli 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kombinasi dari jenis pupuk organik dengan 3 taraf (pupuk kandang ayam, kambing dan sapi) dan jenis mulsa dengan 3 taraf yaitu : (tanpa mulsa, mulsa jerami dan MPHP), sehingga terdapat 9 kombinasi perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 27 petak percobaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi perlakuan jenis pupuk organik dan mulsa berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST), jumlah daun (umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST), diameter batang (umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST), jumlah buah mentimun per tanaman, bobot buah mentimun per tanaman dan per petak, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang dan diameter buah mentimun.Perlakuan jenis pupuk kandang sapi dengan perlakuan mulsa jerami memberikan hasil bobot buah 21,0 kg/petak, setara dengan 46,67 ton/ha. Terdapat korelasi yang positif antara tinggi tanaman (umur 21 dan umur 28 HST) dan diameter batang (umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST), tetapi tidak terdapat korelasi pada tinggi tanaman umur 14 HST dan jumlah daun (umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST) dengan bobot buah mentimun per petak.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh pemberian pupuk kompos pada beberapa varietas kedelai terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai, (2) takaran pupuk kompos dan varietas kedelai yang berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai, dan (3) Korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan hasil tanaman kedelai. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di UPTD Balai Pengembangan Benih Palawija Desa Plumbon, Kecamatan Plumbon, Kabupaten Cirebon, dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2017. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Kombinasi perlakuan yang diuji di lapangan adalah : A (6.000 kg kompos/ha, varietas Grobogan), B (7.500 kg kompos/ha, varietas Grobogan), C (9.000 kg kompos/ha, varietas Grobogan), D (6.000 kg kompos, varietas Anjasmoro), E (7.500 kg kompos, varietas Anjasmoro), F (9.000 kg kompos, varietas Anjasmoro), G (6.000 kg kompos, varietas Devon 1), H (7.500 kg kompos, varietas Devon 1), dan I (9.000 kg kompos, varietas Devon 1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara kombinasi takaran pupuk kompos dan tiga varietas kedelai, (2) kombinasi pupuk kompos takaran 7.500 kg/ha memberikan bobot biji kering per petak tertinggi pada tanaman kedelai varietas Grobogan dan Anjasmoro yaitu 3,22 kg/petak atau setara dengan 2,15 ton/ha dan 3,25 kg/petak atau setara dengan 2,17 ton/ha, dan (3) terdapat korelasi yang nyata antara tinggi tanaman umur 21 HST dan volume akar umur 21 HST dengan bobot biji kering per petak.

Abstract

The experiment was conducted with the aim the efficacy testing effectiveness of mixed herbicide with the active Pendimetalin 150 g/l + Metolaklor 300 g/l + Oksifluorfen 50 g/l in controlling Cyperus sp, Digitaria adscendens, Ageratum conyzoides, Portulaca virosa and other weeds in onion. The experiment was carried out in the field of Gebang Village, Babakan Subdistrict, Cirebon, Wast Java. Field experiment was started from Mei 2020 - July 2020. The design was used with randomized block design (RCBD) consist of eight treatments with four replications. The treatments tested were mixed herbicide at 1.0 l/ha, 1.5 l/ha, 2.0 l/ha, 2,50 l/ha, 3.0 l/ha, 3.5 l/ha, manual weeding and Untreated control (without herbicide). Result showed that mixed herbicide at 1.0 to 3.5 l/ha were effective to control Cyperus sp, Digitaria adscendens, Ageratum conyzoides, Portulaca virosa and other weeds in onion up to 6 WAA. mixed herbicide at the rate tested at 1.0 to 3.5 l/ha did not show crop safety issue to onion crops, no negative impact on number of tillers at vegetative stages, and it shown optimizing potential onion yield at 9,34 to 11,22 kg/plot.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the effect of Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) on the growth of papaya (Carica papaya L.) cv Calina seedling. The experiment was conducted in the village of the District Wanayasa Beber Cirebon. The location is 250 m above sea level, Latosol field, the type of rain including rain type C (rather wet). The time of research was conducted on May to June 2014. The research method used the experimental method with randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consists of 6 (six) treatment and repeated 4 (four) times. Variables observed that plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, number of leaves crop, fresh weight, and root volume. The research showed that treatment of Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) did not significant effect on growth variables papaya seedling. The treatment of 15 g and 20 g VAM/ plant given a good effect on the root volume.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) cultivars Wallet, Vima-1, and Murai. The experiment was conducted in UPTD Seed Crops Development Center (BPBD) Plumbon Cirebon, from March to May, 2016.The method used in this research is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consisted of 12 combinations of treatments, namely: A (POC concentration of 6 ml / 1 liter of water at Cultivars Swallow), B (POC concentration of 6 ml / 1 liter of water at Cultivars Vima-1), C (POC concentration of 6 ml / 1 liters of water on the cultivar Murai), D (POC concentration of 8 ml / 1 liter of water at cultivars Swallow), E (POC concentration of 8 ml / 1 liter of water at cultivars Vima-1), F (POC concentration of 8 ml / 1 liter water cultivars Murai), G (POC concentration of 10 ml / 1 liter of water on the cultivar Swallow), H (POC concentration of 10 ml / 1 liter of water on the cultivar Vima-1), I (POC concentration of 10 ml / 1 liter of water on the cultivar Murai) , J (POC concentration of 12 ml / 1 liter of water at cultivars Swallow), K (POC concentration of 12 ml / 1 liter of water at cultivars Vima-1), and L (POC concentration of 12 ml / 1 liter of water at Murai cultivars).The results showed that there is a significantly effect between mungbean cultivars and liquid organic fertilizer (Bio-agro) to plant height at 28 DAP, leaf area index at 28 DAP, dry seed weight per plant, and dry seed weight per plot. Dry grain weight per plot the best is on the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (Bio-agro) 10 ml / l given in the cultivar Vima-1 to produce green beans 0.38 kg / plot or the equivalent of 1,266 t / ha

Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) To determine the effect the combination of the dose and time application of urea fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays Var.Saccharata Sturt) Cultivars Bonanza F1. (2) To determine the effect the combination of the best dose and time application of urea fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays Var.Saccharata Sturt) Cultivars Bonanza F1. The research was conducted in the village of Susukan Tangkil District of Cirebon - West Java, from September until November, 2018.The research method used was the experimental method with a randomized block design (RAK). This experiment consisted of nine combinations dosage of potassium fertilizer and tillage systems each repeated three times, so there are 27 experimental plots. The combination treatment was tested in the field are: A (urea fertilizer 50 kg/ha and one time application), B (urea fertilizer 50 kg/ha and two time application), C (urea fertilizer 50 kg/ha and three time application), D (urea fertilizer 100 kg/ha and one time application), E (urea fertilizer 100 kg/ha and two time application), F (urea fertilizer 100 kg/ha and three time application), G (urea fertilizer 150 kg/ha and one time application), H (urea fertilizer 150 kg/ha and two time application), I (urea fertilizer 150 kg/ha and three time application).The results showed that: (1) There is a real effect treatment the combination of the dose and time application of urea fertilizer on plant height age of 47 and 54 Days After Planting (DAP), the number of leaves per plant of 47 and 54 Days After Planting (DAP), diameter of age stem of 47 and 54 Days After Planting (DAP), the length and diameter of the cob with husk, and corncob with husk per plot. (2) The combination of dose and time application of the best urea fertilizer from cob weighted per plot in treatment I (urea fertilizer 150 kg/ha and three time application) with weight 9,07 kg equal to 19,33 ton/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh auksin golongan NAA (Atonik) dan waktu penyiangan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Pengembangan Benih Palawija Provinsi Jawa Barat Pada bulan Maret 2014 sampai dengan Juni 2014. Metode percobaan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial. Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor dengan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor yang pertama adalah konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh auksin golongan NAA (Atonik) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf konsentrasi (0,50 ml/l (A1); 1,00 ml/l (A2); 1,5 ml/l (A3); 2,00 ml/l (A4)). Sedangkan faktor yang kedua adalah waktu penyiangan yang terdiri dari 3 taraf (2dan 3 MST(B1); 2 dan 4 MST (B2); 2 dan 5 MST (B3)).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara konsentrasi zpt auksin golongan NAA (Atonik) dan waktu penyiangan terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 7 MST dengan nilai rata-rata 83,99 cm dan 8 MST dengan nilai rata-rata 89,19 cm, laju pertumbuhan tanaman umur 9 MST dengan nilai rata-rata 44,292 g/m2/minggu, bobot biji per rumpun dengan nilai rata-rata 11,0528 g, bobot biji per petak dengan nilai rata-rata 1.075,307 g, bobot 100 butir dengan nilai rata-rata 6,85 g, dan indeks panen dengan nilai rata-rata 0,2129. Perlakuan  konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh Atonik 1,5 ml/l dengan waktu penyiangan 2 dan 5 MST (A3B3) menunjukkan hasil tertinggi Pada bobot biji kering per petak yakni 1.257,408 g.

Abstract

Regency Cirebon have biggest contribution to West Java and sender represent one of fresh mango for the market of overseas. But on the other hand agribisnis mango still face the problem, especially in handling harvest to the end, where old strength keep still lower and still be found by disease Anthracnose (rotten of fruit).Bolt from the problem, research activity aimed at by use of depository fungsida rack and. To know the depository rack and concentration Azoksistrobin of  which influencing to depository duration  mango of gedong gincu.Analyse to use the experiment method with the complete random device and thrice restating, Data analysed by passing test F with the linear model. If result test the day-break of manner signifikan, continued its analysis use the Test of Bunch of Scott Knott at  real level  5 %. Result of statistical test show the : result of antecedent perception (supporter), indicating that analysis  quality of fruit (carbohydrate / rate of sugar and vitamin C) yielding quality of fruit do not differ the reality. second Supporter activity is measurement of temperature and dampness in each depository rack conducted every day, that is at morning and daytime of during 18 day .Analysis activity keep can be conducted by during four times yield the homogeneous treatment. After analysed, Bunch Scoot-Knott of  fourth, yielding value λ (lamda) more smaller than X2, hence fourth treatment have homogeneous. Thereby pursuant to result analyse the above, real different treatment to long keep is, treatment H, I, E and F.Result of perception of rate of sugar of mango gedong gincu before treatment (day to-0), showing influence which is not real. So also result of perception of sugar rate on to-7 yield the real influence treatment calculation. Later;Then result of last perception  also show the influence which is not real.Result of antecedent perception ( day to-0) to rate of vitamin C of at mango of gedong gincu, yielding influence calculation which is not real. So also result of analysis of rate of vitamin C on to-7 yield the calculation, remain to show the influence which is not real. Later;Then newly result of perception on to-14 ( last) of about rate of vitamin C, showing real influence.
