Abstract

Research is focused to analyze the influence of human resources, participation in the preparation of the budget, and the preparation of the budget Toward Financial Management Accounting Management system of village in South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province. This research was conducted because the village Government apparatus in the financial management of the village has not been in accordance with the applicable provisions. This research is expected to be beneficial to the Government of the village of South Central Timor Regency province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) in an attempt to improve the financial management of the village is effectively and efficiently in order to improve the performance of the apparatus of Government village in South Central Timor Regency. Research conducted in six villages that existed in South Central Timor Regency implementing financial management as the location of the village. Data sources are some of the apparatus of Government, composed of the head of the village, the village Secretary, Financial Development, Kasie Kaur, and Kasie Kesra. Research done by disseminating a questionnaire in the form of a statement for the content and manner of doing observations about the financial management of the village. The results showed that for the planning and execution of the financial management of the village, already revealed the existence of a Village financial management accountable and transparent, but the Administration is still required the existence of a coaching more, because not yet fully comply with the provisions. The main obstacle is not yet effectively coaching apparatus of Government and the competence of human resources are adequate, so still need coaching and mentoring from BPMPD as local government authorities on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The Kupang City Health Office is an accounting entity from the Kupang City Government which is obliged to carry out accounting and accountability reports for the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget by compiling financial reports in the form of Budget Realization Reports (LRA), Balance Sheets, and Notes to Financial Statements abbreviated as CALK. This type of research is quantitative using the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The informants in this study were employees who work in the Health Department of Kupang City. The results showed that The results of the descriptive analysis of all the variables in this research were in the good category, so that the management of the Health Department needed to maintain the system that was already running and they needed to improve their work performance so that in the future it could be even better, Planning variable significantly influence with the budget policies variable of the Health Department of Kupang City, The planning variable does not significantly influence the budget realization variable, The implementation variable has a significant influence with the budget policies variable, The implementation variable does not significantly influence the budget realization variable, Budget policies variable significantly influence budget realization variable, Budget planning variable indirectly through budget policies has a significant influence on budget realization, Budget implementation variable indirectly through the budget policies significantly influence the budget realization. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested that in running the plan, the Health Department of Kupang City should use achievement data as the estimate and the budget in planning needs to be increased, in the budget implementation of Health Department of Kupang City it is important to pay attention about coordination in the inclusion of APBD draft documents so that budget discipline can run properly, related to the budget realization of the Health Department of Kupang City, it should pay more attention to activities that involve many people

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: 1) Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; 2) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan 3) Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari: Komunikasi Internal (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Seluruh variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Dari data primer dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 38 orang responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana yang menunjukkan pengaruh antara Variabel Komunikasi Internal (X1) terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,942. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana yang menunjukkan pengaruh antara Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,968. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi berganda antara Komunikasi Internal (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) secara bersama-sama. sebesar 0,969, oleh karena itu hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunikasi Internal (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, perceived convenience and risk perception on consumer spending interest in the Bukalapak application. The population of the object in this study is the residents of Janjinauli Village, amounting to approximately 800 people. The sampling technique was carried out by the random sampling method. Data analysis used in this study is by conducting interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth with an average weight of 78% perceived ease with an average weight of 80% of perceived risk on average. a weight of 85% can influence and attract consumer buying interest on the Bukalapak online shopping site. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, education, and training on employee performance at the Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic, Purworejo Regency. Data analysis used research instrument analysis which included validity testing using product-moment correlation analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha technique, hypothesis testing using the rule of the analysis technique.The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of education and training on employee performance, 3) there was a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, education, and training on employee performance.This study uses linear regression analysis. The variables studied in this study were to examine the strength of the relationship and the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, education, and training on employee performance. The research was conducted with the location and employees at the Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic.The current condition of the Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic still has limitations with various problems. The limitations experienced include financial capacity, limited access to information and technology. Therefore, literacy of Organizational Culture, Education, and Training improve performance. Several studies have been conducted to prove that literacy in Organizational Culture, Education, and Training has an impact on improving employee performance.This study offers interesting recommendations regarding organizational policies to increase work engagement and its dimensions. Based on the findings of this study, the direct effect of education and training, as well as organizational culture on performance is more dominant than the joint effect of each variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis the impact of corporate governance (institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees), corporate social responsibility disclosure, and profitability on tax avoidance. This study uses method known as causality research. This study included 16 manufacturing businesses from the basic and chemical industries that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2019. The purposive sampling approach is used to pick the samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the analytical method in this study. Institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, and profitability have no influence on tax avoidance, according to the findings of this study. Meanwhile, corporate social responsibility disclosure has a large positive impact on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the service sectors that has changed due to the development of internet technology. If initially there was only conventional transportation, now online-based transportation appears. As time goes by, more and more online transportation companies are struggling with one another to win the hearts of consumers. Customer satisfaction is one of the important factors that needs to be considered in running a business if you want to be sustainable. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and price on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Magelang. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as a sample based on the purposive sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who have used Gojek's online transportation services for at least the last 3 months and are domiciled in Magelang. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing application and analyzed using the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, promotion had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and price was also significant on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of service quality, promotion, and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Magelang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak dari deskripsi pekerjaan bagi karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada 16 jurnal nasional berakreditasi pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 17 artikel yang membahas mengenai deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode charting the field yang dikembangkan oleh (Hesford et al., 2007). Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti adalah variabel deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sebagian besar penelitian dilakukan pada sektor swasta.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the financial performance of the east flores district government in managing its regional revenue and expenditure budget, the analysis uses data from the 2015-2019 period. This study uses interviews and documents as data collection techniques. This study uses an analysis of the ratio of effectiveness, efficiency and growth to determine the performance of local governments in the management of APBD whether it includes effectiveness and efficiency standards and measures how much local government is capable of maintaining and reminding of its successes that have been achieved from period to period. The results of the analysis show that the average income effectiveness from 2015-2019 is 97.46, the average spending effectiveness level from 2015-2019 is 92.47%, the average revenue financing effectiveness rate from 2015-2019 is 99 .80%, the average level of effectiveness of expenditure financing from 2015 to 2019 is 96%, the average level of budget efficiency from 2015 to 2019 is 100.60%

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in an organization or company because human resources are the driving force for a company and the good of a company can be judged from the quality of existing human resources in a company. This study aims to determine how work discipline, competence and work motivation affect employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, the analytical tool used in this study uses the IBM SPSS version 2.5.0. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The sample in this study were all employees of Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo who accessed 55 employees. Methodology of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be seen that the work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the competency variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity, and the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity.
