Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pengelolaan pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan musyarakah pada Bank BRI Syariah, Penelitian deskriptif ini mendapatkan data melalui dokumentasi di website Bank BRI Syariah, dan wawancara dengan manajemen Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kepanjen sebagai obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan musyarakah telah sesuai dengan PSAK 102 & 106, hanya saja pembiayaan murabahah tidak mengungkapkan secara rinci atas akad wakalah. Sistem pengelolaan pembiayaan murabahah dan musyarakah telah melalui prosedur pembiayaan, pengelolaan resiko pembiayaan dan pengawasan pembiayaan dengan sangat aman dan baik. Pembiayaan musyarakah lebih berisiko dari sisi kepastianperolehan pendapatan di banding pembiayaan murabahah. Rasio besarnya pembiayaan dan perolehan pendapatan terhadap total pembiayaan dan total pendapatan pada pembiayaan murabahah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pembiayaan musyarakah

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the description about work training, incentive, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment variable and also to know the influence between those variables in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the Branch Office of Malang Martadinata. This research takes sample for 52 people/respondents, in which all of them are employee in BRI Bank. Data collection conducted by questionnaire that published to all employees. Research method that used in this research was quantitaive research with descriptive format and be analyzed by using path analysis Research result shows that: 1) incentive variable influenced significantly to the work satisfaction; 2) incentive variable influenced significantly to the organizational commitment; 3) work satisfaction influenced significantly to the organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial compensation affect partially on employee job satisfaction, to know non-financial compensation partially effect on employee job satisfaction and to know financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously influence on job satisfaction at Garden Guest House Malang. The type of research conducted in this study is the type of explanatory research (Explanatory Research). The result of data analysis which have been done in this research is on the result of t test analysis (partially) financial compensation variable (X1) have a partial and significant effect to employee work satisfaction (Y). The results of the test calculation for the non-financial compensation variable (X2), show that non-financial compensation partially and significantly affect the employee job satisfaction (Y). The simultaneous test results (F) performed show that both financial compensation and non-financial compensation variables simultaneously (together) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can arise because employee welfare rights have been fulfilled is financial compensation and non-financial compensation.

Abstract

Every educational organization, HR has a very important role because HR is the determinant of the success or failure of the organization in achieving organizational goals. In order for organizational goals to be achieved, it is necessary to have job analysis, employee recruitment and employee selection so that the organization can get employees who perform optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, employee recruitment and selection on employee performance. This research was conducted at the State Polytechnic of Malang with a population of 565 non-civil servant permanent employees and a sample of 135 people taken randomly. The analysis technique used is SEM by using the AMOS 16 application. The results of the study concluded that job analysis, recruitment and selection of employees affect performance.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of internal control on trends in accounting fraud, examine the effect of information asymmetry on trends in accounting fraud, examine the effect of compensation appropriateness on accounting fraud trends. Qualitative research was carried out through in-depth surveys and interviews with the management of Islamic banks in Malang, customers, and academics about the need for an internal control system that is in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic banks. The development of an internal control system using the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of The Treadway Commissions) framework was adopted and adapted to the characteristics of Islamic banks. The results of the study offer a model of an Islamic bank's internal control system through five components of the COSO, namely (1) the control environment, (2) risk assessment, (3) control activities, (4) information and communication, and (5) monitoring that will benefit banks sharia to achieve strategic and operational goals, accuracy of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable policies and laws. Thus it will be able to help eliminate risks so that the performance of profit-sharing based financing can also be improved

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure (debt equity ratio / DER) on firm value (per book value / PBV) with firm size (SIZE) as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data obtained from LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The population in this study is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The reasons or sample selection based on certain criteria are based on: Companies that are LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period and who already have and submit complete financial statement data so that the sample data processed is 120 companies (35 companies x 4 research periods). T test results indicate that the capital structure has a negative effect on company milai. The moderation test results in this study turned out that the size of the company moderates (strengthens) the relationship between capital structure and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the country of origin on purchase intention of imported cosmetic products by moderating the variable product knowledge. The independent variables in this study are the country of origin, purchase intention as the dependent variable and product knowledge as the moderator variable. A total of 73 questionnaires were distributed to students in Malang that were selected using a purposive sampling technique, which was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Purposive sampling technique is used to select students who use imported cosmetic products. All hypotheses in this study are accepted which showed that the country of origin influenced the purchase intention, and product knowledge moderated the influence of the country of origin on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of financial performance and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility to company value on food and beverages company that exist in BEI in period 2011-2015. Population used in this research is food and beverages company that exist in BEI. The number of registered companies amounted to 19 companies with the collection of samples using purposive sampling method that ultimately filter the sample of 7 companies with a period of 5 years The results of the research found that the F test conducted proves that ROA, ROE and CSR disclosure affect together to the value of the company. T test conducted to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable shows that ROA and CSR disclosure does not have a significant effect on corporate value while ROE has a significant influence on corporate value. The researchers also tested the coefficient of determination which results showed that the independent variables in this study (ROA, ROE, and CSR Disclosure) in this study amounted to 43.4% and 56.6% were the effects of other variables not used in the study this.

Abstract

A conducive company will grow and develop by focusing on its human resources in the hope of optimally carrying out the function of its human resources. The objectives in this study are: (1) To examine the simultaneous effect between competence, employee career development and work motivation on employee performance? (2) To examine the simultaneous effect between competence, employee career development and work motivation on employee performance? The population in this study were civil servants in the Environment Research Center for Sweetener Crops and East Java Fiber as many as 171 employees. While the sample used in the study was 77 people. The results of the study show that there is a significant and simultaneous influence between competencies, career development and work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, which has the greatest influence is the competence variable that is equal to 0.484.

Abstract

This study is a research aimed to knowing the return and risk of investment in stock mutual funds. The population used is stock mutual funds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017. The sampleused purposive sampling, which is a sample based on spesific criteria, that is mutual funds in the form of Collective Investment contracts and stock mutual funds that are open during the period 1 January 2015-31 December 2017. The results of the study show the amount of return is comparableof the risk. Pratama Sahamare the highest returns during 2015, Simas Saham Bertumbuh provides the lowest risk in 2015, Sucorinvest Equity Fund is the bestfund in 2016 with the highest return and the lowest risk. The highest return for 2017 is held by Sucorinvest Equity Fund products, but the lowest risk is owned by Simas Saham Unggulan.
