Abstract

Building public trust in the current era is something that is commonly done by agencies. One of the goals of building public trust is to improve performance and also to achieve the goals of an organization or agency. In the last few months, Polri has experienced a decline in public trust as a result of several cases involving several individuals. One of the efforts to build public trust by the Police is through social media uploads @divisihumaspolri. This study discusses quantitative content analysis of Instagram @divisihumaspolri content in building public trust, using a quantitative approach and using quantitative content analysis methods. The purpose of this study is to find out what elements of trust are used by Polri's public relations in uploads to the Instagram account @divisihumaspolri. The indicators used in this theory use the concept of The Trust Radar. The indicators used to build public trust based on The Trust Radar consist of empathy, transparency, expertise, and commitment. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the Instagram account @divisihumaspolri uses a lot of content in the form of videos rather than using photo content, as well as using elements of commitment in building public trust. Abstract

In Palembang, Indonesia, toddlers who suffer from stunting, a condition marked by a failure to develop, are the subject of this study. This study analyses and assesses the function of urban social construction in avoiding infant stunting during the first 1,000 days of life using a qualitative approach and Berger and Luckmann's theory of social construction. According to the study's findings, this social construction is influenced by socioeconomic elements like education, the surrounding community, and cleanliness, as well as the reality of pregnancy, delivery, and raising children. This study stresses the importance of dialectics in this social construction by demonstrating how clashes and interactions between social systems and people have an impact on efforts to prevent stunting. This work is groundbreaking because it recognises dialectics as a fundamental component of social construction that affects stunting prevalence and prevention. The dialectic offers fresh perspectives for preventing stunting in urban areas like Palembang and highlights the social factors that affect preventative efforts. Abstract

Economic growth does not only occur in developing countries, but also in developed countries as it is today. In achieving economic progress, there emerged one of the new innovations managed by the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Probolinggo City (DKUPP). This innovation is a Smart E-UMKM Smart program for the needs of entrepreneurs who can promote or sell their products online. There are still a number of traders who do not have an E-UMKM card. Probolinggo City needs a database of entrepreneurs because this data is used as the basis for MSME business development, especially in Probolinggo City. This study uses qualitative research methods using literature in the form of behavior, data processing in news, magazines and newspapers according to the topic of discussion. The collection of qualitative data is presented in sentences organized with relevant information. Many entrepreneurs still don't have an E-UMKM card, because even if they don't, their business will still run. So, this innovation process is not running effectively because the resources of SMEs include human resources, relational skills and lack of modern technology. The implementation of the smart E-UMKM card program really requires the cooperation of all parties. The government records every success or failure of the implemented program so that it can be evaluated to the end in the evaluation process that will promote MSME products.
